Overall we have been very happy with The Oxford Grand community. There are fairly new residents here, and the staff are pretty good about getting our loved one for meal time and making sure to invite him to different activities they have going on. They have bingo every now and then, live entertainment and ice cream socials. He really enjoys going to the morning exercise classes. Our loved ones happiness is pretty high so we would say everything is so far so good and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families. We like that it is a smaller community so families and loved ones do not have to feel very overwhelmed.

I have visited this community many times and always seem to see smiling faces. It seems to have a lot of engagement going on with the staff and residents and I enjoy my visits here. Definitely a good place to visit if looking for memory care.

I work in the industry and have toured this community many times. It is always cleans feels good and smells good and the staff are very friendly. I gladly would recommend the community to anyone looking to find a memory care community.

So far everything and everyone had been great. I would highly recommend this community. The cleanliness and professionalism of the staff is above par.

This facility is very good. It's a nice atmosphere and clean. They have a variety of activities and outings. The staff is great. Communication with the family is good. The food is good quality and variety. I have noticed that my loved one's laundry basket is often full and her sheets look like they haven't been washed for awhile sometimes. Overall, she seems to be doing well and is content. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Oxford Glenn Grand Prairie is a wonderful community. The place is well kept and clean. I saw so many happy faces the employees are very welcoming and treat the residents like Family and the food looks so good. I think this community is great!!

I had a really good experience when I went to see Oxford Glen in Carrollton. I received a very greeting when I arrived and it felt very warm and comfortable. Everyone I met or spoke to were so nice and informative. The Director [name removed] was very nice and answered all my questions. What was overwhelming before I came in soon became a very insightful and positive meeting. Amazing staff, I love how it’s smaller so the residents can get the attention that they need. This helps with their cognitive function and increases the ability to stay connected with their love ones.

Oxford Glen is the Best in Carrollton. Daily they show their residents so much love and care. From the Front office to the daily caregivers, everyone is respectful and caring.

My family member has been at Oxford Glen for over 6 months and we are very happy with the care. All staff members we've encountered have been pleasant, helpful, and attentive. They appear to truly enjoy what they do! The residents are happy, respected, and are well-cared for. Those who are able to have regular outings for lunch, and indoor activities each day M-F. Most importantly, they are loved. I couldn't ask for much more!

It is my heartfelt opinion that it would be very hard to find a facility more caring than Brookdale. Day in and day out they strive to be all they can be for the residents there. You can feel the love in the air and also as you look around. They are definitely stand-outs in the assisted living field. They richly deserve the highest of accolades.

The care services offers, laundry, meals,and they have an in house doctor/pharamacy. They have helped so much. Mom gets to do more, and she is not as frustrated. She is comfortable. The food smells good. Mom participated in activities such as, singing, arts, crafts, dancing and even did a solo and devotional one time. It is expensive but well worth the expense. It's clean, homey and personal. If you can afford it and if a loved one is treated with respect-love-care and not just sat in corner, then put them in here. It's not just about moms experience but my experience/husbands experience, which makes it a special place.

The staff has been attentive to my loved one's needs. The community is clean and well-staffed. The community has fulfilled all its promises to the family and our loved ones. The community has several options for the residents to choose from for meals. There are lots of activities for the residents to participate in, and the staff is good at trying to engage the residents in the activities available. The activities team is the biggest I saw during all the tours of the communities.
