The staff has been very helpful during our move-in experience.

I feel safe. I think the food is great. Staff is great. No complaints.

My loved one seems to like the food. They offer activities but my loved one does not participate. They take care of my loved one very well. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

Everyone is very nice! They all try very hard to please the residents, visitors and family. [name removed] is excellent and resolves any issues that come up immediately!

We chose Pacifica Senior Living Forest Trace because I thought they had more to offer and it looked a lot cleaner. I just thought it would be a better fit for my mom compared to others we saw and it has turned out to be so. Mom has a studio and it works well for what she needs.

I think the care is above average. There are some things that were stated to us that would be taken care of, and after moving in we found out they were not included. But overall, the atmosphere and everything there is very warm. And I would recommend it to other families.

Building was very clean and inviting. The team was super kind and knowledgeable. Happy I toured!

We had a great tour experience with Chesapeake Place. They went out of their way to try and help us in our situation. The atmosphere just did not seem like the right fit for my loved one, we thought a homey environment would be better.

I like the community. The apartment is very roomy with a walk-in closest with a full size fridge. I am disappointed the time to get housekeeping established on a regular basis. At first I don't feel the staff were checking on my loved one as often as they should have. The communication with the staff can be hard to get a follow up with the family's questions or concerns. There could be some renovations to update the carpet in the community. There are three meals a day and choices for the residents to choose from. The residents have the choice to make food in their apartment or have the meals in their apartment as well.

They are wonderful. My loved one does not really like the food. Overall, I am very happy with the community.

We have been disappointed with the cost, bookkeeping, food is just awful and new management seems more attentive to needs. Staff is very friendly and helpful but seem to be overworked.

Gardens at Escondido according to our loved one feels much more like a homey environment. The communication with the staff has been really good. The staff we have met with and gotten to know on the memory care side we like a lot and they will always call or email us with any kind of updates regarding our loved one. We are happy with the care our loved one is receiving and we would recommend them to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

I hadn't clarified if the facility was equipped for transportation to appointments, but we are doing our best on both ends to accommodate necessary outings. The only other thing that comes to mind is better communication between the staff; but I try to be proactively involved with the care, and try to ensure we're all on the same page

The community was under new management, so it was not as together as other places. The rooms were being renovated, but the rooms that I saw, that were not being renovated were okay. Also, it wasn't as pet friendly.

Pacifica Senior Living Palm Springs is an adequate facility. It it set up ion cottages with only about 12 residents in each cottage. The main reason we chose this facility was because that cottage that she would be in was right outside the dining room, it was very convenient for her. She started in assisted living and I did not think she would be a flight risk, but she unfortunately tried to leave. She never really adjusted to the facility and did not like the experience. Because of these reasons we decided to take our loved one out. The staff was all fine, we did not have any issues with them. The only issue was the lady in charge of getting us in there was magnificent with getting back to me until my loved one moved in. After she was in, if I ever called her it was very hard to get any type of response from her.

What sticks out the most to us about Pacifica Senior Living Freso is: the helpful and caring staff members as well as the great shuttle service that is provided. The residents here also seem to be happy. The room sizes here are very nice. My loved one also had a friend who lived here as well, which is a main reason he decided on Pacifica.

We had toured a few other communities that our loved one did not like and when we came here to Meridian she really liked it so we knew we had to pick it. We do think the overall value is great but we have had an issue with the billing department since day one so that could use a little more organization. The activities are pretty limited on the memory care side so sometimes our loved one gets bored but we do understand just like everyone else they are struggling with staffing. However the staff members are very friendly.

I liked the location in Hemet - seemed safer than others. It got good ratings. They do have activities, but my dad only went to happy hour weekly. They come weekly and do housekeeping in each room and wash clothes. The food though was not healthy. Lots of fried food, heavy sauces and soups which aren't good for anyone.
