The only reason we did not go with this community is because they did not have a private suite available for my loved one. Other than that they were great.

The experience has been wonderful. They're very caring. The caregivers are excellent. They really connect with the residents. I have everything wonderful to say. Except I just found out they don't take Medicaid. And if my father outlives his money, that's going to be a struggle. And that makes me feel sad thinking about moving him eventually. But the place itself is excellent.

We plan to move my mom here!

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff is friendly, kind, and courtesy to the residents and families. During the pandemic they have limited visiting our loved one. The community is good at escorting my loved one out to meet me for appointments, and when we return the staff are great at the attentiveness towards my loved one. The community is clean and friends are impressed when they come visit my loved one.

Atria Delmar Place is phenomenal. It's a wonderful place and has met all my expectations. I would highly recommend them. The people are spectacular. The employees are wonderful. It's well maintained and well cared for. Everyone is responsive. Every experience I've had has been very, very positive. I don't generally give top scores to anybody, but Atria Delmar Place gets 5/5.

Tour was very well organized and informative. Facility is very clean, modern and accessible for seniors requiring help. [name removed] was very well informed and was able to answer all of my (many) questions.

The care level is outstanding, professional, and loving. They take responsibility for complete care and allow the family not to worry about the care received. Communication between the staff and our family is good and they keep us well informed and up to date. I would recommend this community to others based on my experence.

The value offered in this community is better than others we have used. Having looked around I think atria has handled Covid very well and focused on the safety of the residence and communicating their reasoning behind those decisions. I would recommend this community to others based on our 6 months at the community.

We had a positive experience when our loved one was there. The community was clean, the staff members were extremely friendly and they had good quality care services. Our loved one was happy with the meals and the variety of options to choose from. We also thought it was great value for the money.

The community has personalized care and worked closely with us. The staff was very compassionate and caring. The communication was great and they told me to call whenever I needed to. I would recommend this community to others. This was one of only a few communities that enhanced memory care.

A very well organized facility. The staff really cared about the residence. They had a lot of activities that even in families and they did a lot to keep everyone busy. I would recommend this community to others.

Antria Salisbury is a ten out of ten stars, this community is exceptionally clean, we were very impressed. The staff is wonderful, they would also be a ten out of ten stars. The community is a little more on the expensive side but the care services are great. The activities are wonderful they have everything from painting, to music, bowling and trivia time. They even go shopping and out to eat at different restaurants.

This community is expensive, but we know our loved one is well taken care of. They try to keep the residents active during the pandemic. We have been able to do virtual visits, and now we are starting to see our loved one via a window. The staff is kind, and they take care of my loved one like it was their loved one. We have been pleased with this community.

I would recommend Atria Shaker. The community is nice due to them letting my loved on bring pets in. The staff has been helpful. The food is good. The room is larger, than I had seen in other communities.

I think it was the best available choice we had. There's not a lot of options in our small area. It is the best around the area for your parents. My father was in a situation that he could've helped, and thy chose not too. He was dying of cancer and dementia. They choose not to call an ambulance and could have do that. They have one doctor and the doctor doesn't seem to know what they are doing. There has been a couple of things that they should have treated the residents better. I even found human feces there at a visit in the hallway. If your parent seems to be in pretty good shape, it would be nice to place there. If they get sicker, then they get removed. I think if I could do it over again, I would choose a different community from the start.

The community is often clean. The majority of the staff at Atria Delmar Place are very friendly. The care is great and as far as my mother's needs go, we wish they were able to suggest things for the staff to do that would make her care and living space a little better during the Covid-19 community lock down. We do feel Atria Delmar Place is a good value for the price.

The staff is very good at getting residents engaged. The staff is on a first name basis with the residents and it helps them to feel comfortable. My parents have a large 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. They like the food. The chef asked them both what their favorite and least favorite foods are to make sure they have food options everyone likes. The outdoor space is good, there could be more. I like that community is all on one level.

Atria is a beautiful facility and very well kept. We were given an in depth tour and got to see residents enjoying some of the many activities and programs offered. A satisfying experience.

Very clean and up to date facility in a beautiful setting. It seems to be of high quality and will definitely be an option for our loved one in the near future.
