This was a wonderful community. The price was a little more than we wanted, and it was too large for my loved one.

This was a good community. This was not the right community for my loved one due to the resident population.

Our of all the memory care communities in this area we felt Saddle Brook was the best place for our loved one. The staff are very nice and everything is taken care of. The care services are good with great medication management. We have had a pleasant experience so far. However sometimes clothes get mixed up or lost when they do laundry which is a little frustrating but other than that its a great community.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great experience but the price was just way to high for us.

This is a good place to go if you need extra help for your loved one. The care and attention for my loved one from the staff stand out to me. If I have questions or concerns the staff are easy to work with the family.

So grateful we found this place for my mom. It is a beautiful facility, with a well-staffed and attentive care team. Activities throughout the day are keeping my mom interacting with residents and active. We moved from another facility and wish we would have made this change sooner.

I love them. My loved one is in memory care, and they are so good to her. The staff and administration are amazing. The caretakers really do care about the residents. It's very clean and well-kept, and it's a very pretty place. It's a very friendly atmosphere. It's one of those places where you feel comfortable knowing that your loved one is there. I go there all the time to visit, and they don't mind at all.

The staff members have been really communicative whenever we have questions or concerns we can get a hold of them via phone call or text. They have been very flexible and accommodating to our family. Our parents both need different levels of care, and they have done a great job taking care of their needs and unique situations.

My Mom and our family love Canoe Brook Broken Arrow. We looked at many places before moving Mom to assisted living four years ago. Mom feels so safe, and she is well looked after. All of the staff is so good to Mom, and are always willing to answer any question I may have. I feel as if they are our extended family. They all go way above their job description. We all work as a team to make sure Mom is well taken care of. When Mom was in the hospital several months ago, she kept asking "when do I get to go home"? That is how she feels about Canoe Brook Broken Arrow, it is her home. The Activity Director has taken Mom to several appoints, and will reschedule any follow up appointments. This is a big help, since Mom has problems getting in and out of our vehicles. If you are looking for a clean facility for your loved one, and one where they will be well taken care of, you need to visit Canoe Brook Broken Arrow.

It was a good experience. Our experience was during the pandemic. The staff were very friendly and the food seemed to be good. The activities were good as well. We were no longer allowed into the community due to the pandemic. The community didn't clean my loved one's room once a week, like they had promised. The laundry wasn't being done. The community didn't want to acknowledge that my loved one was at the end of their life. It took a couple of days to get the director to acknowledge that my loved one needed some medication for comfort during their transition. The community even fought hospice over this request.

They are very caring and proactive in providing care for their patients. They are extremely friendly, and they do everything they can to help the patients have a better quality of life. My loved one absolutely loves the food, particularly the breakfasts and the night time meals, and she's gaining some weight, which is a good thing. Even when she sometimes complains about other things, she always says the food is fabulous. It's a bit expensive, but she receives great care, and I feel like it's definitely worth it.

I would tell others to try out the community. The staff is caring, friendly, and make you feel like part of the family. The staff are willing to work with the family in getting your loved one into the community.

We chose The Oxford Grand at new Market because of the people that we had talked to and it is also very convenient to where my sister lives so she would be able to see her as much as possible. The room sizes at the facility are perfectly adequate for what she needs and she is content. They seem like great people, the food is good, the facility is clean and I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

We virtually toured Canoe Brook and everything went great. The facility was very nice, clean, and it was in a convenient location for us but the price was just too high.

We chose Saddle Brook because I liked the atmosphere, the staff were very friendly during the tour, and the rooms. They to me were a lot bigger and better than some other facilities that we looked into. They have been excellent with communication, they send out newsletters and if there are any questions or concerns they always call. The directors have been fabulous to work with. I have been pleased and I feel that we made the best decision and I would highly recommend them to other families who are looking.

The community is very responsive and open to feedback. Communication is great between the staff and our family and they send me pictures of mom on her walks. I would recommend this community to others.

We chose Brookdale Tulsa because they had availability quickly and it was the best that I found in the location. They have been pretty good with communication, we have just recently been able to start going in to visit. It is hard to rate just with not being able to go in the facility for 6 months so I am learning something new everyday. I would recommend to others looking.

Breakfast is included in the price of rent. You are able to purchase additional meals if you would like. It is a really good community. They do have an activities director as well. They are interested in keeping the seniors active longer. Overall it is a very aesthetic pleasing place.

We have not been able to visit the community yet due to the restrictions, however they just recently opened back up so we will get to go visit over Easter weekend. Our loved one is very happy at the Glen Carr House, she is just thriving. She is in the memory care area but she is much more alert then at her previous community. They have a lot of activities to do, she was actually participating in dominoes when we last spoke with her which was amazing to hear.

Our experience with this community has been great, there is nothing back that we can say about the place. The staff are always attentive to their patients and whenever they need something they are aware of it and get it done immediately. We do not ever have to worry about a thing.
