Really great experience. They went above and beyond in personal attention and make sure it was a smooth transition. They also helped with furnishings which made a big difference. Not only does the staff look out for the residents, but the residents look out for each other. Everybody I saw is well cared for and doing well. Very impressed that the genuinely cared about the residents being happy.

I have seen my mother in law go from not feeling well at all to being happier and happier as time has gone by. This has been our first time dealing with assisted living and it has been a very good experience.

My father stays at the Pacifica Senior Living Hillsborough in Chini, CA. He is very happy here and we are very happy too. I don't have any comments, other than everything is just great. I give them all thumbs up! Everything is good and I recommend you to visit them and see for yourself. It's a beautiful place.

I have been really pleased with the Emeritus. They have been excellent. It's a little more expensive than we will be able to afford on a long term basis.

We have two loved ones at the Atria Burlingame. My mother and my husband stay here. They provide a solid care and partnership for my loved ones. Otherwise, I would be distraught and could not leave them there. We are very happy with the overall services. Staff is professional and caring. Food is great. It really is a partnership.

They take good care of my mom. She is happy with the people. They are nice to her. They interact with my mom as much as she wants them to. They take good care of her, but they don't overpower her with attention. The location works well because it isn't all that far away, and it's on a major freeway. They have six cottages, for different levels of memory care.

The place is large, clean, beautiful. There are nice gardens, and walkways. It's well appointed, with furniture. The food is menu choice, self service, and good. The location is close to us, not too far. My sister finds it friendly, and meets alot of people.

They are fabulous. There are a great many activities, but though they try hard to get her to, my aunt doesn't participate. Everyone there makes you feel like you're family. That was one of the things I really liked for Atria Meridian, and why I thought it would be the right place for my aunt, because she is alone. I can't often get down there to visit. her. Just knowing that she is being taken care of like a family makes me feel really comfortable. They call me with any updates, and I know that I can call them any time I want as well. It's one of the best facilities I've toured. I am so delighted that God led me there for my aunt's home. It's a beautiful, loving, caring atmosphere there.

I went several places, looking around for my mother, and I was very impressed. My mother doesn't even want to see me any more. She's always busy, playing bingo and such. I have never seen my mother so happy, since my father passed away. I'm really grateful to the good people there. The people there are very, very kind. My mother is very musical, and very good at playing the piano. She is going to bring her grand piano up here, so that she can play it there; then she will donate it to the facility. I just feel that it was a blessing, that I was able to find this place.

I can't rate value because the other places I visited were board and care as opposed to assisted living. I like the fact that there are people there all of the time, yet she has the privacy of her own room and bathroom. I think she has the best of both worlds. She gets some assistance with getting up in the morning and with her medications. It seemed like there were more activities at the last place she was at, but she hasn't been there that long yet. The location is not too far from where my disabled son lives, so it is easy to get to both of them to take care of them. So far I'm pretty happy with them. I was really happy that they that they called me when she fell; they keep me abreast of things.

I placed my mom here on 9-24-14. So far I am very pleased about the care my mom is receiving. The staff is always pleasant, informative, professional and helpful. This is a good fit for my mom.

Actually it was the facility that sold me. When I looked within my Mom's budget, for a place that would really make her happy, that is how I found Pacifica. A Place for Mom was extremely helpful. The only thing I really did wrong was that setting a budget really limited her options. If a person could really describe the type of place their loved one would be more comfortable in, even if it's out of their price range, I think that might help them find the perfect place. Because the setting is so perfect, and caregivers are on site 24/7, I'm amazed at the care they give her. One of my biggest fears about my mother's being on her own was that if she fell noone would know it. She fell at Pacifica, and they assessed her condition immediately and took her to the hospital. As far as I'm concerned, they already got their money's worth. My mother is a very active individual, she did all of her own yard work. They have no problem with my mother helping out with for instance sweeping outside under supervision. They also have planned activities that the residents can go on at their option. The only thing I can really think of is that TV tends to consist of stuff like games shows, which probably is simple and entertaining for alot of the residents. The location works out great. It's right off of several freeways. Kerri Lopez, the Director of Sales and Marketing, was amazing; she spent so much time with us, and she has so much insight into aging. Her experience and knowledge was extremely helpful for me to understand that I was making the right decision, and that this is the right place for my Mom. They are highly priced monthly, but there will be a time when they can apply for assistance from the state, so my Mom won't have to move again. She can stay right there.

Pacifica Senior Living Riverside: This place is absolutely marvelous. The staff is great! They are very caring, and very responsive. The facility is very clean, and very nice. They worked very well with hospice to provide the best care for my mom. Also Patty Roach, community relations director, was great!

Excellent tour by Miss Bustos!!

I have been trying to move my dad closer to me for over a year. We have looked at many places, but they just weren't the right fit. The day of our tour, we walked into the large lobby and heard music and singing. My dad wanted to stop right there and join them, but I said we had to look around at the entire Villa. After looking at all the bedrooms available, we agreed that the studio was the best for his needs. He even lucked out and got a patio room on the ground floor. Thanks, Deb!!! My favorite part of Villa Valencia was how SPECIAL my dad felt immediately. Everyone seemed to know his name, and watched over him to make sure he was adjusting smoothly. He has now started his own ukelele class and is teaching others how to play. I knew instantly that this was going to be his new home and he has never looked back. Thanks to all of the staff for being so wonderful to him.

This is a wonderful place for people you are looking for some assistance but maintains independence. The staff is beyond friendly, treating every residence with dignity and high regard. They sure know how to spoil the residence. The rooms are roomy and the view is spectacular. The food is wonderful and the wait staff is top dollar. The place is "alive" and active with most activities run by the very residence that live there. The moment I walked in I knew this was the place for my mom.

They have been wonderful. They couldn't get a better recommendation from anyone else. It's clean, and the food is very good. The staff if very friendly. They are very responsive to his needs, or whatever he wants. I have no complaints, I am very happy with them.

The staff goes above and beyond to make each resident feel valued, important, special and cared for. The grounds are kept well with the added touch of residence’s plants and interest. Bixby Knolls Towers makes the residences feel that this is their home and are welcome to add their personal touch to the place. Any complaint is taken care of immediately and suggestions are put into place.

The Meridian at Lake San Marcos is a nice place. The caregivers are very attentive. The facility is clean, very awesome and fabulous. They provide good service overall.
