Pacifica Senior Living

I like living at Pacifica because they give good service and loving care. I would gladly recommend my friends because it is very helpful, everybody is kind and always has a sweet approach.

I've adjusted well to the community, all of us would like to be home but circumstance came and I was not able to, therefore this is the place to be.

Pacifica has helped me tremendously. I started walking here after not being able to for a while. Everybody is very friendly, food is good, moral support is great, aids are wonderful and very attentive, patios are very nice. Overall it is a very supportive place. Everything is great.

I like my room. I also like the grounds. Activities are pretty good. [Name removed] and [name removed] are good, they work very hard. I like the way the community is kept clean.

Pacifica is doing a great job of keeping residents safe during Covid-19. I like that I can have my little garden and walk on it when I want. I would recommend Pacifica to my friends.

Our dad suffered from Alzheimer's disease, and though at first we had every intention of taking care of him in our home, as the disease progressed, we eventually found ourselves unable to meet all of his behavior and medical needs. After an exhausting search, A Place For Mom pointed us to Pacifica Senior Living. We toured the facility, met the staff, and we knew that they would really care about him and his helth, comfort anf safety. Then COVID-19 hit, and when other elderly care facilities in the area found themselves suffering horrifying outbreaks of the pandemic, Pacifica took it seriously and locked their facility down. Though we could not see him due to quarantine precautions, we knew Dad was being cared for. On the day he passed away, the staff did everything they could to make sure each of us had a chance to talk to him before the end. Thank you, Pacifica, for being there for him when we could not!

Met [name removed]. Visited the facility in May and loved the warmth with which we were met and made the decision right on the spot that this was home!

Toured facility with [name removed]. Answered all my questions. Was difficult to see the true workings because of COVID 19 issues. He did the best he could. Followed up with me in timely matter, still remains in contact for any issues, concerns or questions I might have refrained my folks. Makes me consider where I will be as I age.

I was very fortunate to have met my really good friend here at Pacifica. She made me feel at home right away, she made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Pacifica to friends.

My parents are new to your assisted living. They moved in just before the COVID hit, and you guys are doing a fantastic job. We really appreciate all you've been doing.

It was nice of [name removed] to take time out of her Sunday to show me Hollywood Hills Pacifica. Thank you so much for the lovely tour of your gorgeous new homes; I know my sweet mom is going to adore it there.

All of the people that work there are so nice and sweet with the residents. They know my mom by name, which I like. They go out of they way to be helpful to our family and my mom. I have every confidence that if we needed something, they will direct us to the right person there. I am so happy because my mom is happy, and that's important to me. We chose Pacifica because the location is close to our family and it was recommended by a family friend. It is never easy to make this decision, but they make me feel like we did the right thing for our mom. It is a good fit for us.

One thing that really stood out to us was the cleanliness of the community. From the moment we walked in, the young lady at the front desk where we signed in was a treat. The family members which are closer to the community and who have visited more, have said the care giving staff is commendable. My mother can be defiant at times, but the staff has been very cooperative with her and accommodated for her needs. They also provide a variety of activities and amenities for the residents. one time when we visited, the staff was engaged with the residents in the dining room and another time there was a game of bingo happening in the common area. The activities are top rate and the food is excellent. There seems to be a lot of top notch nutritional food being served to the residents. The staff at Atria Bonita has a lot of patience!

Thanks [name removed] and Pacifica for the chance to visit with my sister [name removed] today. It was joyful and heartbreaking at the same time. She was clean and well-groomed, I do appreciate this.
