We've had a wonderful experience at Vineyard Memory Care. The staff have been very helpful and courteous. They always give me feedback when I need it. They have done nothing but improve my loved one's health and make it a welcoming place for her. All of our friends who have come to visit have commented to me how friendly, open, and encouraging the environment is for everyone there. I've been very pleased.

I checked around and went and visited many facilities. Some were definitely more upscale that we couldn't afford but once I walked into this place I felt in my bones it was the right place for him. It's not the right place for her but she wants to be with him, so be it. But for my dad, this is close to my home and the perfect place. He actually improved on his assessment since he has been there from a three to a two. Very, very happy, and [name removed] is the very best. Can't say enough about her. Everyone I have come in contact with and have only spoken to is wonderful and caring. I know [name removed] the best because I had to deal with her directly for a while. My family couldn't be happier that he is safe and thriving.

My mother resided at Battle Creek for 18 months until her death. We saw Battle Creek through the days of the pandemic and residential staffing challenges that resulted from it. The personal service and attention to my mother was so consistently terrific and appreciated. Perfect service care is personal and challenging - Battle creeks staff and management were terrific throughout my mothers stay,

The Vineyard at Fountaingrove is a beautiful memory Care community located in the heart of the wine country. The staff are friendly, the food is delicious and the SPARK activities program creates a specialized life- enriching environment that affords self- expression to each individual. if you are looking for a community to call home for your self or a loved one. I highly recommend The Vineyard at Fountaingrove Memory Care in Santa Rosa.

You are the last we had a sing-along yesterday and singing the old Christmas songs that everybody knows was really neat and then doing games and bingo and and we had Thanksgiving dinner together and it was so neat to see everybody enjoying their day and enjoying the fellowship of just being together

I am a Senior placement advisor in the Salem area and have had Great Experiences on every Visit with clients. The staff is very kind and interactive with residents making it feel very comfortable and home like.

When we first moved our loved one into this community it was not what it was represented as - the management was all over the place and the nurse was negligent and our loved one is on hospice right now. However we have worked with the upper management and they have completely turned it around 180 degrees. This is absolutely the best place for our loved one right now. The care staff, the executive director and administrative team are all working together to better the quality of care given to the residents. The executive director [name removed] is a fabulous person and just fantastic to work with and extremely caring.

It was very smooth transition for my loved one.

The Springs of Vernon Hills gets 10 stars, they are wonderful. The staff members there are marvelous - they know everybody, they call the residents by their first name and just take care of everyone they are so friendly. Everything about The Springs has been absolutely wonderful. They have plenty of activities going on - they have a beautiful outdoor courtyard the residents can wander in and out from when the weather is nice. It is just a great place and there is no comparison.

After systematically and carefully researching memory care for my mother and personally visiting and re-visiting seven possible facilities, it was clear that Battle Creek was the top choice. In terms of services provided, staff responsiveness, cleanliness, accessibility to management personnel when needed, etc., all get 5 Gold Stars. My only concern has been some absence of reception staff on the weekends to open the door for visitors. While a phone number is made available for visitors to call on the weekends, and staff have been responsive, when a receptionist is on site, it does greatly facilitate visitor access with less trouble.

The staff is wonderful, they know everyone by name and they are very caring. They're there, so you don't have to go looking for them when visiting. I'm very pleased, exceptionally please with The Springs!

The staff are very attentive and nice and very cordial. My wife is receiving great care and they contact me with any information when needed. They are very efficient and friendly and competent. They do a lot for the residents in terms of activities. There is just a lot of good things going on. They have activities like bingo, painting pots, jigsaw puzzle and a live musician that came in.

The establishment is super comfortable and welcoming. They are pretty responsive when a family member needs a meeting to go over any concerns. The staff all know my loved one by first name. They take time to get to know the family as well as the resident. It is never an easy choice to place your loved one but this place has done a 180 degree turn with my loved one. She has a great support system here and she is thriving.

My mother [name removed] has gown stronger physically over the six month she has been at Battle Creek and is now also more alert and communicative with her family. The consistent positive attitudes of energies demonstrated by the BC staff, from the front door to the neighborhood event-live staff-have all contributed to her (and our) positive experiences at Battle Creek.

We were very interested in Waterhouse Ridge. Everything looked very good and we liked what we saw, but my mom had to be moved in somewhere that weekend and they told us to call them Monday which would have been too late.

This community was really nice and our second choice for our loved one. our loved one just liked another community more than this one that happen to work out.

In this lovely area in Henderson, being able to breathe and share happy moments with someone living here in this community. Families and friends can really relax, talk, share themselves that your loved one is in good hands. The atmosphere there is so remarkable that its like a mansion inside the building a forever place like home. You're never alone, in meeting other residents playing bingo and other activities. The staff do care for the residents needs and this shows upon their faces. They are happy and family notices when visitations time schedule. I'm happy as a spouse they are in good care. Aloha, ghw

My experience with the staff at The Woodlake has exceeded all my expectations. I am the only living relative to my cousin who suffers from dementia. I worked with a lot of people looking for a place that I would feel confident that my cousin would be well cared for. I worried about everything since I live 3000 miles away. I wanted to make sure she was in a clean, safe, loving environment. My friends go to visit my cousin and they also tell me how fortunate I was to discover The Woodlake on my search. I am sure from my nightly telephone chats my cousin thinks she’s living in a 5 star hotel. And that’s okay with me. Every staff person I have talked to has been polite and professional. I always feel they are doing the “right” thing and that my cousin is not being treated Ike an afterthought. This is a huge relief for me. I highly recommend The Woodlake.

The staff members are very interactive with the residents every time we come to visit. Instead of calling it the memory care, they call it the opal room so the memory care isn't s separated from the other parts of the facility. They do a great job integrating the memory care residents with the assisted living residents and they have a big calendar showing all the different activities going on each month. They are very inventive when it comes to new activities. The Woodlake is the best thing that could happen to our family, it has been such a positive experience.

We moved my father from another memory care facility to Shadow Mountain this past spring. The staff and facilities are the best I have ever encountered!! The director cares for each resident as though they are his family. Caregivers are kind and attentive, covering every detail. Each time I visited, my father was well dressed, clean and shaven. His room was always sparkling clean and staff took time to know all of our family members. Everything they do at Shadow Mountain is geared towards safety and dignity for their residents. Activities are varied and fun. Food is delicious and served with linen napkins . My father was happy there until his final day on earth. When he passed, the staff was so supportive to us. We were given time to grieve before collecting his belongings and the employees all helped organize his items for us. They even sent us an Edible Arrangement as a condolence gift. If you need a memory care facility for your loved one…PLEASE look at this place!!
