Oxford Glen is well organized, has sufficient personnel, the personnel are well trained and work well with the residents. It has actually been more than I had hoped for.

This is a fantastic place for respite from my daily activities. My husband enjoys his days here-and I am completely satisfied with his care. I toured other places and Oxford Glen stands way above the others in the area, in my opinion. When the time comes, my husband will be here full time. This is the best staff of people in the area! Thanks to them for giving me peace of mind.

My sisters and I have been very impressed with the attention and care the staff give to the residents. They take the residents on frequent outings and have numerous activities throughout each day. The facility is clean and quiet.

We toured this community for the care for my mom. We wanted a smaller community for her care. The list of activities would have been helpful for her to stay active. The menu seemed to be appealing. We liked the cleanliness of the community.We would recommend that other family your this community for the care for a loved one.

I am happy with the care that my wife is receiving from the good staff that are very attentive. The community has a nice environment and is very clean. The menu is very good and an excellent variety. I like knowing that she is helping and participating in the activities. We would recommend this community for good care to others.

So far I've been very impressed by the services provided at Oxford Glen! The staff is friendly and professional, and I like the way their care and services are set up. My loved one has settled in well and seems very happy here.

The pictures on this site are not updated, the community has updated furnishings and decor. Also, the associates are experienced, caring and passionate people, making it an ideal place for senior care and assisted living!

Love this community! The pictures featured on this site are very old, community has been remodeled, pictures not accurate.

My mom has been very happy since she recently had made the move into this community. The staff have done a wonderful job at helping her making a smooth and comfortable move in her new living environment. She has had no complaints and has recently been getting more involved in the activities they have throughout the week. Overall we are very happy and would defiantly recommend this place.

I chose Brookdale Tulsa because the lady who showed me the community said her grandmother was a resident here.I felt if it was good enough for her grandmother it would be a nice place for my mother and so far I am not wrong. The community is very clean. They offer a variety of activities. One day they made cupcakes, once a week the paint each others toes and fingernails. My mother has made several friends. They also offer something called a virtual pet. Its stuffed animal that purrs and wiggles when you pet it. There was a lady one day who was very upset, she picked up one of the virtual pets and started petting it and it calmed down her down. One thing they did that was very nice was I've struggled with finding shoes that fit my mother. I had hip replacement surgery and couldn't drive around to buy her shoes. One of the staff members picked up shoes for her and returned the ones that didn't fit. I thought that was very nice of them.

I like the care here for my father. The staff are very nice and trying. The meals are very good and he is happy with the variety. I like that he is really participating with the other residents. We would recommend that other families tour this community to see if this is what they are looking for.

While our father was a resident at Brookdale on 71st, he got excellent and compassionate care. The staff treated him respectfully and sought to find ways to make his time well spent. Because this facility is dedicated to residents with dementia and Alzheimer's, we felt the staff didn't have to divide their time between memory care and assisted living. The staff also interacted with other residents in a loving and patient way. We also appreciated the care the staff provided our family when our father passed away.

My mother is still adjusting to the changes but from what I have seen I believe it been a good fit. The staff is nice, and from my conversations with them, I feel they are accommodating. The place is always very clean, I would recommend them to anyone looking.

I think my mother is adjusting pretty well to the community. They keep the residents fairly busy and take good care of them. I really liked the layout of the Oxford Glen better than the other communities that I toured.

This is a great place for my mother in law. We are happy with the staff. The community is beautiful. She seems to like most of the meals that are served. She is offered to do activities each day. I liked the home feeling from the community while it is still assisted living. The have a great assisted living area and a separate memory care that is a available to us. This is a dedicated community. I highly recommend this community for value and care to others.

They were wonderful here. They just were not equipped with handling a situation that we needed. The staff was helpful and nice. They also helped me with other things. m They went out of there way.

We looked at a quite a few other Memory Care communities in the DFW area before bringing my mother in law to Oxford Glen Carrollton. There are many tangible differences that became very obvious to us as we toured and compared. The Carrollton facility had a management change about 2 moths ago, and the differences are obvious to us. If you've visited in the past and were unimpressed - GO BACK! 1 Security - Exterior and internal doors are key code access or lock and key only. (Exit doors can be opened 15 seconds after an alarm is triggered for safe emergency exit.) 2. Staff - the resident care staff is mostly mature and experienced. Universally friendly, and competent. 3. The Executive director has been in multiple other roles within the memory care industry, so he knows the ropes and can address training and issues with authority from that experience. (Bill moved from their Grand Prairie location to the Carrollton location late August or early September.) 4. Food is GOOD. Not 4 star restaurant grade, but certainly well above much of the other food we've experienced through nursing home and rehab facilities along our journey. 5. The place is CLEAN. All over. Very well maintained and there is a full time facilities person who keeps everything humming. 6. The rest. They creatively use technology to help memory care patients have an easier time. They encourage activity - patients are encouraged to be out of their rooms moving, and participating; not parked in a chair all day. There are many other reasons, and although we've been there a relatively short time, conversations with the families of other residents make me confident that everything above is accurate.
