I just wanted you to know that I just got off the phone with my mom. She was so happy and told me all about cinco de mayo celebration. How she, [name removed] and [name removed] sat out under the tree and ate rice and Beans and how beautiful it was today. I just wanted to know how we appreciative we are and how much it means to her and ( [name removed] and I) that you all do these thoughtful kind acts. It makes a real difference. Especially at the time when we all are feeling so housebound and far apart. I just wanted to thank you so much!!

We got your email this morning about updates to the safety protocols you have implemented for the residents in your care. I just wanted to express thanks to you and the staff keeping [name removed] and all of the other residents healthy and safe, something that, as we see on the news every night, is not an easy task and offers great challenges. Not only are you keeping everyone safe, you are finding creative ways to mitigate difficult time. Thinking outside the box with your newest ideas for living residents to see their family and friends in a safe way is but one example of this. You are doing more than just your job, you are doing it all the well being of the souls in your care in mind. A big thanks to all of you at Pacifica!

I live in AL where I feel safe and comfortable. The staff still smiles and come in every day to see me.

The community is very clean, and they keep my mother very clean as well. Keep very good track of her clothes. At her past community, the staff would lose her clothes a lot, which does not happen anymore at Pacifica. My mother used to speak very good English, however, now at 99 she is no longer is able to do so. The staff has been very accommodating with this and even has Spanish speaking staff on site that have been extremely helpful. My mother has received very good care for the price. We are very happy that we have been able to keep her in a great place that is still within budget. Personal care is very good. Mother is now in hospice and to ensure her safety during the Covid-19 pandemic, we are not allowed to visit her physically. The community has done a great job of keeping us up to date on her care, even though we are unable to be with her.

Dining room is good - I enjoy the food. The personnel is good. For activities I play bingo and sometimes I actually win! Overall I am glad to live here.
