The nurses and the team there are really attentive to my father. They have been helpful in our transition from going to short-term to long-term care. It's a new experience for us, and everyone there has been unexpectedly welcoming to us. It's been very good. The rehab leader has been very helpful. The nursing team is great. The aides that support the nurses are really good. They seem to give great attention to my father. The place could use a rehab; however, it's one of the nicer nursing facilities I have been to. More variety with the meals would be nice.

The nurses are wonderful. The staff are very good with communication.

I like the place and the staff have a favorable attitude. My wife and I would give the rehab therapy a high mark! The cleaning people were good. My wife thinks they should put more money into more nursing staff, rather than fixing the place up to make it more pretty.

Rehab is going very well. They did very good things with her. She is walking better and longer. They are really quite good here. Administration are very responsive to me. The dining room seems to be very clean. My mom really likes the food. She has been very happy eating there. If she doesn't like something, they give her something she will eat. I have had to call the front desk, there was an issue with her bedside buzzer. But I called the supervisor and he went right down there and he got it fixed. There were some issues, sometimes communication could be better but I think that happened at every place.

The rehab is very good. The nurses have been good. In her first two nights, she would try to get up out of her wheelchair and they had her sitting in the lobby for 3 hours. The aides need to be more personable and say hello they do not acknowledge her.

My loved one did well in the therapy.

They seem very nice. They seem very friendly and say hello. She is getting some rest. It is going smoothly. The therapist gave me an update and that went smoothly too. They kept me updated. She is changed and everything too. Every time she rang her bell they have been very helpful for her care. She likes the gentleman and I do not know his name. She trusts him. The therapist called me and the nurse was very helpful explaining her condition.

I'd recommend Phoebe Allentown to a friend.

From what I have seen, the staff is very caring. I like their philosophy with a religious slant. The staff is very friendly. This is no fault of the nurses and aides but they seem short staffed. She is not getting as much PT this time. Overall we are really happy with it. They are doing the best they can under the circumstances. I do not feel like they are able to care for her needs like getting a shower more than once per week and they do not have time to take her to the bathroom and it is a waiting game. Most of the meals are great and a couple I am not impressed with. The dining room is nice. The phone call I got this morning was short with the information, in a hurry to get off of the phone. Usually they are really nice with answering my questions. If I ask them to look into something, they do. We just had a meeting and it was very helpful. The nurse answers my questions.

The staff are very friendly and they are cooperative. They help when she needs it. One of the staff especially helps us and he is fun to be around. The social worker reached out when it was necessary. The floors were always clean. Some of the food was not that good. She had chicken parmesan and she did not like having it with ketchup and American cheese.

I'd recommend Phoebe Allentown, although the nurses are short handed.

Everybody is very friendly. It seems okay. It's very clean. There is a woman who they have sitting in the hall consistently all day. I am not getting any phone calls with updates. I have no idea what is going on.

Overall it's a good rehab. I have not had any communication. No phone call yet. Someone left her unattended in the bathroom.

I'd recommend Phoebe Berks Health Care Center.

So far we are very pleased with the facility. My mother has not voiced any complaints. My mother is enjoying the program they have her on. We are definitely pleased with the rehab therapy.

One of the RNs on the day shift is exceptional. My loved one likes having a private room and she likes the bathroom set up. The staff all communicate well. The nurses who care for her both communicate really well.

The staff and the facility itself have been wonderful. We feel very strongly that she is in the best facility possible. The communication between staff, nursing and family needs to be better. The staff are very friendly. The menu is lacking and my mom does not care for the food too much. I was told it would improve but hasn't. I tried it myself and was not impressed. There is not a variety of vegetarian options and they have the same menu every week. We've had a few hiccups and we're trying to work with them and hoping it improves.

At this point and pretty happy with it so far. So far the staff care looks pretty good. It will take more time to give an accurate evaluation. Everything looked spic and span.

The staff are good. They are so short staffed in the longterm side the nurses don't answer the call bell half the time. The food is okay.
