Hollywood Hills has a beautiful website and their staff is so kind. [name removed] helped me with all of my questions and familiarized me with different types of living (independent, assisted, memory care). Thank you for taking the patience and all your kind words.

The facility is very inviting. Staff has been very attentive and available to answer questions. My dad seems to be content with his accommodations, food, and caregivers.

You guys are amazing! Thanks for your continued high quality of care and vigilance during this trying time!! You have done and continue to do such good work and the care you provide for residents helps those of us with loved ones there rest easier.

I recently spent a month in the North County of San Diego with the goal of finding a memory care home for my mom to move into. My mom had been living with my Brother and his wife. She was at the point where they could no longer care for her safely at home. We toured private homes and communities. Pacifica immediately impressed me with their beautiful campus, and vibrant residents. [name removed], the director of sales, met us for a tour and showed us around. She did a fantastic job of showing us the interior spaces, which feel like your at the 4Seasons, and walking us around the beautifully landscaped campus. The residents seemed very happy and engaged. They have an extensive activities calendar and once COVID is over, we were told, they will be able to take full advantage of the amenities that are located in the assisted living building.

Our main criteria in assisting dad in finding a 55+ residence were; 1. Compassionate staff 2. Levels of care including memory care 3. A sense of “family” We looked together at several spots from Santa Barbara to San Diego. Atria seemed to stand out in all these categories (and a 4th important to me - tasty food!!). Involving dad in the process of choice was also important. Atria understood this without it being stated. They have various programs designed to draw their residents into 55+ life. It is not a group of busybodies watch you move up and down the hallway. It is a community of folk about LIFE and LIVING. At the same time, they welcomed private companions and some specialty support for dad – even in these Covid times. Health and best wishes to all.

We recently moved my mom into Pacifica and the team has been amazing. Especially during COVID. With certain activities limited, they are going out of their way to keep residents engaged and spirits up. My mother, like many I’m sure, had some very specific needs and [name removed] and the rest of the team have accommodated and helped her immensely. Thank you for the price of mind, Pacifica!

Location, Location, Location! It is a great place for your loved one. The food is awesome. The staff at Atria Rancho Park were very professional. The staff was able to respond right away to any questions or concerns about my loved one.

This was a good facility for mom. The communication from the staff was really great and my mom was happy there. They went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

The facility has a good value for the money, The take care of the residence and does a good job with them. The facility is newer and is very clean. We do a zoom call once a week since covid started. I would recommend this community to others

My aunt moved into Mission Villa 3 months ago. She is so happy to stay there. I want to say thank you to all the staff for taking care of her.

We thought the Thanksgiving meals was well planned and well-executed. We felt very safe with all the Covid restrictions. We were so happy to see our loved one and share a special meal. The food was fantastic, and again we are very thankful the facility planned this even. Many Kudos to Chef [name removed] for a great meal.

Pacifica is amazing! From the way they care for their residents to the involvement of the hardworking staff, I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for care of a loved one with demintia!

The staff went to a great deed of trouble so we could have some resembles of a family. Thanksgiving during the pandemic we very much enjoyed the meal and just being able to sit around the table with our brother and toast the holidays. Thank you Pacifica Escondido team.
