All of our experience throughout the whole process was an "A" grade.

My mother had a stroke and still not ready to live at home. Pacifica came to the rescue. From the walk-in tour to contract signing - they have bent over backwards to help us. It was priceless to see my mom smile and feel @ home right away. Thank you!

My grandma has enjoyed her time at Pacifica Senior Living Oceanside. The staff have been really compassionate and helpful, and all of the residents appear to have good spirits the same as what I've observed at [removed] where my other relatives lived. The facility is always clean and well-kept, and there are lots of activities offered to keep the residents occupied. The meal is delicious, and the staff goes above and beyond to assist my grandma with everything she needs. Our family has benefited much from this group, which is why I'm so happy we found it. I appreciate all of your help and support in giving my grandma!

The facility is beautiful. The staff is always very warm and friendly. The food is good. There are activities to do, very nice around the holidays. Easy to communicate, nurse checks in regularly. [Name removed] is amazing, so helpful with move in. I would recommend the facility to others.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They seem to really care about the residents. The facility had a "family friendly" vibe. Housekeeping is good, and meals could improve as far as taste and quality go. Also, the serving sizes are small, according to my dad. I do, however, recommend this place to others.

My wife is in memory care at Pacifica. Since moving there, she has adjusted and is part of the community. I appreciate the facility offering a small scale setting as well as a larger community. The caregivers and staff are so supportive and kind to both my wife and I. The grounds are a real plus since we walk daily. It’s a perfect fit for our situation.

We received a short tour of the facility, and we spent time in a few of the spaces in the main facility, as well as the memory care building. I was very impressed with the layouts of the two apartments we decided between for the temporary photo studio. The community spaces were very fun seeming and we saw lots of seniors and family sharing time in them. I was particularly impressed with the memory care facility and the quality of care provided to the memory-care Veteran residents. They seemed to be having a great time and seemed to be friends as well as neighbors. The Veterans and a few partners in attendance also all seemed to get along and be actively making plans while waiting for their turn. The residents seemed lively and the facility extremely well kept, with a lot of amenities receiving plenty of use. The staff was friendly and we noticed a lot of options when it came to the different living situations available.

This facility has a great staff that are warm welcoming and helpful! Our mother has thrived since being there nearly a year. Our mother has made many friends and is enjoying herself! Highly recommend!

Pacifica felt homey and was very inviting. The residents seem very happy. The staff seem to truly care. There are many fun activities. They aren't just on a calendar, they actually happen ... as can be seen on the facebook page. The homemade pies are fantastic so I'm sure the food is as well.

I love coming to visit grandma! Pacifica's staff is so welcoming and make me (and grandma) comfortable. She is so happy here - we are so blessed to know she is being taken care of. :)

From the first tour, the staff has been welcoming and helpful. As soon as we had toured, I knew that pacifica is perfect for mom. She has been there 6 months now and is thriving there. She has dementia and everyone is so kind and sweet to her. It's a "10."

I immediately felt the sincere care and concern of the staff when visiting. The facilities were very clean and bright for all the residents and guests. Enjoyed my visit very much.
