They're definitely very professional and very helpful. They'll hold your hand if you need it while going through this whole process. I think they have enough staff for the amount of residents they have. Communication between the community and our family has been good so far. They're going to include me on their weekly email that provides updates on resident and community events. Anytime I've called I've never had an issue getting any requests resolved.

Sun City Senior Living has been a much better place than the last. Better communication, overall better care, activities. . . Being included if they want. . . Not pushy if they don't.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and were pleasant to deal with. The place had a nice look. Probably the one negative comment I have is in regards to the remodeling they did. In the bathroom in my loved one's room, they put in a new vanity that looked really nice, but the drawer fronts were fake. There was not a single drawer, and the only way to get in there was to open the two doors and climb underneath the sink. Other than that, it was good.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a top contender for sure, it was very clean

IT has been a really good fit so far, the support staff has been really good and we appreciate their efforts in keeping up effective communication. The residents have been really welcoming while our loved one is going through the adjustment stage, some even greet her as their sweet next door neighbor. There are different levels of degree with assisted living and our loved one has her own place which she enjoys.

The Park Lane is a great facility, but there's some work that needs to be done in how they handle assisted living. Right now, we are specifically having a problem with the medication my dad is supposed to be getting. I understand when something changes they will need written approval for it, but at the same time they didn't give him the correct dosage that was on the label and that went on for a couple days - he needed that full dosage. There were instructions to cut the pill in half and the refused to cut it in half because, "that isn't what we do". It seems like they can't administer medications properly. My dad isn't happy about it, he knows what needs to be done with his medication(s). We moved him into assisted living under the guise that he'd be receiving medication management: the correct dosage and in a timely manner at the right time. The maintenance guy comes in and gives it to him and if that's how they do things, then okay. But the timeliness is off, despite the time we've told them. It needs to be given at a specific time, and they'll come in 2 hours earlier. It kind of seems like they want to give it to him whenever they want, so that is an issue that needs to be improved.

My loved one is happy at The Atrium at Carmichael. She's eating, gaining weight and is happy with the environment. There are no complaints that I know of. It's important to note that I'm not in the same city, but she does seem to be settled in there.

This community was my second choice for my loved one. I wanted a community that was smaller and not to overwhelming for my loved one. the tour was very good and they gave me all of the information that I needed. It was just not the environment in the end that I was looking for for my loved one.

This is a great place to be. The staff and accommodations are wonderful. The staff go out of their way to keep the resident active and comfortable. The communication with the family is very good and they are responsive to our questions and concerns. Medication management, bathing, dressing, and hygiene assistance is some of the care the community is able to provide my loved one.

Everyone here is very friendly. That includes the aides and the people.

I've lived here now 7 years & have seen many changes. All the employees are so friendly & know all our names. Food is good and a nice selection to choose from. My only concern is the hallway carpets are very dirty and need to be cleaned.

Our initial experience was great. The move in was smooth, the staff were wonderful and the grounds are beautiful. It has been quite adequate for our loved ones needs. There has been a change in ownership in the last couple of years and that is starting to trickle down. They are more strict on the budget and cutting peoples hours. It is an amazing value for those looking for a lower budget.

I like the size of my room. I like the staff. Took wonderful care of my husband. Only downfall is no stores in walking distance.

I wanted my loved one to be in an enclosed area and in a nice environment and neighborhood and I just did not get that feeling at this community. The tour was good and they gave me all of the information that I needed for my loved one it was just not the right place for me loved ones needs.

I would recommend you take your loved one to Pacifica Senior Living. The staff here are kind. They are very good with working with the family on answering or addressing our questions and concerns. The meals were good. The residents in the memory care are served a meal. Medication management, dressing and bathing assistance was some of the care the community offered my loved one. The room, laundry, housekeeping, care, the utilities, transportation and all the meals were included in the monthly rate. I have experienced some staff turnover during my loved one's stay.

Pacifica is a good community. The signing up process was a bit complicated, but once he was in its been very good. What stands out is the nursing help, especially the nurse leader [name removed], she's exceptional! They offer transportation to appointments and stores. They also have a lot of on-site activities; like exercise, social events, holiday activities, religious / worship services, and family activities. I would recommend Pacifica to others.

My mom has been at Pacifica Senior Living since March, so about 2 months. She seems happy! She decided to move and I think she is adjusting well, the community seems good. I've visited 5/6 times and everything seems fine so far.

They are very friendly at this community. The staff are all wonderful at this community and the meals are okay. The apartment is a good size, however the bathroom is on the smaller side and the refrigerator is on the smaller side also. They have a nice size patio and wonderful cleaning services. This community is also all in one floor and feels more like an apartment than independent living. My dad is very happy there.

[name removed] (activities coordinator) she's a very nice lady, always kind and helpful. she goes over and beyond with nice gestures for my mother. [name removed] is an awesome addition to Pacifica staff.
