All the staff is caring, friendly and responsive to my mom's needs and my concerns. Plenty of activities for those who enjoy them. Recommend wholeheartedly.

The staff was very supportive and always helpful. The house was really like a home. Always had great home cooked meals that smelled amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Meet with [removed name]. She was extremely helpful very comforting. Explained everything and made us extremely comfortable with moving my mother into this facility. Current residents seemed happy and care for. Facility was clean and welcoming.

Burlingame Senior Living seems like a great place at a great location. We are looking for a place for our mom who is exhibiting dementia behaviors. We are liked their memory care. Private rooms, daily activities, communal dining, and the ability for her to walk around freely.

I came back to the Meridian because of the staff. They treated me like family, and I need that. I am excited to move in, as I have had some health issues, and I am looking forward to having help and support. Thank you Meridian.

My dad is enjoying everything, so he would give a 5 for all areas. when we first moved in , I wasn't very pleased with the changes they made in pricing and other issues that came up at those have since been resolved. then new director my dad really likes and the patient director [name removed] is wonderful.

Overall the staff was always very helpful and prompt with [names removed]request. Everyone was very patience with them. Food was always great. And they always keep their room clean and tidy. The front desk people were the best! As well as the accounting department. [name removed] was very very helpful with any request we had. The facility is always clean. And they always have great activities for the residents.

Love the Holiday sprit at Springtree Senior Living. Every time I visit the building for all the holidays it is very festive and staff is very enthusiastic. The best is now where that have a winter wonderland inside and again the staff is part of the excitement of the building. The Parade of Trees was phenomenal. I am a vendor and I see the way this building cares for the resident and it is second to none. I recommend this place to everyone I know because I know they will be happy, cared for and safe.

I visited Springtree Senior Living last night for their Annual Holiday Party with my family member. I witness the residents all smiling, well dressed and enjoying themselves with their families. Everyone was pleasant to each other laughing and having a good time. I had a tour of all general areas that were decorated for all the Holidays ,Christmas, Hannukah, Kwanza. The Parade of Trees was BEAUTIFUL. I was also very impressed of the Honor Wall for the Veterans that live in the community. We would seriously recommend Springtree for any one looking for Assisted living and even for myself.

We tried the fancy, chandeliered places with menus for dining, and Mom (transitional AL to MC) was lost in the bldg & frightened once she closed the door to her apt. Her move to The Cottages has been great. Moving while she could still learn her environment & make friends was Critical. She is safe; has friends; cared for; entertained & not afraid at night Residents live within a secure perimeter, w freedom of movement to walk the grounds, play on the putting green, sit by the fountain, get some sun or head over to Rose Hall for Bingo/activities. Weekly scenic drives are a highlight in Mom’s week. It’s great for residents to get “out-and-about” and see/enjoy the world, safely. Rose Hall is the hub of all group activities, like Bingo and live entertainment on Fridays. Residents stay busy. Thursdays Mom attends Catholic Mass (AM) and the on-site hairdresser (PM). Each cottage is a small family unit of residents. Great environment for Mom to thrive, given her cognitive issues.

We did not make an appointment, [removed name] very happy to take on tour and explained the basics the first time and answered all our question. The second time I had the family I was looking and doing all the tours for as The MR. could not get away to look. He has to give his wife 24/7 care. after me touring a lot of places Woodmark was my end choice. I would like to stay there if anything happens to myself. So, I took all the paperwork I gather and went over every place with the family, and this is the place they choice. Our tour guide set up a time for the family to tour, and they liked what they saw. Keep in mind it is very hard to have make this choice for a loved one. The member that has to go does not want to really go. She knows it is for her own safety. Everyone there was so good and listened to what all of us had to say and asked their questions to know what we needed. But as we all know we have wait and see what happens. For now we will have report later after she has been there...

The community was extremely clean, bright, and well cared for, and everything felt updated and thoughtfully maintained. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming. What stood out most to me were the intentional spaces, especially in the memory care area. The environment felt calm and comforting, with a layout that seemed to truly support the daily lives of individuals living with dementia. It didn’t feel clinical or cold, but instead felt purposeful and caring. Overall, Springtree felt like a place where residents are respected and cared for. It’s a community that clearly puts thought into both the environment and the people who live there.

My father had a challenging transition into the living center due to an injury he has suffered previously. The staff was very experienced and mindful when it came to my father's needs. Moreover, they really cared about his well-being.
