Kelly was outstanding at her job carefully listening to our thoughts about this process of finding a home for Mom at this time in her life. It was clear that Kelly has an abundance of experience with elders and could validate that some of the behaviors we see are indeed typical. We toured the entire community and were very pleased with the clean serene feeling of the public spaces. Small groups of elders were seated together visiting and some were occupied at tables by themselves. All residents pleasantly interacted with us as we greeted them. Two dining rooms provide an elegant atmosphere to have a delicious meal. Choices were offered as well as standards that were always on the menu. The feeling was like a very nice restaurant with table cloths menus cloth napkins and full table settings. The food looked fresh and tasty. A beauty parlor was available with manicure pedicure and hair services. Prices were very reasonable. Rooms were nicely designed with a small kitchen. A nice sized living room with a patio or balcony bedroom large enough for a queen size bed walk-in closet and fully equipped bathroom with high profile toilet is included. Really the only negative is the distance away from our home. Cost is also a factor

I really it here at this community everything has been going very well for me since I moved here. This is a very nice community and it looks wonderful very clean and neat. The staff is very friendly and helpful they are always there when I need them. There isn't to many activities, but the activities they do offer are nice. The food is fine not special I enjoy the meals. I would only recommend you get a big apartment because the small apartments are really small.

My mother was only at this community for respite care and the little time she was there it was a good experience. From what I saw the community is very clean and my mother's room was always clean. Most days I did to notice there were activities for the residents. They did a good job taking care of her for the time she was there.

Very nice facility but from where I live and this community I could not handle the traffic.

Things are going okay since my mother move into the community. I feel the place is pretty clean and well kept. There are some issues with the bathroom floor being sticky and a hallway with a foul smell, but other then that it is a pretty clean facility. The staff is great and helpful and kind to my mother. She has partaken in some activities and made some new friends with the other residents and that is nice to see. I've been for dinner and lunch and the meals are good. I would recommend for anyone to check this place out because I do feel they are taking good care of my mother.

Liked the smaller facility and friendly feel. Outside areas are some limited as is guest parking but overall very nice. Appear to customize activities to residents likes.

For us, Vista Village Senior Living was a good fit. We like the homey-ness of the place. The food is okay. They do quite a few activities, they try to keep the residents busy. We have no problem there.

Everything seems to be going okay since my mom has been at ATria Rancho Park. There are a little bit of cumminication problems. But overall the staff tries to be customer friendly. They did recently say she has dimentia, and that made the premium go up. But I am taking her to a different doctor for evaluation/diagnosis. The community does offer activities but my mom does not participate, I wish she would and hopefully down the road she will. She loves the food! She will call me and tell me how delicious a meal was. I think it's a good place and I feel secure that she is getting the best care there. The caregivers and staff treat the residents with respect. I do think she may need and is not getting enough assistance with going to the bathroom.

My Mom is all set and she has been put into a nice facility. So, far things are going pretty well there and she is getting settled in. So far, we do not have any issues with the facility or the staff at The Meridian.

I think it's been okay so far. We don't have any complaints about maintenance or food or anything like that. We don't have any major complaints at all. I would give them a four.

Our experience with Pacifica Senior Living was a short one due to the fact my aunt was a flight risk and kept leaving, but other than that the place was wonderful. The grounds are really beautiful and very clean. The food is great the staff was great as well. I would recommend this community to the right family as long as your loved one isn't a flight risk this place is a great fit for the right individual.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. As this was our first experience with an assisted living facility I wish there was better communication so you would know what to expect.

We checked out several communities before choosing this one for my mom. They have a friendly helpful staff, good food and most of all happy active residents. My mom has been there a week and already gone to stretch class and making new friends. What I first noticed was how peaceful it is, trees, birds.. No street noise. My mom is happy there and that is what matters.

Great facility. It is always clean when I go there. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The staff really cares about the residents and always takes great care of them. I would highly recommend this facility.

Overall, we have had a pretty good experience with Sun City. The staff is friendly and caring. The building is always clean as far as I can tell, and it seems well maintained. So far things have been going pretty well here.

They did a lot of things well. There were a few little hitches along the way, but on the whole the did very well and I thought that the staff members were terrific. I doubt I would have found a better place anywhere else.

Very nice community. Nicely locked between UTC and Carlsbad (Scott & Olivia). Met with the General Manager and Emily (toured me). Staff seems carring. No one bedrooms, units seem well laid out (L-shaped rooms make it feel like there is a seating area and bedroom area). Central courtyard ... lots of pets.
