Pacifica Senior Living

We helped my mom move into the Sun City Gardens independent living community in November. Everything from getting the space ready to getting her moved in to getting her settled could not have gone any better! The staff all seem to genuinely care about the residents. When I took my mom to eat in the dining room her first day, I could see that the waitstaff knew most of the residents by name. The food is very good, and everyone orders from a full menu with a wide variety of options. The rooms are nice, with new flooring, fresh paint and nice views of the center courtyard. Once my mom moved in, she needed some assistance getting use to a new home and new routine. The staff went out of their way to help her. They also have great referrals to community resources and are always willing to answer questions at the front desk.

My Dad moved to their Memory Care, and the entire staff are so kind, and such a great help to my Father. The whole team at Pacifica RP are friendly, caring and very good at their job. Knowing my Dad is well taken care of gives me such a piece of mind. It is a beautiful location, modern, clean. A really pleasant place to live. Really nice front room, patios and activity rooms. The Memory care areas are just as nice as the assisted living spaces. Shout out to [names removed] for the great job they do! It has been the best choice we have made for my Father and his care.

I’ve visited dozens of memory care communities and Pacifica is the Best. Beautiful feel of home and very caring staff. I visited for a community event. The lighting of the Trees. Residence were able to choose their favorite..

Not just one, but two parents have now reached the sad point of being beyond our ability to care for them at home. An initial tour, very well executed by [name removed], offered up all the information we needed. From there, a bevy of other care-givers, RN's and meds specialists made a painful process much easier and gave me solace that things might be OK. So far so good. Saw quite a few places and Pacific was simply the best fit.

Pleasure living here

I have found everyone to be extremely helpful with helping me get my mom situated and comfortable in her new living arrangements. The staff is always there to answer any questions and help in any way they can. It's an open door policy which makes it feel more like a family. My mother loves her apartment and the cleanliness of the facility. The nursing staff is always there to make sure my mother receives all her care. Just knowing that the staff has my mom's best interest in mind and goes above and beyond to make sure she's happy has taken a lot of pressure off of myself. I am thankful that my mom is in good, caring hands.

We moved my grandmother into the memory care at Heritage Hills and they were very helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone was so nice and I really appreciated the professionalism they exhibited.

Heritage Hills is an extremely warm and inviting community with friendly and engaging residents. Many opportunities to find your individual nitch and feel embraced. A chef prepared daily meal is an additional bonus.

All of the staff, from the front desk to the maintenance, are friendly and helpful. Everyone there seems genuinely happy to be working there. Communication is great, especially in response to all of my inquiries. Their dining room is family style, which really promotes relationships and the food is great. They always offer an alternative menu as well, which is great for those of us who don't eat meat. The residents rave about the soups. The move in process was easy and they even have a resident welcome committee, which made my mom feel special. I would highly recommend Monte Vista Village to others!
