My mother is 89 years old, and she needs day to day assistance. I toured your facility with my mother, and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were homey and were a good size. Hopefully my mother will be moving into your facility soon.

Love that they treat her with dignity and respect. All of the staff are kind and helpful, never rushing her. The food is homemade and fantastic. Lots of activities for them to join if they choose to. Beautiful courtyard with fountain, plenty of outdoor seating for nice weather.

[name removed] was wonderful and knowledgeable about the senior living industry and provided us with so much information that no one else did. I felt comfortable with her and trust that the care she told us would be provided will be provided to my family member. We are looking forward to moving in.

I recently toured Rancho Peñasquitos Senior Living and was genuinely impressed from the moment I arrived. The community felt welcoming and warm, not clinical or cold like some places I’ve visited. The staff greeted me with smiles, took their time answering my questions, and clearly knew the residents well — you could see real relationships and respect. The apartments were clean and comfortable, and the common areas were bright, active, and inviting. I loved seeing residents participating in activities and chatting together — there was a real sense of community, not just a place where people stay. The dining area looked great and the menu options seemed thoughtful and varied. What stood out the most was the focus on dignity, safety, and individualized care. They walked me through the support available and how they tailor services as needs change, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Overall, my tour left me feeling confident that Rancho Peñasquitos Senior Living is a great fit.

My father is very very happy at this community! The staff is wonderful and the new activities director is wonderful. We are glad the outings are happening again and had a wonderful time at the recent holiday parties. Thank you.

The move in process was made easy by the sales director. She walked us through the whole process step by step and has been helping us every step of the way since we moved my husband in. The staff is patient and kind and I know we have made the right choice. They are so patient and kind and my husband has truly thrived here.

Mom has been there two plus years. The staff is wonderful. They treat her like a family member. She is kept busy with activities and friends in her pod. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. The keep the pod clean and tidy, everything smells fresh.

I was extremely pleased with cleanliness of the facility. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. The community is very well cared for. I was delightfully pleased with the visit. The food looked wonderful and the other residents seemed to all be in great spirits with the care they are receiving from the staff. I would recommend anyone with a family member in need of care to bring their loved one here every time. I am gratefully pleased with every visit and I know that my loved one is in such great hands. Great Christmas visit with my grandma. The community is beautiful and the staff were excellent. We also ate lunch and the food was delicious. Very attentive staff and prompt to deal with any questions or concerns. Very family oriented atmosphere and great attitudes from staff.

Entering the grounds: clean, well manicured, and inviting. Walking iin : warm, greeted immediately with a smile and a young lady eager to assist!. The place was nicely decorated and felt very home like. The manager was quick to greet us and explain the tour and answered any questions The rooms were nice and clean. The dining area was the same. After touring [name removed] again answered questions and explained, clearly the next steps . What a great experience!!

I visited my family member over the holidays and was pleasantly surprised how nice and friendly this community was. I definitely felt a sense of family. Everyone was so nice, they knew everyone's names, the other resident were moving and grooving about the community. The community was clean and decked out for the holidays which was very nice. I really left with a comfort level that my loved one is in a happy, secure and with family.

I was recently at the Cottages for the holidays and my family and I were visiting one of our family friends in the assisted living community. Our friend att he cottages really likes his home, friends, and life there, and it definitely shows! The cottages is a cozy and friendly environment where my family's friend is having a great life. We are talking about a potential community for my aunt and uncle and think this one is definitely in the running!! The staff are friendly and the grounds are beautiful!

Of the 4 referrals I received from A Place For Mom, [name removed] was the only one who reached out, and never did I feel a “sales pitch,” from her, just genuine, excellent service. She went to bat for us, and our family, and we are oh so grateful. She helped keep within our budget, and made our transition almost effortless. I highly recommend working with [name removed]. Found this place for my father in the heart of Palm Springs. So far the staff has been very friendly and professional. There are lots of activities to keep my father active. The grounds are beautiful, and the facilities are kept clean. The food menu looks excellent and the rooms are cozy. Everyone has been very helpful, I am looking forward to visiting my father at his home in the Cottages.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Any questions I have are quickly answered. They help put together furniture and go beyond the call of duty. His has been super helpful in getting my family member the help that was needed.

My family and I recently visited the community. We have friends in memory care. We are also researching for a not too distant future need for memory care for family members. We were really happy with the grounds and attention that the staff gives its residents, especially in memory care. The cottages were clean and bright, and the food was excellent! We even brought our dog. He had a wonderful visit with our friends. Ten out of ten! Highly recommend!

My family and I are actively researching senior communities for my grandmother who was recently diagnosed with dementia. One of the communities that we have friends at is The Cottages at Palm springs. We were recently in the community for the holidays visiting and were really happy with what we saw. The staff and leadership team are actively engaged with all of the residents. They obviously spend a lot of time with them and are positively engaged. This left a very positive impression on me and my family.

I am actively researching communities for a loved one that has a dementia diagnosis. I have a friend whose parents are in memory care at the cottages at Palm Springs and recently visited them in November. Their memory care community is active and vibrant with many activities that promote memory retention. This was very important to me. The residents are active and well taken care of and they are in my top 2 choices. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a loved one.
