[Name removed] has only been here for 2 weeks but we are very pleased with the efforts of the staff to help him adjust to his new home.

I am so thankful someone recommended Golden Orchards as a place for mom while I was on vacation. After her third stay she decided she wanted to live there permanently. Golden Orchards is such a warm friendly place, I feel completely at ease with leaving my mom in their care.

Under the direction of [name removed], Golden Orchards has progressed and become a place we can be comfortable leaving our loved ones, [name removed] and the staff make Golden Orchards home to many and an enjoyable place to visit! Great Job!

My mom is very happy at Golden Orchards and talks this place up a lot. I think it's nice in here, well kept inside and out. Very happy my mom I here verses other places. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Golden Orchards is an exceptional assisted living facility. Administrator has hired a loving and caring staff who take time to individually get to know each patient on a personal level. I spend a lot of time here visiting my 93 year old mother, and have observed the nursing staff give each patient love and care. The rooms are cleaned daily and the buildings are beautifully maintained. Last, but not least, the chef. Chef takes great pride in the meals they serve. The food is amazing in taste and quality. I feel very comfortable with everyone here. My mom needs 24 hour care and the staff notifies me by phone of any concerns or changes in her well being. This place is great!

Nice facility, clean, [name removed] was very informative. He is very resistant to change, not sure I can ever get him to move. He says he is going to look into VA benefits, we will see.

Moving my mom to Golden Orchards has been the best thing for her. [Name removed] was so helpful and had everything ready. My mom has been here for 2 weeks and has received nothing but the best of care. The entire staff is helpful, friendly and caring. They seem to care about the elderly residents. This place was very impressive to us. Staff were friendly to us and all the residents. Plenty of activities inside the facility and provided transportation for events that were hosted outside of the facility. Now that mom has been at this facility for months, we are especially happy that our initial good impressions are still holding true for this place.

Very happy that there is more activities. Happy the nurse is helping my brother with therapy. Outreach to the community. Love the care and love you show each and everyone. Every time I call I never feel that my questions are a bother. Always helpful and kind. Very involved making this a home a big family.

Safe and secure facility, warm and friendly staff. Medical staff that works with you. Lots of activities for residents. Country setting with wildlife. Outings that are for or within the community, close by.

It's exceptionally hard when a loved one has to have around the clock care, my grandma being on of them. However, having her in a place that still allows her to have some freedom and keeps her smiling has been very comforting. I am so grateful for the staff at Golden Orchards and the amazing things they do with their residents. #lovemygrandmas

the staff is awesome. they are great with my mom. I love the place. My mom gets everything taken care of.. Her room is always clean and she seems happy. If she needs anything they go out of their way to get it for her.

My mom has been at Brookdale Battle Creek, MI for about 2 months now and she loves it. She is 94 but has become acquainted with all of the women and even checks in on a few older ladies to make sure they are doing alright. Us kids call her the social butterfly of Brookdale. :) She loves the fellowship, the food, the care and especially the parties and entertainment. She is very active and social so Brookdale was the perfect place for her!

I have been here 10 months. The residents are very friendly and so is the staff, The activities are varied, such as Bingo, card games, Wii bowling, hangman, etc. Outside trips are to Krogers and Meijers, doctor appointments, MGM Grand casino. The food is fair and the waitstaff very helpful.

My mother in law receives lots of attention. She is eating well. As her needs change, the needs are accommodated. I have good communication with the nursing director. She really enjoys the activities. Private room with private bath. Laundry service. Continuum of care. Tremendous value.
