Discovering Pacifica Senior Living Northridge was a blessing. From the very first phone call, to the moving in of our loved one, we felt we were in good hands. The 2 directors were incredibly helpful and very clear in describing the services they provide. They always allowed ample time to talk, and were very attentive in answering all our questions. Most of all, they related to our situation, made an immediate personal connection, and had great compassion for what we were experiencing with Alzheimers. And that gave us great comfort that we could actually find the right kind of care for our loved one who was in a critical spot. They were organized, responsive, and up to date with technical communication methods. We never felt any pressure or sales pitch. And we were comforted by their desire to genuinely get to know, and serve the needs of each resident (and their family)-at whatever point in their journey they are on. While it's only been a few days since our loved one has lived at Pacifica, we are hopeful that the experience living there is as positive as our introduction has been.

The staff went to a great deal of trouble so we could have some resembles of a family. Thanksgiving during the pandemic, we very much enjoyed the meal and just being able to sit at the table with our brother and toast the holidays. Thank you Pacifica Escondido.

This Thanksgiving dinner has been outstanding! It has been wonderful to have such a lovely dinner with my mom in spite of Covid. We haven't seen her in a long time and this meant the world to us. Thank you for making this dinner happen. We love having a private room and dinner. Was stellar. Your chef is the best!

The Facility was clean. Staff was not hesitant to answer questions.

The care my mother received in her 4.5 years was wonderful. The staff are all caring and make sure the residents are well cared for.

The facility is wonderful. The staff are special people who give the best care one could possibly have. My mom [name removed] is lucky to live here. Her caregiver [name removed] is an angel. She is a very special young lady with a lot of compassion. I thank god for her and [name removed] and [name removed] has been very helpful. I am grateful for all the help she has given my mom and my family.

I've worked with Pacifica since mid-august. The personnel are knowledgeable, very helpful, courteous, and kind. Most importantly, the care and love they give to the residents is matched by no one else. I feel my loved one is safe and well taken care of.

Our loved one is very fond of the staff, they really treat him like their own family. They are all very accommodating and very caring. The rooms are awesome, they let you decorate it the way you want. The food is very good, it is really excellent. This community tailors everything to your loved ones needs and we would recommend this community.

Safe! I have enjoyed living here since day one. Atria Burlingame was recoommended to me and I have been happy with moving here since! The staff is kind. The food is good. They were even able to accomodate me with a new apartment because I felt like my first apartment's window was too close to the train station which made it hard for me to sleep at night.

the staff at the community is outstanding, the care they provide is second to none, and the compassion they provide the families is wonderful. The room sizes are smaller than others but they are enough, and she loved the food. I would recommend this community to others.

So very happy with the empathy and compassion that [name removed] and his staff have shown towards myself and my family and the comfort I feel that my father will be well cared for. I genuinely feel that this is the best place we could have found for my father's care.

Right now the activities are at a minimum due to COVID, but beforehand they were wonderful. They had live entertainment, bingo and exercise activities for everyone. If someone had a birthday, they would have get together and through a small party, and our loved one really enjoys the food they serve.

We had moved our father there ( after being in two other facilities) for about four years before he passed. The place was amazing. There are absolutely no complaints about this place. After Mom had passed, a Dad was not able to live alone. He did fine at the other places, we just kept moving him closer to us. However he came alive with all the friendly people, good food and all the activities!! The place was always clean and friendly. The care wonderful and a great value to boot.

Atria Rancho went above and beyond to help my husband's brother surmount hurdles to move to to an independent living apartment. We are 2000 miles away and needed to make decisions from a distance. [name removed] and staff exceeded what might be normally expected of their roles, from availability on the phone, to recommendations when a crisis arose prior to moving, to coordination with the doctor, and transport on the day of the move. [name removed] continues to stay in touch with the brothers who are out of town to give updates. My brother-in-law settled in well and has been received love and care by a variety of the staff. His room is lovely and has a view of the trees.
