On behalf of our entire family, we want to express our deepest appreciation for the care and service which you provided to my mother, [name removed], at your facility in Lauderhill. This was the second year of my mother's residence at your facility and at the young old age of 96 she can't wait to come back for another season! Throughout this unimaginable period you demonstrated complete and total professionalism and commitment to her care. You responded to every one of our inquiries and made my mother feel safe and secure while the entire world felt unsafe and insecure. You and your entire team are true champions and heroes for the work you do every day. Again for that we thank you and your wonderful staff. I hope you pass this message along to the senior executives at Pacifica who I'm sure already appreciate the amazing dedication and work that is going on every difficult day! Again thank you [name removed] and your wonderful team so much for the amazing work you are doing!

Pacifica San Martin were life savers! We were able to move my dad in on such short notice, and in such uncertain times. Where Skilled nursing facility failed us, Pacifica really stepped up for us!

The entire team at The Woodmark has been amazing to work with. [name removed] has made himself available for all of our concerns and questions. He was very caring and understanding of our situation. He was very clear that our mom will receive the best care possible. We are very blessed to have found such a nice home for my/our mother - wife.

[name removed] has done a remarkable job of preparing my father for his new home! The moving-in process has been smooth; everything explained carefully and thoroughly. We are so happy with Meridian and we know my dad will be too!

This has been a great process in an otherwise difficult time. Everyone has been very helpful.

I am so pleased that Pacifica was very proactive in putting the CDC guidelines in effect for all residents. With the population in the high-risk category a quick response was essential to keep everyone safe. My family is very grateful for the quick response!

The marketing director gave me a tour of the premises and two available cottages to rent as a prospective resident. I am very impressed w/ this independent senior living facility in terms of staff, especially [names removed], the marketing director. The setting is peaceful, the small lawns, garden beds and tranquility of lawn,. As one resident told me getting in her wheelchair, looking up at the warm sun his face: "This is the umbrella of good."

This is an open letter to [name removed] and his amazing team of employees.. My family realizes the tremendous job you and your staff are doing to keep all your residents safe and healthy. The attention everyone is getting makes me happy and gives me some peace of mind during these extraordinary times.. My dad, [name removed] is also content with the care everyone at Forest Trace is showing, Thanks for keeping all of them safe and healthy.

I received a tour of the facility by [name removed]. [name removed] was the administrator of a facility where my mother stayed several years ago. She was terrific and all the residents loved her. The tour was great. They have completely renovated the building so it seems new. The individual rooms and common rooms are top grade I could visualize all the events and fun that will take place there. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I'm excited for their opening.

Helpful staff, great food. Everything nice. Mom will be very happy.
