I wanted to send you my deepest heartfelt thanks for all you are doing. I know that you are so appreciated by my family and I'm sure hundreds of others. The challenges and complexity of your job would be daunting for most in the best of times. Please stay safe and be careful.

To the management and entire staff at Forest Trace for the wonderful job you are doing to keep us safe and healthy, for the kindness you show to the residents. For the pleasant way in which under this difficult trying and extraordinary conditions the staff is making sure that things are normal as possible. For all of this a "Thank you" from the bottom of my heart.

[Name removed], I want to thank you and so many others for helping to make Pacifica Forest Trace run so smoothly during these challenging times. What impresses me is how everyone is overlapping their jobs to help the residents. The daily memos keep us informed and help is available for orders etc. Please pass on my appreciation to the dining room staff. I do thank them but I'm grateful I'm living here. May we all stay safe.

The safest place to be during this pandemic is Forest Trace. Everything, all the warnings tell us to do, is being done for us at Forest Trace. Everyone here is so helpful, that we have very little to do ourselves. The updates keep us informed so we do not feel isolated. Everyone has to do their part. I have learned to shop online, a skill that I will use in the future even when there are no problems.

The community is run quite well. They help keep us safe and sound and fed. No problems. Building is on lockdown.

A first-class facility. Everything is being done to protect the residents. Administration and staff are most helpful and accomodating.

Excellent senior living. Everything I need at this time of my life. 2 meals a day, social life including entertainment plus a lovely apartment. Also, access to my medical care.

Nice place to live. Friendly employees.

I like the community very well and have intentions of making this my permanent home. Most of the caregivers are nice and caring.

We enjoy the activities and love the new building and our apt. The staff is warm and friendly and go out of their way to make us comfortable. My only complaint is the food. Too spicy and not tasty - a lot of the time.

I feel so comfortable here because everyone here has treated me like a member of their family. How lucky I am to be here.

Pacifica is a stunning community with beautiful, big windows, high ceilings and gorgeous views. It's in a very quiet area, making it a perfect place to relax and call home.

Thank you for giving me a chance to let people know how great it is here. I've been here since it was opened 1 year ago. Retired and being taken care of without feeling old. Caregivers are all excellent, food is mostly great, (I have to go on diet). My family are very happy to see me happy here. They love coming to visit me (when they can). Thank you, [Name removed]

This community is exceptional! My 101 year old Dad was a client in Cottage 6 where the caregiver team, headed by [name removed] were angels . He absolutely loved them and the care they gave him was professional and loving. From the first day , when I took my tour with [name removed] I was so impressed! She and her team made the difficult transition for my Dad and me absolutely seamless. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

Heritage Hills is such a warm, welcoming community of residents. The staff is very helpful and makes the residents feel right at home.

It is clean and well run. They listen to ideas! I've lived here going on 5 years. I have fun too! [Name removed] is a doll and works hard!

Wonderful community w/ great staff and friendly faces.

This is a great community. The manager is very concerned for the people who live here and has taken many steps to keep us all safe. We are like one big family, but not having to share our accommodations. The staff are all very helpful and kind and our food- delivered daily, though not gourmet is well cooked and varied.

I want to take this moment to thank you [names removed] and the entire staff at Pacifica for the wonderful and excellent care my mother received there during her brief stay. I am very grateful for the time [name removed] took to help and guide me through the transition from El Jen Hospital over to Pacifica. Thank you so much [name removed] for your positive and compassionate concern. The care that my mom, [name removed], received from Pacifica staff far exceeded all expectations. I also want to thank Alta Care Hospice for the excellent care and kindness they provided during her end of days transition. I consider my mother and I blessed to have found Pacifica.
