Wonderful community w/ great staff and friendly faces.

This is a great community. The manager is very concerned for the people who live here and has taken many steps to keep us all safe. We are like one big family, but not having to share our accommodations. The staff are all very helpful and kind and our food- delivered daily, though not gourmet is well cooked and varied.

I want to take this moment to thank you [names removed] and the entire staff at Pacifica for the wonderful and excellent care my mother received there during her brief stay. I am very grateful for the time [name removed] took to help and guide me through the transition from El Jen Hospital over to Pacifica. Thank you so much [name removed] for your positive and compassionate concern. The care that my mom, [name removed], received from Pacifica staff far exceeded all expectations. I also want to thank Alta Care Hospice for the excellent care and kindness they provided during her end of days transition. I consider my mother and I blessed to have found Pacifica.

[Name removed], Thank you so very much for your patient help setting up my mom's Netflix and Amazon on her TV. It would have been impossible to explain it on the phone to her. Both [name removed] and I are so grateful to the peace of mind that Forest Trace has given us regarding mom and the safeguards you have at the facility.

Everyone connected with this community has worked endlessly to help the residents be safe, comfortable, care for, and well fed during a difficult time of the Coronavirus. I'm grateful to them and happy I chose to live here.

This community puts the health and well being of its residents first. We residents are mostly in our 80's and 90's so we are generally fragile. We are vulnerable to pandemics such as Covid-19 currently devastating our nation. Forest Trace has been safeguarding us by following all of the best recommended procedures to follow. In summary I feel well taken care of !!

I am so grateful to ALL the employees at Forest Trace. Their handling of the crisis has been extraordinary. The careful and thoughtful manner in which all new proceedings and systems are proceeding every day is a credit to the wonderful management. A horrible situation has become livable. Thank you again and again.

I've been getting updates, pics, and even facetime from the core staff. I'm so happy my mom is being so well cared for. I feel better that she is there.

There was a quick change of circumstances, so I turned around and successfully moved her into Alta Vista Senior Living. I'd like to send a huge thank you out to the staff at Alta Vista Senior Living for all the help to make this happen.

Great service, everyone doing all they can do to make us comfortable. Will be planting 3 veggie gardens with 2 other helpers. Looking forward to good crops.

The best thing is the food. I enjoy my balcony to sit in, and the location. I love the piano in the living room. The activities are a big plus! I wish we had an exercise room.

The facilities are great, the staff is better. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and answered all our questions. Very accommodating.

Excellent preview and explanations of apt. and community - staff proficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Obviously, after quarantine is over the experience here will be more normal. So far everything is good.

Caring and attentive staff. Excellent food staff and venue with many choices for each meal. Facility is clean and well maintained and always decorated for holidays. Activities are scheduled daily, strong steady management.

Everyone was very helpful in showing us the different areas of the facility. We were impressed by how clean and orderly the daily routines are. [Name removed] is truly above and beyond with six stars.

I really enjoy [name removed] (maintenance guy). I like when they have my generation's music. I have a lot of friends, my apartment is comfortable. I enjoy most of the staff and residents!

I like the friendliness and the staff. When I made the decision to come here, to be by family I was nervous. It's been the 'Best' experience. I feel at home here! I really enjoy the outings.

Very nice and clean community. The monthly rates were competitively priced for the area. I've been researching these communities on behalf of my father with Alzheimer's. I will tour this place in person after the Coronavirus ends.
