I have never in my life seen a group of people that work so good together. They are genuinely concerned for the people they care for. Their care is not fake or phony, it is evident that they are in the right field. My dad recently passed away and we are still grieving, but we are very thankful that while he was at Sterling House while he was there he had excellent care. If you have enough money to go the distance, Sterling House of Tulsa South is definitely the way to go. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Very pleased with environment, care, and services. The location is wonderful also.....nice westside location that is close to shopping, pharmacies, etc. Also has a nice open pond and grassland area surrounding the complex. The staff are all friendly and seem to enjoy working there and the facility doesn't feel or smell like a typical assisted living center. Residents have many amenities and activities although I would like to see more in-house options that involve their kitchen, art area, and exercise area focusing on the interests of more active residents. I appreciate the trips into the community for shopping and entertainment. The residents can be active and involved in the community so that it is a "home" and not an institution. My mother-in-law said that she didn't realize that she could come and go.....that it was her "home" and not a locked facility limited to activities within its walls. Everyone has truly helped make her apartment her new home and family is always welcome to come and go and even eat in their dining room....food is great and the chef makes each resident's requests available. Amazing facility! They involve high tech in each room for safety and communication with wall mounted ipads in each room to allow residents to communicate with each other and to have access to staff and facilty activities and schedules. I hope they can keep it going as they grow and keep the personal attention going. We are so grateful for the tip on this place. They are the best in Wichita for assisted living .......and we looked at a lot of them before deciding on Oxford Grand!

They are very clean and very friendly. They offer activities for those that want to be engaged. We aren't super happy with the food, he rarely gets a meal he likes. The quality of the food isn't very good, and they have a weekly menu and it's always the same. I can't really think of anything other than the food, that could be improved. They really do a very good job.

It was clean. We toured this one. The people we spoke with were friendly. We chose another community because of cost concerns. It’s nice enough thought that if it hadn’t been for the price, we would have considered it.

Clean, open. Did not have restrictions. Staff happy friendly. Residents happy. Schedules seemed flexible.

I like the facility but I went alone. We were invited to return for a meal and I will encourage my mother to do that. Accepts cats for a fee.

It is absolutely beautiful, I think they have wonderful activities. We really are more independent, so this is perfect. It is immaculate, it's brand new. They are exceptionally friendly. As for the food everything that I have had has been exceptional. The kitchen manager is the former manager at YaYa's. They have a good variety of things to choose from. Anything on the menu is available 24-7. I like that it's more of an apartment style, rather than a dorm feel. There is a good mix of residents. The apartments were more spacious. They have a happy hour once a week. I like that the oxford offers monthly meetings for families and caregivers on their disease. They also do empathy training, and give you the idea what those with Alzheimers are going through with goggles, and weights to simulate the disease. I love that when they saw she used to paint they looked into starting a painting class.

It's a pretty good place, I like it. Everybody is upbeat, and they're really helpful. They are pretty good people over there. I think all of the senior living communities are overpriced. The food is very good, they have a chef there. They have a variety and you can order off the menu. I think they should give an itemized list of what each care level would entail. They need to have maintenance on call, sometimes it takes forever to get the toilet unclogged.

(Value Not Rated) Clare Bridge was one of the recommendations Joanne from A Place for Mom gave us. Their staff here is really friendly and the community is very clean. They have a nice garden area for the residents. We are very pleased with them so far. Did not rate value because it is still too soon to tell.

I choose this community due to their care model. It is all on one level. My loved one says they enjoy the food here. They have art classes, a lot of crafts, a greenhouse, community garden, and a nice outdoor area for walking.

I moved my mother to OGC in November 2018, and I am very pleased with my decision. The care staff including the director, nurses, activity director & her staff, and the certified care givers are all very friendly, helpful, and caring. I feel comfortable that my mother is cared for daily, and the staff is very kind to her. I especially like the open concept of the "houses" because I know my mom cannot get lost in the building. While looking for a place for my love one I thought that this place is great. The staff members are really nice. It was really difficult to decide where my love one should be and be comfortable. But we were actually definitely leaning toward this facility between the others that we have seen.

Recently I had to go out of town and chose Saunders House for my husband's respite care. What a great choice. They were very kind and attentive to him which at times he can be a handful. I found it clean ,good food and smelled very clean(which is something I look for ) If he needs these service again I would not hesitate to return there.

Loving caring staff with many activities for the residents. My mom has done so well here. She is healthier and very happy. I really appreciate Wenda and her staff. It is a well maintained and clean facility.

This community has a lot of activities and the activities coordinator is very good. The director as well as the entire staff are top notch. This community consists of three buildings that are connected by a large common room. The food is very good and they keep the community well taken care of. They have registered nurses on site twenty four hours a day seven days a week. I am very please how things work and how the staff interact with the residents. They have good doctors that come in to see the residents.

Everything is going pretty well. The community is great and the staff has been wonderful. We are very pleased with everything. The community always passes the smell test. The only problem that we have seen is that mom is not as far along as some of the other residents so it makes it hard for her to interact with the residents. I also like that the houses are all connected to the common area.

Madison House is a pretty nice place. It is nicely decorated, new and as far as we can see, spotless. The staff is polite and caring. The residents are very friendly too. The first thing that struck us when we visited was how cozy it is.

Everyone has been very helpful and caring in getting Mom settled in assisted living for the first time. She is enjoying her experiences and is enjoying the meals.

So far they are doing great. I have been really pleased. The food is okay, it's not the best, but it's certainly better than what she had before. The staff are nothing but respectful and wonderful to the residents. There does seem to be a little bit of a break in communication between the staff and the family. It's still a little new but overall we are thoroughly pleased.

YOUR STAFF AT GLEN CARR IS GREAT THEY WERE VERY CARING AND LISTENED TO OUR NEEDS AS WELL AS TRYING TO ANTICIPATE OUR MOM'S NEEDS THEY WERE ALWAYS SUPPORTIVE AND CARING TO OUR PROBLEMS AND HELPED US GET THROUGH THE ROUGH PROBLEMS
