I live in Hemet and found Pacifica through the internet. Toured the facility with [name removed] He is excellent and an asset to your community. [name removed] is also great!

Very informative. Cost structure very well explained. Community very inviting. [name removed] was very engaging and informative. Good representation.

The staff in marketing have been very supportive. All questions have been answered excellently. Community was very helpful and patient with our family's needs.

I cannot say enough great praise and gratitude to [name removed]! I was going through severe stress and worry trying to get my bedridden mother the proper care she needs. Our insurance wasn't making it an easy process at all! [name removed] treated me like family and was constantly reassuring me and encouraging me through this difficult time. She went above and beyond normal work hours! Pacifica Riverside is a wonderful home for loved ones.

The staff is very courteous and really show generous care to the residents there. Based on our experience so far we would be more then likely to recommend the Wyndham Lakes community to others.

Coming from a traditional home we were skeptical of using assisted living for my grandmother. But with everyone working and taking care of the children it become harder to make sure her needs were met. Luckily the Gardens have proven very capable of making sure she is comfortable and her needs met. Staff is very kind and patient, haven't had a single complaint and for the price it's worth it. Definitely put my and my family's mind as ease having her here.

Just stopped by to visit my aunt for a bit and I was very impressed by how lively the atmosphere was! All the staff I encountered were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction and seemed happy to help. I thought the place also smelled lovely!

My friend is very happy with the level of care she receives. I felt comfortable going away on vacation for 2 weeks leaving her there. They kept me informed while I was away by email. They are very friendly. I am really happy. It's a full residence location for a person who needs services.

We are moving my mother to Pacifica at Forest trace, the memory care unit. Everyone from the housekeepers, the nurses, as well as the managerial staff, are all knowledgeable, and very kind. They understand that this is a difficult decision when one has to make a decision to move one parent into this kind of community. My mother is nearly 97 and is physically in great health, however she has severe dementia. Because of that she has needed 24 seven caregivers. Because of her dementia, she generally doesn’t want to go anywhere with anyone other than me. This is become quite a lot and I am so looking forward to the activities that she will be able to participate in. The unit we have selected is a one bedroom one bathroom unit. It’s approximately 800 ft.² and my mom will have the view of the beautiful lake. Hopefully the move will go ok. [name removed], the community relations director as well as [name removed], the moving coordinator, has been phenomenal with this entire process!

We had a great tour with Pacifica, it was very similar to the facility that we chose. The staff were all super nice and I would recommend them, the price was just a little higher here.

Very happy with the love & care my friend received while his time was spent at Pacifica. The sales gal made the transition very smoothly and the care staff was exceptional as my friend decided to spend the last month of his life under their care.

Pacifica Senior Living Vista is a friendly and well kept community with beautiful staff members.

Such a unique property. Very different from the typical "mansion" style assisted and memory care facilities. All staff was really friendly and inviting

We had a really good tour experience with Gardens at Escondido. The only reason we did not choose this facility was because it was a very large place that was spread out which would require a lot of walking.

Blessed to have found such a wonderful home for my Pop. Especially thankful for [name removed], his overall kindness, patience and attentiveness in such a time of need was truly heaven sent. Out family highly recommends Pacifica as the facility is very well maintained, the care staff has been wonderful and a comfortable place we can afford.

The food is great. You all have been easy to work with. I am happy to be here.

This is the first time I have ever been in assisted living. Everybody is respectful. The food is excellent. The staff is pleasant. The dining room does a great job. My room has been taken care of by housekeeping. I love the physical therapy.

Atmosphere is good, it's clean. The food is nice. I like the day room. They have everything I need here.
