The Cinco de Mayo celebration was awesome! I enjoyed socializing with my friends, who due to the lockdown, we have not been able to get together. The food was absolutely yummy! I appreciate all the time and energy that was involved in planning and implementing this activity. The staff really cares about meeting our needs with meaningful activities!

Pacifica has helped me tremendously. I started walking here after not being able to for a while. Everybody is very friendly, food is good, moral support is great, aids are wonderful and very attentive, patios are very nice. Overall it is a very supportive place. Everything is great.

I love everything at Pacifica Hemet. Everybody is very nice. My nephew found this place for me. I like playing bingo, it is really fun, especially when I win. I like all my cottage neighbors. I have made many friends.

Pacifica Vista has been SO kind and accommodating to our family. We've had some difficult challenges and [name removed] the Executive Director has been there every step of the way. This most recent move has helped us tremendously! It means so much to us knowing that our Mom is surrounded by such kindness.

[Name removed] the marketing director was extremely helpful and friendly. Even though I was unable to tour the community in person he sent me lots of info and a great virtual tour.

Now that [name removed] is running things here in my living abode, he has made me feel truly comfortable. His writing messages and now his television programs really make it feel like home. I see him checking on how thing are going all over our place and he has made me feel so much more relaxed naturally, this coronavirus with its separation and loss of any "getting together" was difficult to take but [name removed] has stepped up as my leader and made things so much easier to take, and provided the relaxation that "home" should provide. This was the second year of my mother's residence at your facility and at the young old age of 96 she can't wait to come back for another season! You responded to every one of our inquiries and made my mother feel safe and secure while the entire world felt unsafe and insecure.
