It was a good experience. Our experience was during the pandemic. The staff were very friendly and the food seemed to be good. The activities were good as well. We were no longer allowed into the community due to the pandemic. The community didn't clean my loved one's room once a week, like they had promised. The laundry wasn't being done. The community didn't want to acknowledge that my loved one was at the end of their life. It took a couple of days to get the director to acknowledge that my loved one needed some medication for comfort during their transition. The community even fought hospice over this request.

I would tell others to try out the community. The staff is caring, friendly, and make you feel like part of the family. The staff are willing to work with the family in getting your loved one into the community.

We chose The Oxford Grand at new Market because of the people that we had talked to and it is also very convenient to where my sister lives so she would be able to see her as much as possible. The room sizes at the facility are perfectly adequate for what she needs and she is content. They seem like great people, the food is good, the facility is clean and I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

We virtually toured Canoe Brook and everything went great. The facility was very nice, clean, and it was in a convenient location for us but the price was just too high.

The community is very responsive and open to feedback. Communication is great between the staff and our family and they send me pictures of mom on her walks. I would recommend this community to others.

We chose Brookdale Tulsa because they had availability quickly and it was the best that I found in the location. They have been pretty good with communication, we have just recently been able to start going in to visit. It is hard to rate just with not being able to go in the facility for 6 months so I am learning something new everyday. I would recommend to others looking.

Breakfast is included in the price of rent. You are able to purchase additional meals if you would like. It is a really good community. They do have an activities director as well. They are interested in keeping the seniors active longer. Overall it is a very aesthetic pleasing place.

We have not been able to visit the community yet due to the restrictions, however they just recently opened back up so we will get to go visit over Easter weekend. Our loved one is very happy at the Glen Carr House, she is just thriving. She is in the memory care area but she is much more alert then at her previous community. They have a lot of activities to do, she was actually participating in dominoes when we last spoke with her which was amazing to hear.

Our experience with this community has been great, there is nothing back that we can say about the place. The staff are always attentive to their patients and whenever they need something they are aware of it and get it done immediately. We do not ever have to worry about a thing.

The staff doesn't just talk the talk they walk the walk. The creativity and commitment that they have shown to support their residents during the pandemic has been amazing.

The rooms are very adequate, and in the memory unit they have a high staff to patient ratio which helps out immensely.

Brookdale Durant has been amazing. They have kept us updated during the pandemic. The Executive Director is so amazing. If I text or email her she responds immediately. I feel she cares for my dad. The staff is so great, as well. They will turn the TV on for football and baseball games for my dad to watch. I would highly recommend Brookdale Durant to anyone for their loved ones.

The care services at Brookdale Weatherford are good, our loved one moved in right after COVID started. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.Overall we have been very pleased with this community.

[name removed] , Sales Manager over at Brookdale, made my brother & I feel very welcome during our video tour. She answered all questions that we had. The facility that [name removed] works at is a little bit farther in distance than where Dad lives at right now BUT she placed us in contact with "Brookdale Midtown" which is almost literally right up the street from where he lives now, so we are in contact with them at the moment. 5 stars for Brookdale, and we appreciate the time and willingness to be there for our questions.

Their staff is sensational. Their interaction with all the residents is top-notch. My mom really enjoys the food. They change the menu often so there is a lot of variety. The room size and layout of the community is good.

I would give all 10s if I could. The staff treats the residents like they are family members. The staff is very kind. The director is wonderful. The food is good. The layout is wonderful, they have lots of open space. They have an atrium where they do activities with the residents. Residents are very well cared for. I don't have to worry I know my mom is in good hands. They have been very responsive and communicate well with the families.

Overall, we have been absolutely thrilled with this community. The administrative staff and the nursing staff are excellent. They are so responsive to my questions and concerns as well. The caregivers are super kind. The food is good with a good variety offered at each meal. The residents are happy there. During COVID, they have done an excellent job keeping the residents in the assisted living safe. We chose this community because of the feeling we got when we walked into the building. It is light and bright and the residents are all out and about in the community. Everyone there was so warm and welcoming. We are so pleased with this community.

My mom gets all kinds of personal attention from each and every department. The staff are just great. They are very patient and on top of everything. They address issues promptly and notify families immediately. I chose Brookdale Tulsa South because they are a secured assisted living environment, which I really like and my mom needed.

The director and sales manager are professional friendly and transparent. Brookdale feels cozy and you can tell the staff love their jobs. The RN on staff is always available and helpful. Very personable and caring. Everyone on the staff is always patient and willing to help out with questions and concerns. They understand that making this transition is difficult emotionally and physically and they are always sympathetic and understanding.

All of the staff at Oxford Grand are fantastic. They treat my mother like she is royalty, from the Director to the servers. And the food at the facility is very tasty for mom and for me. We have had quite a few dinners with her there. The activities they have are right up her ally, from Bingo to Wheel of Fortune to Domino's. I would recommend Oxford to anyone wanting to place a loved one here.
