Nice facility. Professional employees.

The food was very good and seemed to be a highlight for my mother. One thing they could improve on is that the care giving staff isn't quite as attentive as we would like. It doesn't seem like my mother is being encouraged enough to get up and walk as much she should be. The activities are pretty good; they regularly brought in outside entertainment for the residents.

The community was overall very clean. The staff was good, however sometimes availability was in question. Overall, the care was good. The only thing we thought needed improvement were the laundry services. They always had activities available for residents. The price for this community was ok overall.

A very good place to live! They are well organized and when I need something they help me.

As an outside vendor I was very impressed with the look of the building, the friendliness of the staff and the residents. I look forward to returning again.

Some great things about this facility it is a nice environment inside and outside. The staff are helpful and we get three nutritious meals a day and often get treats. As a retiree, I am active here mentally, physically, and spiritually. There are activities I can participate in, an exercise room, live entertainment and church service. Also being here I am still connected with the outside community through joy rides, doctor's appointments, shopping, concerts, and other outings we are taken to. During this time of Covid. 19, I feel safe because of the precautions that are taking place.

I really enjoy living here. I am currently in assisted living but will be moving into independent living. Everyone is very nice here.

I like it here at Pacifica. The staff is very friendly and they take good care of me. They try hard to meet the resident's needs. I came only to stay for 2-3 months and I've been here almost 4 years.

I can only speak of my personal experience, it's been wonderful here. It has taken the strain and stress away from me. I feel that I am being well taken care off and that I am safer living here. There are no more dishes for me to do because they do everything for me now. I feel like they have added a few more years to my life!

I have lived here for about a month, and thus far my impression has been positive. I chose it because it seemed more casual and relaxed than others I had visited. Because of a local health issue, activities are more restricted than usual but all in all it is living up to my expectations.

It feels like home. I like the music. My room is very comfortable. I like the people that run the place.

I appreciate all the work being done on campus to update the facility! It is recognized! I also appreciate how the staff gets to know the residents so personally. It's comforting to know others bring a smile to my dad's face.

This facility was very clean. The people very friendly, and a lot of activities. I liked they had a pool and a exercise room. The times and place for serving food was great. It’s is a restaurant style food service. The room that they use respite care was very nice and roomy.

We would rate Atria at 4.5 if possible. Very pleasant staff, and [name removed] was delightful. Attractions: nice-sized apartments, many open spaces/gardens, lots of activities for residents, laundry facilities available for residents, several meeting/activity areas. Detractors: limited choices on meal menu, necessity to change apartments if extended care is necessary, even though the main lobby was spacious and well-appointed, the seating appeared to be arranged in such a manner as to hinder conversation. Much of the seating was against the walls, with a lot of space between seating.

Enjoyed [name removed]'s tour of facility for my mom and dad's needs. She's great at explaining services. One is assisted with oxygen and mom still drives taking of herself. Facility residents seem very happy and joyous living here. Dinner smells delicious.
