I visited last weekend and got to experience the pictures with Santa. It was so great to see management staff in the building on a weekend celebrating with the residents. The 3 women that were there too the time to introduce themselves to everyone and ask if we needed anything and it was a breath of fresh air. Santa was so friendly and walked the building with one of the management staff for hours, brought people to lunch and took more pictures than I’ve ever seen. I was so impressed. Great place.

This place has improved so much in the last year. Everyone cares so much about the residents and it is nice to see when I’m visiting my mom. Although the price is high, the beautiful decorations and quality care helps

The facility is very clean & tidy, every day. The staff checks on each resident every morning & night. Food is good compared to other facilities I was in. My apartment is a studio, so fairly small. I haven't been in other apartments.

I would recommend to others! Peregrine will not disappoint. It felt like home! People could not have been nicer or more welcoming!

Peregrine is a wonderful facility for its patients and for families to come and visit. I highly recommend taking a tour if you are considering a place for your loved one. The staff is really incredible.

I recently moved my Step Mom into the memory care unit at a very didfficult time for my family with my father at home in the final stages of cancer. Two nurses came to my parents' home to descretely interview my Step Mom. They were very friendly and respectful of my wishes. I found the Peregrine facility to be clean and attractive and from the moment we moved Mom in we met sweet friendly care givers who made her feel at home. She is thriving at peregrine and doing much better than at home. I knew from those very first moments that that she was in good hands and I could leave her to take care of my father with no worries. The staff is very good about keep me informed of any needs and the health care practitioners who care for her as needed communicate very well. I feel it is a blessing for my Step Mom and my family that we found Peregrine's landing.

The building has a nice set up, and the setting is nice. There are pine trees all around the property perimeter. The interior was very nice as well, very homey and comfortable. All the staff were very pleasant & there were many around interacting with residents, which I haven't always seen at other facilities. The residents were partaking in various activities and they have a shuttle that takes the Memory care residents out & about! This didn't happen at my Mom's last facility, was so happy to see this. The facility was very clean, a critical factor. Tour guide was knowledgeable, helpful & very kind. She knows her work well, fully appreciated her. The location is perfectly centralized for my family to visit. I'm on a waiting list, which is short and we'll see what happens. I think Peregrine would be a wonderful place for my Mom to call home. Worth anyone's time to visit & evaluate for their loved ones.

All of the staff and aids were very helpful and friendly to the clients as well as their families including the receptionist.

Very kind staff. Lots of activities for the residents. Beautiful, clean facility with nice rooms. Lots of staff interaction with residents.

Peregrines Senior Living was the best choice for Respite care for my Uncle. We went on a trip and not able to take him with us. Peregrines offered respite care /memory care. His room was private with beautiful new furnishings. He loved the food and staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will use there services again in the future.

Look around at different options for different needs. I would recommend so far, As long as the client remains happy.

Nice small memory care group. Rooms are larger than we've experienced before. Staff is super responsive and nice.

They were amazing, kind and helpful. My mother left after 6 months and I know it was nothing the peregrine did. She didn't like the food because it was too spicy. For me everything was perfectly flavorful and delicious and I ate there several times. Everyone I met was very nice and kind. All the staff were wonderful. My mother's transition to assisted living was difficult for her. And she was the healthiest she had been in years by the time she left. She actually said at one point in time that if she had to go back into assisted living, it would definitely be back at the peregrine. By far the best place in this price point. Small community minded facility, very friendly staff, superb food, excellent activities with a broad spectrum of interests.

Facility was spotless. Staff was caring and attentive. First meal [name removed] had was BLTs one of [name removed] favorite lunches. Overall [name removed] had a wonderful two weeks at Peregrine.

The most important reason Peregrine was chosen over all other places we toured is that EVERYONE seemed really happy to be there! Each resident we encountered was smiling, friendly and stated that they really liked being there. Each person working there seemed to be genuinely enjoying their work. We were guided and assisted through the whole process, too! Dad really likes being there and is doing remarkably better there! He also says that the food is awesome, too.

Attentive staff, very clean, interesting activities, and healthy meals. I'm happy to recommend the Peregrine in Colonie.

I never visited the facility because I live in a different state, but my family has told me it was very clean, staffed well and everyone there was very caring and loving to the residents.

Peregrine is the best option from the 3 facilities we visited. Peregrine felt a little homey. It feels more like small apartments. With indoor restaurants.
