Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice experience, everybody was super nice. However they have communal dining and our loved one is quite shy and we thought that would just be to overwhelming for her, we wanted a smaller dining scene

Pacifica has given us the chance to be worry free, we no longer have to carry that stress of worrying constantly about our loved one. We are confident with our loved one being there and we would recommend the community to others.

our experience with Pacifica Senior Living Mission Villa has been very good. what I asked for, they do for me - but I do have to ask for additional things sometimes. if its supposed to be a multicultural community, they should have people who can do all types of hair and match color. they currently don't know how to wash and curl my moms hair, and haven't really made any attempt to get someone in who can. they also had to put up a picture of my moms clothes next to her closet in order to dress her appropriately/match color, which I thought was odd. I visit every few days, and most times when I walk in she has her head down on the table (sleeping) alongside other residents. the staff aren't engaging them and there are rarely any activities. they had an Easter Brunch recently and other things like that occasionally. however, my loved one is in a wheelchair and needs a lot more care than some of the others and may not have the mobility to get up and walk around; but I just want to make sure she is looked after and cared for.

[name removed] (activities coordinator), she's a very nice lady, always kind and helpful. she goes over and beyond with nice gestures for my mother. [name removed] is an awesome addition to Pacifica staff.

been 6 years. carpets need shampoo. breakfasts are perfect. like to see better dinner. things are expensive as is. residents are precious people and lots of good stories.

Overall good place. I would spend some time getting a sampling of meals before deciding on all meals before you sign anything. My loved one doesn't like the food. Things like hot dogs or hamburger helper for dinner. This needs to get worked out. Food is a very big thing. This is his home and what your a being fed is important. More needs to be done to integrate the new residents to their new home. They should know who to talk to when they have questions. Administration needs to return phone calls.

I love how the staff treats/interacts with my mother. they appear very caring. the facility is clean and they provide activities. my concern is the food. I feel that the choices could be healthier. none baked chicken, fish, etc. less salt. less pork. everyone is senior and should have healthy meals to sustain the quality of life.

We chose Pacifica Senior Living because I liked the size of the rooms and the bathroom had a walk in shower and it had plenty of closet space. It is a newer facility and the price is comparable to others we looked at. I do really like the staff members. Anytime I have been there for lunch, the food to me does not look appetizing but I have not been there for dinner. My loved one had to go to the hospital and they did decide to bring in hospice and I give them major credit for that.

We like this community but it was too far for where we wanted me loved one to be located. The tour was okay but the person was really new because the person that was supposed to be there did not show so she did not know a lot. She did a fine job with the circumstances but did not know a lot.

Pacifica has made the transition to an ALE for my father very easy. all the staff have been friendly and helpful.

I feel at home here and am making new friends! today the pot roast is as tender as my mother made. the activities are fun and I enjoy getting out!

care staff very responsive and friendly. good menus, therapy services (not in house, but from outside agency. have access to facility and staff. good overall team approach.

We had an excellent tour at Pacifica Spring Valley. The staff there seemed far more competent and sophisticated than another Pacifica we toured at. But Spring Valley was also a higher level of placement and care, and our loved one's needs weren't at that memory care level just yet.

I have had some issues with not so friendly staff in independent living; however the staff in memory care are very friendly. Overall I am happy that my loved one is here. It has worked out and been nice for us. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. They are assisting the residents with medication assistance, bathing, and more. My loved one thinks the food is great. They have holiday meals for the residents, and the food seems pretty healthy. There are a lot of arts and crafts, live music, playing games, speakers for lectures, field trips for pizza, bus tours, and more for the residents to choose from for activities.

Lovely facility. Took a full tour and seriously considering it for my dad. [name removed] answered all my questions and was very helpful.
