I would recommend the Memory Care area to others for their loved ones. The staff is very good and address the residents by their first name. They are attentive to the resident's needs as well. There are exercise classes, memory games, crafts, and more for the residents to stay engaged with.

They have recently remodeled the facility, it looks like the inside of a new modern home as opposed to a big lobby in an apartment complex or hotel. The apartments themselves now being renovated we very nice. Everyone has been very friendly, we are comfortable having our grandparents there. The marketing department, however in the beginning we did not have a good experience with. We felt they were to pushy and asked to many personal questions that put us on the spot.

They've been pretty good, but they were recently sold and prices are going up considerably. But it's a good place overall, and my loved one has been happy there. The staff are very friendly, although sometimes they don't do what you ask them to do. The food is excellent, and activities are good as well.

I visited the facility on Tuesday, November 29th, to see my former mother-in-law. Your staff in Cottage 3 were very helpful in supporting my visit which was the first time that I had ever been to the location. My son and his family members visit her with some frequency, but I live in Iowa and only get down to the Tampa Bay Area every now and then. I spent twenty-five years working as an EMT/paramedic in Hillsborough County during the early 1970s-mid 1990s. I was in and out of numerous health care facilities in the area picking up and dropping off patients during that time period and often saw conditions that, to say the least, were not always the best for the residents. I was QUITE impressed with the resident situation that I encountered during my unannounced visit. You and your staff are obviously concerned with providing the best living conditions possible for those who are no longer able to care for themselves. I just wanted to say "Thank You" for caring!

Facility was clean. Staff was welcoming, pleasant and informative. [Name removed] was very helpful in assisting me in determining what my needs are. Also helping me determine what fits my budget.

My loved one was here previously for three years and we had to move due to my loved one needing a higher level of care and the cost. They were not equipped for her level of care. The activities at this community was amazing.

We chose Atria Rancho Park because it was in their price range and everyone was very friendly. It is also in a great location for family and that has worked out wonderfully. They are changing ownership in January and the prices are going up. My in-laws think the food is great, but the service is not so great. It is a big family - like atmosphere here, everyone knows everyone by name. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

Very thorough and informative answered all questions to my situation. Have a good general feel for amenities and living space.

This community did not have enough open space and felt to be too confining for the type of environment that I was looking for.

The community is going through some renovations so we do not feel comfortable giving that a rating, but our loved ones room has always been clean. They had redesigned the dining room and from what we can see it looks like the residents are well taken care of there during meal times. They also have scheduled activities, we have seen different events and different live entertainers.

This is a very warm and friendly community. There is good care, good food and my mom is safe and happy. My loved one does not participate in activities but they do have a lot of different activities for the residents to participate in.

I would recommend this community to anyone. The staff are very competent and friendly with the residents.

We had a good tour with Atria Daly City, but we felt the quality of the facility was not quite as good as a couple of others we were looking into.

[Name removed], the community relations director, was patient, personable, and really wanted me to make sure I have my questions answered/'be able to ask all questions I may have. The tour was nice and she was knowledgeable. She is willing to follow up with me in a week. I enjoyed hearing her stories too, plus her advice. The facility has various activities to cheer up residents and entertain them. They have an amazing courtyard!

Our family had an in person tour and this community had a real possibility but at the time our loved one was just not ready to move.

There did not seem to be anything wrong with the meals, our loved one was difficult at times and would say they were awful, but she also ate every single meal. We also had meals ourselves and they were good. We were able to observe some musical live entertainment and it was a little loud but overall nice. They also had other daily activities for the residents. We do wish they would be more open to family suggestion.
