My loved one is getting good food and care. I am happy with him there. He likes the food. I like the unit secretary, she has been very helpful.

They seem to be taking good care of my loved one and the facility is clean.

They have a very homey environment, which is nice. The therapists did very well.

Things were mostly good, and I would recommend it. But there is a lot of miscommunication up there. The doctors don't communicate well with each other and they don't reach out to me enough. I am not too impressed with the therapy, either. The place my loved one was before was better.

Overall, it was okay. We have had some issues in rehab, and not getting communication. Not clear on what their goals are. I have not been informed.

Our stay was fine.

There were issues and there was a lack of oversight and security. There was a lack of attention to detail. This is her third time there, and this time was not good.

I think everybody is friendly. The place seems to be up to date and nice. I don't think my wife has made too much headway yet in therapy with her walking, but the nurse there said they're taking her out and walking with her. It seems to be a nice place there.

It's an okay place to be to get rehab.

We have not been really happy. I feel there is a lack of communication between the staff and the family. They are not personable.

I think sometimes they don't change my dad enough. Some of the assistant people who are not nurses just kind of sit around.

My first impression is that it's a good place. They're competent, the staff and the people I've dealt with. They are very friendly and forthcoming. My father does seem to be improving but I'm really waiting to see better results.

The overall experience has gone well. The rehab is not bad. The nursing care is pretty good. I have only actually seen one session with the rehab therapy but that looked fine. I have had a pleasant experience with the nurse was really nice. So in the short time that my loved one has been here, I would say they have done very satisfactory. The friendliness is great. The meals look and smell very good.

I am sure my loved one was taken care of there. They did not update me about her care.

My loved one is happy and comfortable. My interaction yesterday was better and I hope it will get better. I am confident of leaving her in their hands.

Since my loved one has been here, he has had maybe four days of rehab and their communication skills are lacking. I'm sure it's a staffing issue, but there is a lot of waiting when dad calls the staff for assistance.

The food is good and my loved one likes the people. The care is inconsistent. I asked someone to do something and come in the next day and it hasn't happened.

I think I see good care when I'm there. I think the facility is very clean. I was really surprised, especially in comparison to other nursing homes. I forgot razors for my loved one and they provided those for him. That was nice. He's not too happy with the experience. He does say when he rings the bell it takes them forever for them to come in.

Out of the area, it's one of the best facilities. My choices were limited to where to put my loved one. I do believe that they could do better on the call bell when the patients ring.

They took good care of her, but they didn't do what I asked them to do.
