Pacifica senior living is very good. People working there very helpful and very clean inside and out.

I have been here for several years. When I got here, [name removed] took care of me and she was really great and still is. [name removed] is a very pleasant person to be around, she makes me laugh and smiles. She's a great companion and she always comes to check on my well-being. [name remomved] is great because hse helps us with all my questions and/or concerns. [Name rmeoved] is my server and she does a wonderful job, very nice. and friendly. [name removed] has done such a good job was kind. Independence to care for the elderly. The days are so wonderful job at keeping everyone.

Management and staff are all very friendly, efficient, dependable. and caring. I have been living here for almost 3 years and I enjoy the food, the care staff, kitchen team, decorations, and the activities are well as the cleanliness of the housekeeping department. Thank you.

I like the exercises, talking to my daughter on facetime and I love [name removed]. He is really good with helping me and the ladies who help me get dressed up in the morning are very nice. They take their time combing my hair and are very patient. I also enjoy seeing my friends during activites in small group.

I like activities, especially how the games are carried out. I like bingo, bunco, and ready to learn how to play solitary again. I also like the food and care staffs are really nice to me.

Mom is now 98 and cannot move around on her own so needs care beyond studio rental. Facility is physically pretty and well maintained. Mom revived good care. Location is next to BART station so easy to access with public transportation but also has parking at the facility is want to drive to visit. Dining area is very clean and cheery with large windows for natural light. Also has an enclosed patio area so can go outside for fresh air. This was the nicest facility in the area at a remarkable place, also close (walking distance), stores, restaurants.

The services that we received from Pacifica Senior Living is excellent. [name removed] and the staff are friendly and ensure that we are properly informed about our mother’s health and care. They have provided a wonderful and warm experience from start to finish and have gone above and beyond with accommodations such as decorating mom’s room to ensure everything was in place in order to make her feel at home. [name removed]has made the transition for mom very smooth. We highly recommend Pacifica Senior Living to family and friends. Thank You

Very clean facility.

We went into the facility when it was normal but then covid started, so we have experience with it during both times. We chose this facility because of the food, we had come on a couple of visits and an open house and we got to have a meal. It was wonderful, those chefs are no longer here but the food is still good. There is always food available and you can have other things if you do not like what is being served. We also really like that the facility goes from independent living all the way to memory care. They have fabulous activities, they have actually had even more since the virus started. The staff members are going above and beyond and really working well together, I am very impressed. Overall, I would absolutely recommend over any others, especially for the money. It is a very attractive place inside and out. They have a beautiful heated pool that is landscaped beautifully, it was important for me because I have aqua therapy.
