Pacifica Senior Living

My parents moved into this Healdsburg senior community 4 years ago. They have loved living there, and much due to the warm, caring and stable management and staff. I have appreciated the staff's efforts to keep me informed of things related to my parents health status, and especially now during these crazy times. I have seen how they have planned for and handled wildfire evacuations, and made it as seamless as possible to the residents. Really tremendous effort on there part, and we are thankful for that. I feel that [names removed] are great partners with me in helping my Dad at this time in his life, and I have the utmost confidence in them in recommending this place to help care for others' aging parents.

My mother has been a resident of Pacifica Healdsburg Senior Living Community’s memory-care home for almost seven years. I think some of her longevity can be directly attributed to the care she receives. Even before my sister and I moved Mom to Healdsburg Senior Living, [name removed], Marketing Director and [name removed], Administrator, were particularly helpful with advising us as to what we needed to do to make Mom’s transition from private home to memory-care less traumatic. (For her and for us!) We have seen nothing but the best when it comes to the care and attention that Mom receives from the entire staff. We are contacted if any changes in Mom’s behavior or habits are observed or other possible health issues. We particularly like what Pacifica HSL does to keep residents feeling involved with the community and vice versa. The musical performances, craft fairs, a music program that pairs local students with residents, vegetable and sensory gardens and even some farm animals are all innovative ideas that are a benefit to the residents and community alike and what sets Pacifica HSL apart from other facilities. To sum it up, we feel extremely fortunate to have Mom at Pacifica Healdsburg Senior Living and couldn’t be happier with the facility, especially the staff!

Very nice and clean community. The monthly rates were competitively priced for the area. I've been researching these communities on behalf of my father with Alzheimer's. I will tour this place in person after the Coronavirus ends.

Since I couldn't take an in-person tour, I took a virtual tour instead. The community looked modern and updates and appeared very clean and well maintained. [Name removed] was very understanding and knowledgable and showed his compassion to ask me how I am and my family are doing during this crisis. I really appreciate his humanity and did not feel like a customer but more like a friend.

The pictures and virtual tour of this memory care community was amazing. The lounge areas were nicely furnished and the rooms were nice sized spaces. I liked the 50's style diner and the TV room with the fireplace. I told [name removed] to call me once a private room becomes available.

I had to take a virtual tour due to the Covid-19 concerns and precautions. Mission Villa looked like a beautiful and cozy community. I really liked seeing the 2 outdoor areas with the chickens and their community cat "Kitkat." I'm waiting for this crisis to end so that I can take an in-person tour. I took a virtual tour of this memory care community. It was very lovely and looked very bright airy and homelike. I'm the primary caregiver for my husband who has Dementia and it's getting too much for me to handle his care @ home. [Name removed] was very compassionate and eased my worries by saying they would be happy to accept my husband at Mission Villa. I will be moving my husband to Mission Villa in a couple of weeks, thank you!

It has been a challenging time for us, but [name removed] and [name removed] have been wonderful in assisting me with her transfer to Alta Vista Senior Living. I feel confident about the people there who will be there to support mom.

I'm looking for a memory care community for my mom. The person I toured with spent a lot of time with me and educated me on memory care. I had already toured two other places and was very confused about it all. After touring Heritage Hills, I feel I have all the information to make an educated decision. Thank you!
