Pacifica Senior Living

We were most impressed by Ms. Frazier and the facility she runs. It was clean, homey and comfortable. She answered our questions. It is definitely on our list of possible places.

I love the rooms that my dad is in here. They are very nice and they have all the amenities that you can think of.

I like the place but i want a garbage disposal. Garbage disposals are the best and I feel like i should get one. But other than that it is special here.

Things are going pretty good. They love the food and they are starting to get more active and get adjusted to the facility. There was a theft in the room, unfortunately, but the administrative staff responded appropriately.

Things are going well at Pacifica. We decided to move my Mom here.

I think overall they have been really good. I wish that at first we would have gotten a little more information and guidance when we were moving in; it would have been helpful with the transition. My loved one does seem like she is really well cared for. As far as her physical care, she seems like she is in good shape and she is clean. Overall we are pretty happy with it, I think the caregivers are great.

The level of care here is great. The staff is very well trained, professional and caring. The facility itself is always clean and fresh. The other residents seem happy, well adjusted and well taken care of .

My father has lived here for 5 years. He was 89 and had been living on his own until his heart attack. It was an adjustment, but he really feels at home here now. They're well staffed. The workers are very caring. They seem to keep staff. The facility is beautiful. The one story cottages are homey. They have been really accommodating about working with us to find solutions as my father ages. I live 5 minutes away and drop in at least weekly.

The facility is nice and always kept clean, but what stands out about Pacifica is the staff. They are patient, compassionate, and always willing to help. You can tell that the entire staff genuinely cares for the wellbeing and health of the residents here.

I think personally the residents need to be more individualized as far as their needs, instead of just lumped together as a whole. Also I think that there could be more staff interaction with the residents.

They seem to be doing fine and everything is going well so far. The staff is professional and friendly and the facility is clean and well run. No complaints so far.

The staff here is excellent. They are very good with the residents. The place is always clean and well kept. There are lots of activities to keep the residents happy and well adjusted. We like the fact that there is weekly transportation to stores.

My sister submitted a question to them about four or five days ago and we have yet to get an answer from them, so their communication could use some improvement. But overall, it has been an okay experience.

Pacifica Senior Living Peoria has been good so far. I like it. I like the staff. Dad likes the staff. They are really good. I have no complaints at this point.

At Atria Rancho Park things have been really pretty good. Mom and dad are still adjusting. Patty, the sales person is very nice and friendly. Hearing from mom and dad they are super friendly when they want to get you in there. Once you get in they aren't as far as the upper management people. One thing mom and dad had a problem with was going to the dining area. They would like to sit where they want to sit. One waitress wanted them to sit in a certain place. They just aren't ready for that kind of treatment. They are still on the ball and wanting to make their own choices on things that they can. They did go to the head guy and he said that shouldn't be. But then the staff were giving mom and dad the cold shoulder for a while. I think it's getting better. Also they don't really mind sitting with other people but sometimes they have to sit with others that really make your meal not pleasant at all. There are people that are loud or will cuss, they can't help it but it ruins the experience for those that aren't in that state. Outside of that things have been good and they are just needing more adjustment time.

Lovely location. May be too small to stimulate her. Not a bad second choice. Lovely, clean and bright

The staff at Atria Rancho Park is very attentive. The only thing I would say that needs improving is they need more vegetarian options for meals. Overall in general she is enjoying her stay. It has been a good experience.

The staff here is so friendly and caring. You can tell how warm the staff is as soon as you walk through the door. The decor is nice and the place is clean with a homey feel. Everyone was so helpful and answered all the questions we had.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and my loved one had some friends here that had very good things to say about the place! However, I don't think the care was the best match for what my loved one was needing at the time. Overall it seems like a nice place, and is definitely worth a look for those looking into independent living.
