Mary provided an excellent tour and we felt right at home. All the residents seemed happy to be living in a place that welcomes community. San Martin offers all the amenities we were looking for my grandmother. We have peace of mind with our decision.

I would give them all a 10! It is a great service. Everyone has been kind, patient, thorough, informative and quick to respond.

Beautiful facility, well located with friendly, knowledgeable staff. A great place for a senior in need of a supportive environment. A clean well appointed building located in Pacific Grove. A great place for walks and enjoying the beauty of the Monterey Peninsula. I was particularly impressed by the welcoming staff.

My mom has lived here for two years and we like it a lot , evey time I contact the front desk they are very helpful. The dining room is always a good experience. The staff here at Menifee senior living is aswome.

Realizing my parents needed extra help was incredibly hard. From our first tour, [removed name], the Executive Director, was kind, patient, and took extra time to talk with my mom and dad about the big life change ahead. After a difficult experience with my in-laws at another community, we were very skeptical. [removed name] has been responsive, reassuring, and always available to answer questions. Within just a month, the difference in my parents has been remarkable. With scheduled medications, meals, and daily activities, they quickly became more stable and engaged. [removed name] immediately arranged physical and occupational therapy. My dad went from being nearly wheelchair-bound to walking again. My parents have made new friends, enjoy activities, and are truly happy in their new home. The staff are amazing—caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the residents. I truly thought we were losing them, and I have never been so happy to be wrong.

The care is really good. Food is good, his room is much bigger and feels like home.

It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was very professional and nice. They answered all my questions, and it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean and nice. I enjoyed hearing about all of the help he would receive. The layout of the area was very interesting and unique.

They are the best. The cottage my sister is in is roomy, bright atmosphere, all staff have been so kind, respectful and helpful. I finally feel that I can relax and enjoy visiting her

This was such a wonderful community. We were able to see all the attention they've put behind all of the renovations that they've done. And even the memory care was so thoughtful, with all of the little lifestyle rooms. The team here really make you feel like this is a place where your loved one can call home.

I met with [removed name] for a virtual tour and had a stellar experience. Immediately I could sense her care for current residents, co-workers and even without meeting us in person yet, her empathy and desire to provide assistance to my mom and I. The facility tour via FaceTime was excellent. I saw all of what The Ridge offers their residents as well as an apartment that would suit my mom very well. During the tour we interacted with other residents and staff…which was very much appreciated. I look forward to working with Kate and the team at The Ridge further!

I would rate it a 5, not because it's beautiful and everything is new and shiny but because I've witnessed these folks at the best of times and the worst of times. They want everyone up and dressed every day to join in various activities. Nothing elaborate. It might just be chair exercises to music or some trivia game. I've also witnessed a resident have a meltdown, which was handled gently with dignity and respect. They went out of their way to help me when no one else would. I'm very grateful I found them.

We placed my mother in this community while we went on an extended vacation. The community was very clean and everyone was incredibly welcoming. It made me feel at ease going out of town knowing she would be in good hands. When we returned, my mother had nothing but great comments about her stay at Springtree Senior Living, from the quality of care to the activities and the food- she was very pleased.

I attended the Friendsgiving Dinner with my dear friend. Here mom has been living here for a couple of years and she is always asking me to come for a visit. I am so glad to have experienced this amazing event. It was great to see how much my friends mom is enjoying her life at Gardens at Northridge. The food was so good and the other families and residents seemed so happy with there choice to move here. There was a guy playing the Saxophone during the evening. He was great. They took me to her apartment after dinner. It was really nice. I have been to other assisted livings but I liked the apartment. It had a walk-in closet and the bathroom was big with a walk in shower and it had a built in seat. She had a nice little kitchenette with a some frig with a freeze, microwave. small sink and cabinets. My friend and her mom have been really happy here.

I have been looking for help for my mother, who has dementia, for a long time. I have toured many facilities, and have been turned away at some facilities for a lack of large amounts of money. Spring Valley Memory Care treated me with kindness, my Mom with respect, and our need for help with the urgency that was called for. Every person who I have spoken with has been kind and helpful, from the sales director to the care attendants. Every concern has been addressed immediately and satisfactorily. My Mom moved in two days ago, and I am relieved to have her safe and cared for in such an experienced, active , and happy environment.

My loved one wasn't there very long, bit the staff was great and super supportive over her last days. Very clean and well kept, friendly staff. Highly recommend

It is a beautiful place with an amazing staff. The location is fun and exciting.

All would be a 5. Seamless transfer to settle my loved ones (brother and his wife) in Cottages at Belleair. Always a rapid response to my questions about their care and needs. [name removed] and the staff are a tremendous help.
