This Thanksgiving dinner has been outstanding! It has been wonderful to have such a lovely dinner with my mom in spite of Covid. Haven't seen her in a long time and this meant the world to us. Thank you for making this dinner happened. We loved having a private room and dinner. Was stellar. Your Chef is the best!

This was a wonderful idea to bring our family together. The food and service was very good! [names removed] did an A-1 job! Thanks for giving us this opportunity.

Many thanks for the personalized early Thanksgiving meal we got to share together. Everything was so special... especially seeing mom in person.

[Name removed] is the best activity director we have had here at Pacifica. He is innovative, creative, kind, and caring. He goes the extra mile for all residents. He is well-liked and is eager to please. He helps out wherever he is needed.

[Name removed] our activity director is the best we have ever had. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and has a variety of projects that are fun to do. Good personality, energy, and very pleasant to be working for us. Five-star employee.

[name removed] helped us to feel at peace and comfortable from our initial tour of the residence, my aunts move-in, to her living At Pacifica. She's approachable and available to us which in turn gives me a huge peace of mind! [name removed]'s expertise and calmness to handle the multitude of questions and situations, is a comfort to me and my aunt. I appreciate Pacifica and [name removed]'s approach to assisting my aunt and making her feel at home in this new lifestyle.

The staff at Pacifica Senior Living are amazing. Everyone has helped to make the transition as easy as possible. The care provided is top-notch and we are very happy with decisionfor Pacifica.

I am so happy to live here. Staff is very nice! The servers are so sweet and they always try their best to help. I love our activities director. He does a great job. He is always happy and enjoys doing his job.

Please accept my deepest appreciation for the care you provided to my brother. [names removed] accepted him under unusual circumstances and our family is eternally grateful. Each of you in the unit provided kindness, tolerance for his demands at times and grace for a man who's life has been impacted by the staff there. Often the direct care staff are overlooked but my brother spoke highly of each of you. He shared loving stories that each of you did things for him and has been made a better person for all you caring for him! Thanks so much, you are great caregivers and made a difference for my brother.

Discovering Pacifica Senior Living Northridge was a blessing. From the very first phone call, to the moving in of our loved one, we felt we were in good hands. The 2 directors were incredibly helpful and very clear in describing the services they provide. They always allowed ample time to talk, and were very attentive in answering all our questions. Most of all, they related to our situation, made an immediate personal connection, and had great compassion for what we were experiencing with Alzheimers. And that gave us great comfort that we could actually find the right kind of care for our loved one who was in a critical spot. They were organized, responsive, and up to date with technical communication methods. We never felt any pressure or sales pitch. And we were comforted by their desire to genuinely get to know, and serve the needs of each resident (and their family)-at whatever point in their journey they are on. While it's only been a few days since our loved one has lived at Pacifica, we are hopeful that the experience living there is as positive as our introduction has been.

The staff went to a great deal of trouble so we could have some resembles of a family. Thanksgiving during the pandemic, we very much enjoyed the meal and just being able to sit at the table with our brother and toast the holidays. Thank you Pacifica Escondido.

How are you? What a fantastic surprise!! Thank you so much for [name removed] bday pictures!!. I did ask [name removed] to send me some photos if he was allowed to see her. [name removed] told me he will try but that they are being shielded and no one is allowed to visit the residents. I wanted to ask you but didn't get round to do that. From the pictures I can see [name removed] has had a wonderful b'day at the care home with such caring people like you and your staff members I am sure. I hope she was happy to see the card ( more like a poster!) I specially made for her. What was her reaction? Was she happy, surprised, sad ? Bringing back happy memories!! She looks contented and glad to see all her music gadgets! CD player, radio and Boom box!! Its lovely to see she is listening to music, she loves music, dancing etc. What sort of food does she like eating , if you don't mind me asking. Does she drink Tea , coffee, juices? Lou I can sleep very happy today, knowing that [name removed] is being looked after by special caring people like you to put a caring arm around her to comfort her when in need. A very BIG THANK YOU to you and your staff. I will be sharing these photos with [name removed] immediate family members and i am sure they will be very happy too, thanks to you In London we are in our 2nd lockdown till the [date removed]!!. We all are this virus will soon be over , God knows when!! The Facility was clean. Staff was not hesitant to answer questions.

The care my mother received in her 4.5 years was wonderful. The staff are all caring and make sure the residents are well cared for.
