very clean, nice rooms, nice atmosphere.

We like this community but it was too far for where we wanted me loved one to be located. The tour was okay but the person was really new because the person that was supposed to be there did not show so she did not know a lot. She did a fine job with the circumstances but did not know a lot.

Pacifica has made the transition to an ALE for my father very easy. all the staff have been friendly and helpful.

We had an excellent tour at Pacifica Spring Valley. The staff there seemed far more competent and sophisticated than another Pacifica we toured at. But Spring Valley was also a higher level of placement and care, and our loved one's needs weren't at that memory care level just yet.

I have had some issues with not so friendly staff in independent living; however the staff in memory care are very friendly. Overall I am happy that my loved one is here. It has worked out and been nice for us. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. They are assisting the residents with medication assistance, bathing, and more. My loved one thinks the food is great. They have holiday meals for the residents, and the food seems pretty healthy. There are a lot of arts and crafts, live music, playing games, speakers for lectures, field trips for pizza, bus tours, and more for the residents to choose from for activities.

Nice little price, they were remodeling. The tour was very nice. Location was the main reason we didn't chose this place. It was close to a busy major road.

The staff makes her feel really welcome and at home. She constantly says you picked such a good place for me. This was the most affordable place that was the nicest. It was surprising to me how affordable it was. I feel like there is a trade off with the services that are offered. I think they could have more brain engaging activities rather than just having social hours. I feel if she had more types of mental stimulating activities that she would have improved quicker. They recently transitioned to Gardens from Atria and it was not communicated well to the families, I think communication is something that could be improved. The people who interact with her are very sweet. The executive director seems cool and she is trying to run with the new transition. The facility is really small, so if your family member would be overwhelmed by a large facility, this would be a good cozy place for them. There is limited outside space but it is all well cared for. It is immaculately clean and the person who does the maintenance is super sweet.

Pacifica Senior Living is a nice place, my loved one is enjoying her time there. she especially likes the meals and activities.

when we made the decision to choose Pacifica, they were very welcoming and hospitable during the move in process. they had a note on my loved one's door that said "welcome home" with her name. although my loved one chose a studio, its a very nice room and it has everything she needs. they were a little slow getting on board with cleaning her room on a weekly basis, so she did have some complaints about that in the beginning. the community is very well kept, the hallways and common areas are nice. the dining service does have a long wait time and it takes a while to be served; the food itself is kind of repetitive. for a long time, the main front door was not working, it's an automatic electric door. it's now been fixed, so they may have had some remodeling in that area. overall, my loved one seems to be doing well here. of course it's not the same as being at home and with family, it's a different environment. it's not a large facility compared to the ritzy ones, so there may not be as many activities as the larger places. but for the money, it was the best out of the ones we toured. it's cost effective and affordable for my loved one, so she was okay with subbing some amenities to get a good bang for her buck.

The fellow neighbors at this community are very friendly and inclusive. The common areas are kept very clean at this community. There are also a wide variety of activities. They have different things like movie night, trivia pursuit, local excursions and other games for the residents to play to stay busy. They also have music events where they bring in music for the residents and my parents enjoy this. Any other parties that they have thrown like bbq's and more my parents love those also. They are having issues with the kitchen equipment at this time and elevator it has been a while for it to be fixed. This would be all five starts but all of the maintenance issues are making it hard. Once this is fixed this will change.

My experience at Pacifica has been good and helpful. The staff has been helpful and kind. All my needs have been met in a timely manner.
