Peregrine Senior Living

Therapy is provided. Menu's are provided each week with an alternate menu available should you not care for the featured menu. This is my first experience with an assisted living arrangement. And my older sister has had lived in California for over 50 years, only deciding to move here on the spur of the moment. But ending up at Peregrine has been a great end to a hard search. I would highly highly recommend them.

Our family had an in person tour with Peregrine Crossing and we thought it was a very nice place. We really enjoyed the tour, we liked the different rooms we saw as well as the common rooms. The people there were very nice.

I have had a lot of things going on with my mother and no matter what my concern has been, they have stopped whatever they were doing and listened to my concerns and followed through. They have been proactive when situations have occurred. That is very important. They have always responded appropriately. I would highly recommend Peregrine at Cheektowaga and already have to other friends.

It was a great experience, but it is costly. The staff was very helpful. They were very warm and inviting. Being a person of color and a complete minority there, my loved one was made to feel welcomed, as was our whole family.

We had a great tour experience at Peregrine Salisbury, although you never fully know what any place is like until your loved one lives there. The staff that helped us was very kind and knowledgeable. We chose not to go there due to logistics for my mom. She would have had to use an elevator, which was overwhelming for her.

The people there are great and very helpful. I have no complaints. We picked this community, because it was bright-sunny, and the people were nice. I would recommend to other families, and I have already recommended to others.

Peregrine is clean, caring and professional. Worth taking a closer look!

Everyone is friendly and they communicate with family well on all care issues. I like the dining options and food.... chef is the best. They are like a family there. Only thing would be more live music... residents love that.

Everything at this facility has met or exceeded my expectations. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My brother likes the food. Everything is clean. I sleep well knowing that my brother is safe, happy, and well cared for.

The entire staff, so far in my experience, has been very professional, very warm and welcoming, and very understanding that this is a difficult time for families. They just go above and beyond. They check on my loved one. They email me. They call me to see how I'm doing as well as give me updates on how my family member is doing. I'm just very happy, because I feel like my family member is safe and content. And I know that those feelings will only build as she continues to integrate into the community.

The facility is very professional and pleasant atmosphere. There are meal plans that you can sign up for, my loved one gets two meals a day.

The staff, from [name removed]to the medical team, to assistants and aids, to the social activities to transportation, in every way possible, every single day, they have looked out for, cared for, supported and taken care of my loved one - both physically and emotionally. They could not have done more. Honestly. Our family is very blessed to have Peregrine's family in our lives.

The people at Peregrine at Guilderland are very friendly and overall it is a good community. We like how the staff address our loved one by her name and she is happy and safe there which is what matters. However there are some gaps when it comes to the transitioning of a new residents so we think that area could be improved and maybe have a better onboarding process.

I'm extremely happy with Peregrine Senior Living at Colonie. My favorite things are all the activities they have provided. They have activities all day. The staff is extremely good with the residents and very friendly. The facility is very well cared for never dirty and a beautiful place.

The staff is awesome! The place is under construction, which looks beautiful so far. The residents are not affected by the construction. My mother has become involved in many activities and has developed friendships with many of the residents. Prior to my mom being placed there she was not eating, interacting with her neighbors and wanted to sleep all the time. To date she has gained weight and has a smile on her face!! She is content and happy, although it took her 3 months to get adjusted. My sister and I could not be with her round the clock and have no experience with this horrible disease, in order to make sure she was getting the care she needed!!

Mom is doing great here. She says the food is exceptional. They have a chef that is there and he takes a lot of time to prepare the meals. It is expensive but it is worth it for the quality of care provided. We shopped around at many different facilities and this one was the best fit for her in the area. The staff have been very friendly and bent over backwards for us. I would absolutely recommend Peregrine Salisbury to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great experience, everyone we met with was very polite, friendly and not pushy at all. The decision was all ours, they did not try to push you or sell you on anything. They also have very nice amenities there.

They have been extremely helpful and supportive throughout the entire process, from onboarding through getting settled in. We're quite pleased. There has been a learning process getting care sorted out for our family. But they're always responsive and take the time to listen when I come to then with concerns. And we usually come to a resolution.
