This is the first time I have ever been in assisted living. Everybody is respectful. The food is excellent. The staff is pleasant. The dining room does a great job. My room has been taken care of by housekeeping. I love the physical therapy.

Atmosphere is good, it's clean. The food is nice. I like the day room. They have everything I need here.

Pacifica was very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. While moving my loved one in, we found that the elevator was broken. Instead of leaving us to figure it out, they moved my loved one's apartment to a lower level unit - we found this very considerate as they didn't have to do that. They get 5's across the board because they also take good care of my loved one!

Thank you and the Pacifica team for your outstanding work and kindness to my Mother [name removed] and I. You and the team were always helpful, responsive and kept me informed which I greatly appreciate. I'm sure I will miss some Pacifica member but thanks to [names removed] and whoever I missed. Thanks for all you do.

My experience so far has been 1st rate. The Sales Director, [name removed], skillfully navigated my Mom's transition from a skilled nursing facility even coming in on his day off to personally make sure everything went smoothly. The facility is beautiful and well-kept. I'm very happy with choosing Pacifica Hemet for my Mother.

It's very nice there. The staff have all been wonderful. Everyone is SO nice . My loved one likes the food, and she's enjoying the activities. They gave her two garden beds to tend, and she's been loving the painting classes. Compared to other places we looked at, it's very cost effective as well.

I toured this community and liked it. We chose another community because there was no secured path or garden for my loved one to take a walk. we noticed that the residents were walking around in the parking lot and that wouldn't work for us, as my mom has a walker.

They are one of the cleanest, friendliest, and caring communities around. My loved one finds the community and residents to be friendly. They are faith based. They were even able to move my loved one in on the same day.

Our dad used to live here. What made his stay here the best was the staff. From care, dining and the activities team. They always kept us in the loop especially during the pandemic outbreak. We love the activities team for entertaining us/our parents and putting smiles on our faces when we saw updates of what was going on in the community with the Facebook page. Overall couldn't pick a better place for mom pops.

My mom has been living here the past 4 years and she loves it. From making new friends and having the best staff in town. My grandma (mom's mom) used to live here as well. My mom loves the activities here, the activity team has gone above and beyond to comfort and entertain us during the pandemic. Check out their Facebook page!

Very nice facility with extremely nice personnel. The Sales Director made certain our experience was as stress free as possible upon admitting my father. This isn't our first time here, so let that speak for itself!

It was a peaceful and beautiful warm welcome as we brought home our father to live at Pacifica Spring Valley.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. My mom is fitting in so well here. Our family is very happy with the level of care she is getting.

They are awesome across the board. From the first meeting with [name removed] in sales, all the way though when my mom passed, they were excellent. I couldn't recommend it more highly. The location, everything. The staff were great, including the on-site nurse. They did everything and more than I could have imagined.

We chose Pacifica Senior Living because of the cleanliness of the facility as well as the friendly staff members. The expense was also better than most places that we looked into as well. We knew right away when we toured that this was going to be the right fit. It was a good experience for the whole family all the way around. It has a very social climate which helped him progress with his rehab and also helped him mentally. It was pleasing from start to finish. From the administrators to the maintenance guy, we were impressed with it all. They addressed our needs as family members and treated my father with kindness and respect.

They are friendly and caring here. The staff took good care of my loved one during their stay. Some of the activities available for the residents are: music, games, celebrations and more for the residents to choose from.
