I went on a tour here and the staff was nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions. I was impressed with this community. The rooms were spacious and they had 24/7 nursing care and level 2 wound care. They didn't offer christian activities here. And it was furnished and we were looking for that. We just chose another place. I would recommend families to tour this before making a decision.

Everyone on staff here is super nice and friendly. Both of my parents live here and in the past couple of weeks have been in the hospital and everyday someone from the facility came to visit them every day they were there. They really help to make my parents feel at home. My parents had their 25th wedding anniversary and 2 weeks before they even moved in, the sales person from the facility came to their home with flowers and a picture to put on their wall. Those are the kinds of things that really make someone feel great. Even the head chef comes out at dinner time and sits with the residents to talk and visit with them and make sure they’re happy. It’s really a friendly place and I would absolutely recommend them.

My wife lives here and so far it’s going pretty good. She’s been having a few issues adjusting and the staff can be hard to communicate with because they don’t speak much English, but what they’re doing to take care of her seems to be good. There were a few medication issues at the beginning but I talked to them about it and they corrected the issue right away. The food is adequate, I guess, but I don’t see much of what she eats. The staff has told me that if she wants more food then all she has to do is ask, but my wife has Alzheimer’s and I don’t know if that’s something she knows she can do. I think there’s some miscommunication about a few things but I know they’re trying to figure things out. I think some of the residents that are there are overly medicated as well, but anytime I’ve had a problem they seem to jump on the ball to get things fixed. Overall, it hasn’t been a bad experience having my wife here. Everyone is still adjusting and it takes time, but they seem to be doing a pretty good job at keeping my concerns in mind when doing anything with her, which I appreciate. The amount that I pay is a lot of money but they really do a lot for her: she gets 3 meals a day, security, they’re really helping her keep a routine (like brushing her teeth, taking showers, etc.) and she’s getting care 24/7. I think all in all, I would recommend them to others.

Super clean! The apartments offered are very liveable. Staff nice and helpful. Very complete information shared about Saunders House as well as Wahoo. Small number of residents. Not sure if that’s a plus or minus.

Very best structural design. Great food. Wonderful staff who have a sincere desire to serve the residents and families. We looks at lot of option and more compare to Oxford Glen!

My mom has lived at Oxford since the second week they opened we have had nothing but good things to say about staff and facility. The food is great. I even join her several times a month. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

Staff and administration care! My Mom gets the help she desires and staff checks her often and I appreciate all they do! My Mom does too! We can tell a big difference between O.G. and other homes. I will recommend O.G. to others!

This is one of the most wonderful places to place your loved ones. Such a caring loving staff. They not only care about their residents, but also care about their families. The residents are always highly engaged and always loved.

Our Mother is a resident in Oxford Glen. We looked at many places and none compared to Oxford Glen. We are so pleased with the care that not only my Mother gets, but the care that they give our whole family.

My wife is in Oxford Glen and we are so pleased with her care. We are able to leave her knowing she is loved and well taken care of. I would highly recommend Oxford Glen.

The building is set up as an up-to-date Alzheimer's/Memory Care facility. They have full-time slotted nurses available 24/7. Each section is "homey" with a kitchen and common TV area. The units are secure. Nice area of town. Staff is friendly and also available during nursing visits. Trish is the best nurse in all the facilities I visit around town!

I love the way the facility provided carefully planned routines and enrichment. Mom could choose to bake, worship, craft, watch movies, get her hair and nails done--all in house. She enjoyed exercise classes, musical guests and family events with food and laughter. The staff are excellent. They provided information, a support group and regular communication through their newsletter and activity announcements.

Oxford Glen is well organized, has sufficient personnel, the personnel are well trained and work well with the residents. It has actually been more than I had hoped for.

This is a fantastic place for respite from my daily activities. My husband enjoys his days here-and I am completely satisfied with his care. I toured other places and Oxford Glen stands way above the others in the area, in my opinion. When the time comes, my husband will be here full time. This is the best staff of people in the area! Thanks to them for giving me peace of mind.

My sisters and I have been very impressed with the attention and care the staff give to the residents. They take the residents on frequent outings and have numerous activities throughout each day. The facility is clean and quiet.
