I love that Sunrise feels like a home. Floors are carpeted, there's a pet dog, the food was good and the people were friendly and helpful. Plan ahead I'd you think your loved one will need to be in the memory care area as space is limited and there is usually a waiting last. The $$$amount I put in is for everything including meds and incontinence care and supplies, meals and rent.

I am pretty happy with the care that we are receiving here at this nice community. The staff are well-trained and helpful. They keep me informed on my parents' progress. The food is very good -- my parents love it! My parents also like the weekly "field trips" to places in the community. The location is good -- close to shopping and restaurants, and it's close to my home. Other than the field trips, my parents aren't very enthusiastic about the activities. I have visited on several occasions, and I rarely see a lot of people participating in the activities, which leads me to believe that the staff don't solicit a lot of input from the residents about the activities they want.

From the looks of our visits, my mom is experiencing a good, new lifestyle. She has made the transition just fine. We are getting the doctor set up and I am familiar with the staff. They are great workers and I think the facility is great too. The manager, staff, nurses, are all very nice, all kind and all helpful. She has a private room with a nice patio to sit out on in. We are please with selecting this community for my mom .

The theme here is if a call button is pushed be there within 10 minutes. They have been prompt when needed and my mom's apartment has call buttons in every room of her apartment. The only issue is that the elevator is far from her and it gets hard at times. Since moving in, I have seem craft projects, exercising, Mojito happy hour; if okay in medical records, and performers. She loves her meals, breakfast is served all day and she likes that. There is variety and daily specials. I feel better knowing that she is safe with a staff member there through the nigh, she feels safe too. They have a safe and beautiful courtyard that has a great landscape and secure. Everyone is nice and helpful. I picked this because this is where I would want to go too. They are recommendable but it is expensive.

What a lovely community! We toured with [REmoved] and we were so excited to see everyone involved in different activities. My mom is moving in Tuesday so excited.

Our family is so pleased with the care and support our mom has received and the concern each of the family members have experienced with this amazing staff! Truly blessed to have this facility and staff with us on our journey ??

Liked this place a lot. Both parents could stay together and the room seemed big enough to live in day to day. Met another older couple that are living the same way, and they seemed happy. The place is very pretty and very clean, and seems more cozy and laid back than another we toured. Great neighborhood too.

Rockville Terrace is a newly constructed facility and is beautiful. We were able to move my father into a two bedroom apartment quickly in a streamlined manner. The attendants are all friendly, caring and professional. The food is excellent. The family is very happy with this move and feel confident that he is getting quality care. I would recommend this place to those looking for a placement for a family member.

My father is on hospice here and they are doing everything they can to make him comfortable during his last days. The people here are wonderful and provide quality care. I would recommended them to anyone.

This is a beautiful community with a lot of activities. The staff is nice. They do have activities for those who can participate with the other residents. The community offers a good variety of meals and a nice variety. We liked this community and would recommend other families for the care of there loved one to see this nice community.

Sunrise La Palma is a beautiful place, which was one of my preferences. If I had to choose again, this would definitely be my number one choice.

Enjoyed meeting and speaking with [Removed], we first discussed what s my needs and concerns for placing my spouse.I toured the facility and was very impressed with the amenities,studio rooms,and care and support from the staff. The garden is not a locked area but they do have alarms and the monthly charge expensive.Over all I really pleased with the Memory Care Center.

I toured this community and it was very nice. The building was updated and had a nice atmosphere. I did not move in because of all of the additional costs for amenities.

Atria Sutton met all my expectations. MY questions were answered and clarified. Cost factors were quite reasonable considering the quality of housing and care that would be provided. We are progressing toward finalizing arrangement's for our Friend. I am sure he will be satisfied. we look forward to being able to dine with him at the facility as well as assured he will receive very positive care/

From what I saw while touring this community, I thought is was a beautiful place. I liked what I saw and what was here. This would have been a suitable community for us. However, the location of the community was not convenient or close for the family.

I like living in the community. the staff is always helpful and friendly to my needs. The community is very clean and maintained. The good variety of activities I fund enjoyable. I would recommend this community for a great place to live.

So far they're wonderful.She is very active at the community and participates often. We went to pick her up the other day and she was busy with yoga and aroma therapy. It doesn't look like the standard old folks home and that's why we like it. It very close to our home and we like that because if she needs something we can be right there. My mom said they offer an alternative menu if you don't like what they offer nut there is an additional charge. She loves the desserts and has gained weight since moving in. She's in a studio and it's actually pretty large.

We toured this community when looking for my mother. It reminded me of a cruise ship and it was very luxurious. Everyone was very helpful during the tour and it was a great first impression. We didn't choose this community because it was too pricey and they had a lengthy waiting list. We needed something right away so we chose another community in the area.

So far the transition has gone well. The only issue is my mother isn't sure who to contact because they have had a change in management. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming so far. I've tried the food and it is very good with reasonable portions.They even offer options for those with dietary restrictions. There is a Bistro with fruit,and cookies that offers snacks in between meals. My mother is staring to participate in some of the outings they offer. She didn't initially because she was very tired from the move. I would recommend this community to anyone.

We toured this community when looking for my father. It was a lovely place with a helpful staff. They offered fresh pies and baked goods and even sent us home with a pie. It was close to a Catholic church the only reason we didn't chose this community is due to location. We chose a community that was close to the area we desired.
