Pacifica SR Living is a very welcoming and inclusive environment. All staff calls each resident by name from day 1! The rooms are pleasant and accommodating. (I do wish there were a kitchen" sink in the kitchenette though).

This is an excellent home with great rooms and wonderful care. Meals and activities were marked 4 because there are impossible to be perfect. But the food and menus are very good. And there are plenty of good activities. I recommend living here very highly.

We picked this community for the affordability, location and cleanliness. It must be stressed this facility stands out in the area of commitment to caregiving. duties with professionalism They continually demonstrated patience, warmth and respect in the handling and care of residents and families.

Not only do the caregivers and overall staff attend to the needs of my grandpa but they’ve gone out of their way to build a relationship with him. Everyone is super welcoming and I know I can count on them to take care of my grandpa. I can’t think of a better family.

For 9+ years I was full time caregiver as she progressed through dementia. Married 45 years, I was determined to find "the right fit" fir her as I visited over 10 facilities. They all had curb appeal. but at Pacifica I found a stable, tight knit staff, 7 separate cottages each devoted to memory care, and a unique concern for resident well being. <3

Great & have plenty of activities to do. Always clean & things to do (cards, bingo, board games).

Very sweet staff. Food is great. I had a pleasant tour and moved my mother in this year.

The building is looking to much better and modern since the construction has been done. Seems a lot more new residents have been moving in as I seen the dining room full. They had a family Holiday party for the residents last week which showed a lot of planning and dedication to make the residents happy. The maintenance staff was dressed as Santa and taking pictures with people by the fireplace which is going to make a beautiful holiday card. He was the perfect person to play Santa, my mom loves [name removed], he goes above and beyond. I am overall happy with making the decision to move my mother there.

I came in on a weekend recently looking for Memory Care placement for my father. I didnt know what questions to ask or the process of moving a loved one into a retirement home. The Marketing Director knew a lot about Dementia that i was blown away. She went over everything step by step as well as provided us with paperwork for the doctor as well as additional resources to help with my dad. They dont have available rooms in the memory care right now but she still toured us and spent a great amount of time helping us. At the end of the tour we asked to put my fathers name on the wait list. She also gave us a variety of places to look at that are within our price rage but also good communities since I need to move my dad asap.

Bonita Is doing amazing. The new Executive Director has already made so many positive changes in the past month. The community has great communication, dedication and team work. The Marketing Director hosted a wonderful Christmas party for the residents and families. It was the best event since my mom has been at Bonita. The Marketing Director is a jack of all trades and always so happy and pleasant to be around. I am happy I moved my mother into this community as she is socializing now and attending activities.
