They are giving my loved one great care but there were a couple things I had to check up on. The nurses are very good for the most part. They are very friendly and try to be accommodating. Two of the nurses who cared for him are very helpful, kind and understanding. They try to accommodate our needs and his needs.

I'd recommend Phoebe but I think there could more nurses available. When he has to go to the bathroom, it can take a while for them to get to him. He seems to be eating whatever they are giving him.

Phoebe Berks Health Care Center has been great. They don't get a chance to do therapy all the time, but when they do, it's good.

I saw no problem with the cleanliness! They're calling me a lot, telling me what's going on in regards to any changes.

They've been very attentive when she has had a problem. As far as I can tell, they are doing what she needs done. There is always someone there to help. The nursing care seems to be fine. The staff are very good and very nice. The whole place is really clean.

The nurses are always very good. One of the aides is exceptional. She is very good at what she does and she is quick and firm. She is very caring, kind and considerate. Some of the weekend service he received is not up to snuff with what he receives during the week.

The room is okay and she is doing better. She has gotten better in the last 2 weeks. It's clean. I see housekeeping come in and her room is clean. They give her options from menu. I think there could be more communication. I had the discharge person contact me last week with a targeted discharge date.

I think the people are wonderful and it's a great facility. They are very attentive. It's very clean. The communication we don't get communication about what the plan is. Also, there was a lot of speech therapy involved in the first couple days which didn't make any sense to us. They are very nice people to deal with though. They are very good. Everyone has been great.

She is really coming along. When she came to the facility she could not walk. At first I witnessed her improve to where she could walk a step or two. I just saw her use a walker back to her room from her therapy session which means she is definitely showing great improvement. I visit daily and I've had no negative experiences. We are satisfied with the level of care. The admissions lady has been really good.

Everybody is wonderful. Her accommodations are good and comfortable. The staff is good. They are very good. I have had more interaction with the aides. Her two regular aides have been excellent. She has had her meals come to her room and they have been very attentive.

It's excellent care and a nice facility. It's very good. It looks pretty clean. The food is good.

The therapists seemed to be on top of their game! They knew what they were doing. The nurses and staff were very good!

They have been very nice. He loves everything they are having and the meals are delicious. They take her to the dining room and she likes that. We had to wait a while for the nurses.

It's been good.

There are some awesome aides and nurses here. When I call, that's the only way they would communicate with me. Personal items have gone missing.

Everybody seems to be very nice and helpful.

The therapy that has been given, it's been good. The aides have been very helpful. My loved one eats her meals in her room, they look good.

Its been pretty good so far! One of the consultant/caseworker has been especially helpful throughout the process. It's a very clean facility!

There is an aide, I wish I could remember her name, but she has been especially helpful caring for my loved one. It's very clean! My loved one has not complained about the meals, so I think they are good. The communication is okay.
