Mission Villa looked gracious and has nice/secured outdoor spaces for residents with memory impairment to walk through on their own. Everything looked modern but comfortable. This was my observations while on a virtual tour. I will schedule an in-person tour when the shelter in place ends.

I took a virtual tour and browsed through their photos. I really liked the different lounge areas especially the one with the wall-sized picture of the Golden Gate Bridge and had "astroturf" grass with nice an comfortable chairs. I will revisit this community in person once the coronavirus ends.

Due to the social distancing restrictions - I had to take a virtual tour. The community appeared homelike and clean. I really liked how the natural sunlight brightened up the place. I will come in for an in-person tour once this ends. Hopefully real soon.

My mother in law, [name removed] lives at The Park Lane. She said she is so grateful she lives at The Park Lane during this time. We so appreciate the great care she receives at The Park Lane. Thank you.

Pacifica Hillsborough Chino has very cordial workforce. Management does its best to make sure the residents are well taken care of. They have social events to keep residents occupied while making sure to protect their health. Very nice place to live. Staff takes care of residents.

Residents are happy, well cared for and love their environment. The staff are all friendly and go out of their way to accommodate residents and visitors. A very impressive care facility.

My Dad moved to HBG Senior Living a couple years. We are so happy with the staff there. From the front desk to the kitchen staff, housekeeping, and [name removed] and [name removed]. My dad loves the garden and the animals. He walks around the facility four times every day. he says it equals a mile. He is super happy there and says he should’ve moved there years ago. He enjoys when the kids come from the school to do their Communiversity program. In this uncertain time, we appreciate the safety protocols they have implemented like taking the temperature of the staff before they enter the building.

Dear [name removed], I want to take a moment to reach out to you to thank you and your staff for all that you are doing to keep my dad and the other residents safe during the COVID19 outbreak. As you know, it was only a little over a month or so after my dad, [name removed], began residing in the Independent Care section of Pacifica when we began to see that the virus was going to significantly impact everyone—especially the elderly. From the outset, you took every measure to keep him safe. And, I can’t begin to tell you how reassuring your emails, phone calls, and texts were. No matter how busy you undoubtedly were, you took the time to let me know the procedures that were being put in place. And it made me feel less scared for my dad. Also, I’d like to extend a huge shout out to [name removed]. She makes a great first impression to all who enter Pacifica. My dad loves her! [Name removed] is always smiling, always helpful, always a pleasure to chat with. My dad truly appreciates his “personal team” : [Names removed]. He tells me every week how clean [name removed] keeps his room. “Oh, yeah, she does a great job.” And the others help him fill out his menu, take his daily temp, laugh and chat with him. All their interactions with him are so very important as he cannot see or hang out with his new friends at Pacifica. He tells me their stories, and how they are so friendly. While I feel sad that I cannot visit my dad and take him on outings, at least I know he is safe and well taken care of. And, for that, I am beyond grateful to you and your entire staff. YOU ARE ALL HEROES! Thank you all for putting your health on the line to protect my dad and the other residents. Stay safe, be well. [Name removed]

From the tour to move in, the staff at The Atrium was professional and helpful. The facility is immaculate. The apartments are well maintained and spacious.

We are very happy with our choice. They are very attentive and caring.

I wanted to send you my deepest heartfelt thanks for all you are doing. I know that you are so appreciated by my family and I'm sure hundreds of others. The challenges and complexity of your job would be daunting for most in the best of times. Please stay safe and be careful.

To the management and entire staff at Forest Trace for the wonderful job you are doing to keep us safe and healthy, for the kindness you show to the residents. For the pleasant way in which under this difficult trying and extraordinary conditions the staff is making sure that things are normal as possible. For all of this a "Thank you" from the bottom of my heart.

[Name removed], I want to thank you and so many others for helping to make Pacifica Forest Trace run so smoothly during these challenging times. What impresses me is how everyone is overlapping their jobs to help the residents. The daily memos keep us informed and help is available for orders etc. Please pass on my appreciation to the dining room staff. I do thank them but I'm grateful I'm living here. The safest place to be during this pandemic is Forest Trace. Everything, all the warnings tell us to do, is being done for us at Forest Trace. Everyone here is so helpful, that we have very little to do ourselves. The updates keep us informed so we do not feel isolated. Everyone has to do their part. I have learned to shop online, a skill that I will use in the future even when there are no problems.

The community is run quite well. They help keep us safe and sound and fed. No problems. Building is on lockdown.

A first-class facility. Everything is being done to protect the residents. Administration and staff are most helpful and accomodating.
