I am happy I chose Heritage Hills. I have a wonderful cottage. The maintenence has been very helpful. Wait staff - pleasant and helpful. Dining room has been awkward with buffet. Menu not always nutritionally balanced. (Please don't grade my spelling - senior moment)

Quiet and clean, nice and accommodating staff. They keep clients involved and engaged. They make sure Their clients are clean and cared for.

I really liked the set up of cabins. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. Overall a nice place.

Nice facility and friendly staff, but I got the feeling it's geared more toward assisted living rather than independent, which is what my Mom's needs are at the present time. Approximately 20 percent of the residents are fully independent with another small percentage "slightly assisted independent"..or independent but require minimal assistance.

Salute to all great caregivers here, meals to be desired in many respects. Thank you ladies for the fresh cookies.

I must say the Buliding is Beautiful . The changes are great it’s so beautiful when walking in to the Buliding . The Lobby is so nice and with the piano it adds a touch of class . The Dining Room is so pretty and the tables being set up looks like a 5 star Resturant . The nursing Department is always so friendly and caring . My only concern is the Actitiveties lacks a lot there . I always see Residents just sitting out side in the evening when I come to visit my Mom . They always say there is never know activities in the evenings . The same way as well on weekends . I truly think you may want to look at that as a team . Then the bus driver really needs to dress different then the way he or she does . This is just my option I think that needs to be looked at . Other then that it’s a Beautiful Community .

Did tour this facility and it was very nice. However, we didn't feel comfortable with the concept that any dementia diagnosis immediately put them in the ALZ unit.....

Very pretty facility. Large, like a high-class hotel. Busy/noisy communal rooms, nice eating setups...dining and bistro. garden lovely. Getting a private one bedroom apt. off of the more remote, less noisy areas off the main atrium on floors 1 or 2 would be the best for Mom. However, we did not explore "custodial care" and if this facility provides that. But I think the size of the place overwhelmed Mom. FYI: Mom came down with bad flu bug that evening so was actually sick during the tour without our realizing it. This more than likely influenced her feelings about the place a t the time.

I was visiting my loved one yesterday when I smelled garlic coming from the Dining Room . So I followed it and it led me to the Private Dining Room where I found the Dining Director And Executive Chef [name removed] cooing fresh Scallopes and Shrimp with fresh pasta and pesto and garlic sauce . He had a room full of residents . It’s truly good to see they have a cooking club here at Wyndham Lakes. Chef [name removed] offered me a sample and I must say it was truly tasty and a great dish . It’s so good to see all the great changes they have at Wyndham Lakes . The Nursing Department is always so Helpful and the DON [name removed] is a Sweetheart and always has time to talk to you about issues and Concerns . What a great change .

Does not take Altec. Like this Memory Care facility and the Amethyst about the best of any I have looked at.

All aspects seem to be moving along pretty well. We have been at The Meridian 1 and a half year and we are both very happy here. There are many activities to participate in and meet with other residents. On a whole, all the employees are friendly, helpful and do a good job. We will happily recommend The Meridian to anybody that might be considering!

In our independent Living Community, we feel quite safe, secure, and happy. We've made some really nice friends. Our housekeeper is prompt and does a fine job. We still try to maintain "independent" lives so do not participate in all activities - just the ones that our schedule allows and we enjoy them. Several of us are trying to work for improvements in the dinning room: manners, accuracy of servers and menu- currently it is not 5 star dinning - but we all hope it improves!

My husband and I moved into a brand new 2 bed 2 bath 4 years ago. We love our view and the Meridian. Staff is kind and always helpful. Lost my husband 4 month ago, but i have no intention of leaving. The food is not always perfect, but as long as I don't have to cook, I don't mind! Plus chef [name removed] always listens! Biggest complaint is that the carpet- Hallway needs replacing.

I think this place is very nice- Not perfect- but nice. The workers are all very nice, too, but quite a bit of turn over perhaps the workers aren't all that satisfied with their jobs?? The food is exceptional - excellent chef. The maintenance is handled by the dear, sweetest young man. I really like our new director [name removed]. I'm not very special, and tend to have depression occasionally, but I would defiantly recommend to live in this community.

Great location everyone is attentive to my grandma! Looks very professional and cozy!

Good first impression; nice facility with friendly staff. Residents looked content. Meal selection looked good. Grounds were pretty. Everything was in one building. All residents have 3 meals daily provided in the dining room. I was disappointed that there was no available transportation to local churches on Sundays and currently only monthly Devotional times on site, although they did have rosary and communion during the month also.
