This has been a great place for our mom. She enjoys her independence and the opportunities to socialize with other residents and staff. There is a very caring, loving staff here. They provide fun activities for the residents - even creative, safe ones during Covid (example: drive-by Valentines Day, etc.).

The remodel looks great! I really like the colors, lighting and flooring. The atmosphere is bright and cheerful. The staff were warm and friendly. The residents seemed very happy.

I moved my mom here from a different memory care facility and my only regret is that I did not move her sooner. Pacifica staff recognizes the challenges-physical, mental, and emotional-that are brought one by Alzheimer's. They do not simply warehouse residents via medication but instead appon to have the training and staff to anticipate/recognize that each resident is a human. The medical staff here are amazing in addition to the administrative staff who are present and visible. The site is very clean.

The very best place for a senior with memory issues!
Over the last dozen years my mom developed a number of problems, mainly dementia and mobility. We tried everything from caring for her at home to a number of board-and-cares, but her care was a continuing challenge. Then we moved her to Pacifica Senior Living Northridge, and everything changed. Her moods improved, several of her chronic health issues improved, and she is still doing well two years after moving there. The staff is caring and attentive, the facility is attractive and clean, and we just couldn't be happier with them. Thank you, Pacifica!

Peace of mind for our Mom
After realizing we could no longer take care of our mom at home, we took a tour of Pacifica Senior Living in Northridge. [Name removed] was amazing explaining all the details and answering all of our questions and concerns. We like that our mom has her own private space with her own bathroom but with all the help during the day that she needs. The staff is very friendly. They go out of their way to make you happy and help your loved one. Our mom has gone from being very quiet and not carrying on conversation to talking and telling us about other residents she has met during dinner time and playing bingo. She seems so much happier then even in her own home that she never wanted to leave. We are very protective of her since our dad died and we feel like this decision to bring her to Pacifica has been the best decision for her and for us. We can visit and enjoy our mom without the worries of managing caregivers, and other tasks we used to do. Best decision we have made to keep our mom safe.
