I had been to this facility many years back, I did not like the memory care area, it was dark and bland looking. I decided to re visit to my surprise it is undergoing reconstruction. I was pleasantly surprised with the look and design of the memory care facility. They did not have the tub that I think my mother might like.

Found this facility to be a great cost for services rendered. Includes all meals and housekeeping once a week. Every afternoon there is entertainment offered along with movies and games. Bus scheduling has had its problems but they seem to be trying to work things out. My Mother is in the independent living section but she recently broke her foot and it was really convenient to arrange for the extra help while her foot is in a cast. beautiful setting and close to shopping. Staff is very helpful in starting a new activity if it is not already offered. I would very much recommend this facility.

Nice community. Dated, but scheduled for an upgrade in July 2014. Walking trail for Mom. Staff very friendly and warm. Bobbie Reyes is contact. Cost is $2200/month + $435/medications mgmt. Total of $2635/month. CONS: Up and coming neighborhood. Senior community in gated complex.

This was a very nice looking place. It was very clean, and the staff we met seemed friendly. However, this location was solely independent living, and my loved one was in need of some care. We would definitely have considered this place if we were looking for independent living options!

It seems to be working out alright. In respect to that it is a memory care facility, dealing with residents who are having trouble, I think they keep it as clean as possible. They are very friendly and she is being taken care of, but it's still horribly expensive! I think the care services are good but since this is the first time she's been in a facility it's tough to say. My mom is difficult so they are doing the best that they can!

They are great, fantastic! The best thing is that their staff is friendly and caring, but there have been a couple hidden costs that I didn't know about going into it, so that's the downside. They have a variety of activities, family events and crafts and that type of thing. They have memory care, and that's where he's at now.

We toured the property before. It has an entry fee that is high. It is closer than Fletcher Park Inn to places that we have to go to

They have two types of living, she is in the independent living, but they also have a full assisted living section. She gets three meals and plenty of snacks, as much as she wants. She doesn't have a nurse or anything like that, but if is something happens she can pull a string and someone will come. She plays cards, arts and crafts, and she's always telling me that she is happy!

My aunt is a little confused so it is hard to get a straight answer about how things are going, but it seems like she is settling in and doing a lot better. She was really confused when she got there. As she got used to it, she seemed to be a lot happier. The building is very nice. They take good care of it as far as cleanliness and decorations, and the decor is very nice. The food is excellent. We have eaten there quite a few times, and I have always been impressed. I work in the industry, and this is not the top of the line, but it is probably in the top 2% of places around town.

My mother hasn't been there too long, but so far everything is going well. It is a great value for the pricing. One of the things that was really a pleasant surprise was that the food is very good. She is in level one assisted living, which is the lowest level. She has her own studio, but it doesn't have a kitchen. Overall, we are pleased.

We were all set to move in when my friend broke her hip and had to go to rehab. While at rehab, she had an instance where she tried to wander, and Atria couldn't handle wandering behavior. We had to choose another community.

It's been 11 days since we moved Dad in. Atria Rancho Park is very clean, food is good. The staff are very nice. However I think its too early to say for sure. I was told he would be assigned an ambassador (which would be another resident) to pick Dad up for dining, etc. so he can get familiar with where everything is. That never happened. My husband & I took him around. I had to ask to put his name on his door. The dining room workers & maintenance workers as well as the person that takes care of Dad's floor all are great to work with. I think he's starting to like it. I'm going to give it a good couple of months then decide. I will say I feel so much better that he is at Atria than living by himself.

They had gorgeous apartments there but the doors were too heavy. Otherwise it was very nicely done for the elderly. It's just that the door were too heavy for my mom to open. If you're elderly and you can't open the doors how are you going to get in and out? And what if she fell or had a stroke or something? I didn't like that but otherwise it seemed like a great place.

My aunt and uncle are there. Everybody's friendly when you're' walking down the hallways. They smile and say hi. The dinning staff is pleasant when serving meals. I would like to see more communication from the professional staff when family is miles away. Illness does happen and I am informed. I cannot just stop in to see for myself as the distance is to great. It would be nice for a few follow up calls to say they are getting better or worse. It is good care but as a long distant family member, I would like to see some proactive communication on their part. The activities are terrific! My uncle loves it! He enjoys the bingo, provide the table games small groups can play. There are books to read. They have happy hour everyday with a form of musical entertainment. They do bus trips to casinos, have shopping days. and have religious services. They are tremendous on the activities.

This was more like going to a hotel than it was like going home. If you want something fancy it's nice but, personally, I think you should be paying for people to help you not for something fancy.

They have a bunch of little cottages there. It's just a different kind of situation. Each cottage had it's own dining room but the the rooms weren't as big.

Nice facility. Memory care only. Five cottages of 14 residents each, with each cottage specializing in a different stage of dementia; residents move from one cottage to another as their dementia progresses. I expected to not like it that much, but was actually quite impressed.

Best facility with good staff.
