Peregrine Senior Living

My loved one is a resident at Peregrine Senior Living at Orchard Park and everything has been great so far. I would recommend this facility to others.

A place for mom called me back within a minute of my request online. She was so helpful. Gave me direction where to start and make appointments to tour. Gave me names of who to contact. I was given the Peregrines Landing by A place for mom and we ended up going there and touring. We loved it. Thank you for giving us direction and the push I needed to get started.

We had a lovely dinner in the private dining room with my mom! The food and service were great! We would gladly come back for another dinner! [name removed] did a wonderful job preparing the meal. Thank you so much!!!!

We were welcomed into dinner with our grandma. Quickly our server came with a menu and asked we wanted anything to drink. Shortly after we ordered, we had drinks, soups and salads. Everything was delicious from the salad to the dessert

We have been very pleased with Shaker and the Memory Care Unit. [name removed] has been so supportive and helpful as has her staff. The activities are so in line with this population and my brother engages in many. The staff are very sensitive and in tune and respect this unique population. There is kindness and personal connection which I believe is vital. I am most grateful for the way they are treating a fine man- my brother- similar how he has treated others.

All of them would be a five. My family and I are quite happy and Peregrine Delmar has exceeded our expectations in all of the categories above. It really is a wonderful place for your loved one.

The staff has been outstanding with my sister. Every time I visit her she has another story about what she has done that day. She has been very involved doing activities. The road trips are a blessing that are really appreciated. My sister is improving every day. I would and have highly recommend Peregrine Senior Living at Cheektowaga. The cost is steep, but has been well worth it.

Our Mom has lived at Peregrine of Cheektowaga for 18 months. My siblings and I don't live in the area but the staff at Peregrine treat Mom like she is part of their family. She is in the best place she can be.

Staff members are friendly. The facility is very clean and smells good. My mother's room and bathroom are kept clean. Communication with family is very good. A chef makes all the food and my mother loves it. The move in process went very smoothly. The facility guys were very helpful with hanging pictures and fixing anything we found, like the closet door being off the track. I would definitely recommend Peregrine Salisbury to others.

My father is a resident at Peregrine Shaker and everything at this facility is 5 star across the board! The facility staff are friendly, helpful and responsive to my father and also to my sisters and I. My father loves the frontline wait and maintenance staff. He also loves the food and the activities that are offered. I would definitely recommend Peregrine Shaker to others!

All 5s. I'm very impressed with everything regarding Peregrine Senior Living. As a first responder, I "visit" a lot of care homes. Peregrine is undoubtedly amongst the cleanest facilities I've seen. Everyone demonstrates genuine concern for Mom's wellbeing. Everyone has been very professional. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

My wife is currently a resident at Peregrine Shaker and everything has been great for her at this facility. The move-in process went well. The staff are friendly, competent and responsive. The housekeeping is very good. Communication with the family is very good. The meals are good quality. I would recommend Peregrine Shaker to others.

My loved one was previously a resident at Peregrine Shaker and I would highly recommend this facility to others. The staff was always friendly. The move in process was good. The housekeeping and maintenance were stellar. Based on my loved one's comments about the food, I would say that it was okay. Overall, she was not real happy with the food. The only negative was that questions were asked and answered, but some details were left out. For example: Do you take residents to doctor appointments, the answer was yes. In reality, it's only done on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Another example: Can families dine in with loved one's, the answer was yes, no charge. In reality, its only when meetings are not happening and they eat separate from their community. Their wellness staff was absolutely terrific. I think that is a real big part of having families feel comfortable with entrusting their family member to a facility.

My experience is with memory care section. The staff, from director to aides, are all caring, attentive and know their jobs. They communicate (text and pics) on an ongoing basis to let me know what's happening.

What we like the most about the Peregrine Guilderland community is that they seem to be helping out with everything she needs help with. I can't complain since she isn't. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Based on the experience we have had so far, we are very happy with Peregrine Senior Living at Colonie. The staff members there are very caring and very professional which is something we like the most. Our loved one is getting good care there.

My loved one is currently a resident at Peregrine Salisbury. Our overall experience at this facility has been great so far. The staff has been very communicative and helpful. The move in process was arranged and completed easily. The cleanliness and friendliness is great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

My grandmother moved to Peregrine a few months ago and has made many friends. She enjoys the activities-such as outings, crafts, manicures, and card games. Her room is very spacious and has a little kitchenette with a fridge and microwave.

I think it is way too pricey. We have to pay for some of his activities. Plus the [removed] a month. Staff is outstanding! The receptionist's are sweet and welcoming. The aids are the absolute best, I have not met one that is not absolutely wonderful with my dad. The maintenance Director, [name removed] has been especially fantastic. My dad has him moving something every other day. Yet he does it with a smile. He often checks on my dad too, he doesn't have to do that. My dad appreciates that and so do I. Love, Love Love the staff. Not a bad thing to say about them.

The staff is very caring and make residents feel very at home. They provide lots for the residents to do with activities, outings, and functions to include families. It is always kept very clean, and is bright and cheerful.
