Everyone there really made my Mom feel welcome from Day 1 - staff and residents ! This made her feel very comfortable and cared-for.

Jennie and Phil are the greatest. They helped me out immensely in my darkest hour. I really want to say they go above and beyond for the older people and their caregivers.

Very nice facility & administrator Kelly was super.

The food was great, and the people were friendly. It was a nice place and everything was kept clean. It wasn't the best fit for my loved one. They did a great job though, they were very attentive.

The community is quite clean. They could use more activities because they’re a little lacking in that. They’ve been the only community we’ve used so it’s a little hard to compare the value, but they provide all the services we need.

I recently moved both of my parents into Spring Estates. I am so impressed by the warmth and love they surround my parents with...not to mention the precise medication management. They give my parents their meds as their Drs. have prescribed and that has made a drastic improvement especially with my Dad as he used to self medicate. The food is excellent, better than I though it would be! There isn't another place I'd rather have my parents go to live and I'm so grateful to the staff at Spring Estates who care for my parents like their own family.

I knew this community as Monroe House. It is not as warm and friendly as the other communities my loved one has been at, but the building is very nice, very pretty. It’s very elegant with lots of places to sit.

We were thrilled with our tour of Atria. We found the staff to be warm & engaging and the residents seemed truly content & happy. I have made at least 12 visits to Atria in the past few weeks & continue to be pleased with our decision. The staff is friendly & accommodating & go out of their way to engage new residents. The residents are warm & go out of their way to welcome you & tell you how happy they are at Atria. Many comment on how good the food is, which is rare to find/hear.

My mother is very happy at Brighton Gardens and our family is very relieved to have her living in such a wonderful environment.

My loved one was only there a short time. The staff was very helpful, very responsive to calls and questions. They did a good job there. From what I could tell they did a good job of taking care of loved one. There was a nice room and I think she could have taken advantage of activities.

I’m telling you! I’m a nurse for 34 years and these people are caring! They truly enjoy the residents. It’s truly amazing to watching. I quit worrying because I can see how well they take care of my mom. The food is always hot and fresh. I love that place! I love the whole concept. It feels home.

I’m very happy with this community. Everything is good so far. They’re a clean community with a friendly staff that takes care of what they need to take care of. It’s worth the cost. This community provides memory care.

It’s a great place! I love it! They some activities, but not as many as I thought they would. I think it’s a fabulous place. I ate there just the other day with my loved one and the food is fabulous. There is enough parking.

It is a good and friendly place. The food is good and it’s a very beautiful community. We haven’t had any trouble with the laundry, but the clothes come back a little wrinkled sometimes. They’re very clean.

I am in the process of moving my mother into this community from another close by. In comparison, I am thoroughly impressed! At the last community, many things fell through the cracks, but here, the attentiveness of the staff shines through. They are all very experienced and that shows in their work: they pay close attention to detail and my mother’s specific needs. They are also very accommodating: the original room my mother was going to move in to suddenly became unavailable, but they pulled some strings and made it so that she could move into a similar room at relatively the same cost. I was also very impressed with the amount of activities available. There is a monthly calendar posted with all of the coming activities. They are also very conscious of the wants of each resident. For example, there is a multitude of different religious services available. Overall, I am very impressed with this community, and I cannot wait to have my mother settled in! A great improvement from the last place!

I spent two months at Monte Vista Village visiting a friend and had no idea what to expect. What I found was a pleasant surprise. The grounds were lovely and well cared for, the residents were friendly and interesting, and the food was great. The staff was attentive and always willing to do whatever they could to provide high quality service. Special activities were frequent and fun and included many areas of interest. When it is time to consider a Senior Living community, that would be my first choice. A happy place.

We were very impressed by this facility and the sales staff. Mark & David spent a lot of time with us talking about our difficult situation and whether or not it was appropriate for my parents (it was not) and for that we were really appreciative. They recommended another facility (not run by Emeritus) that ended up being a good fit, so they have a lot of credibility with us. We also liked the open campus setting and location was beautiful. It had a very "homey" feel both in the assisted living and memory care units.

I'm a retired navy officer and recently placed my mother at The Arbors. They are amazing; I can't believe the quality of care she is receiving. Tiffany, the Director, went out of her way to make my mother feel welcomed and help her with the transition to assisted living. There are always glitches, but The Arbors quickly addressed them and worked with us to resolve them in the way we wanted. Outstanding! I can't speak highly enough of the care my mother is receiving by the staff. They are friendly and supportive of her and she is happy she's staying at The Arbors.

Staff is VERY attentive, helpful and friendly
