Very clean, modern facility.Staff extremely welcoming. Rooms were spacious for what they were.

Large inviting outdoor area with 2 floors of memory care. Good floor layout with sensory elements like fountain outdoors and birds inside. Impressed with the staff.

Seemed to know how to correctly handle memory care. First impressions were great with the facility and staff.

Facility is only 4 years old so it is still bright and clean. One of the few places that seems able to effectively handle memory care and has a nice secure outdoor area for walks or sitting.

This place is amazing and [name removed] is very sweet. Casa Sandoval is a dream home for any senior with care needs. Its a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for.

Beautiful layout, homey feeling, smaller than most which avoids the large hotel-like impression of others I have seen. Very impressed with the attention to detail that makes life easier, interesting, comfortable, and fun for the residents.

I went and did a walk in tour last week and I was greeted by [name removed] she immediately notice i was in distress and offered me a hug, [name removed] is very kind, I was so happy doing my tour resident was engaged but most of all it was clean, i walk passes a tail man cleaning a room and he smelled at me and i new then i could place my father there.

Went on a tour today 4/4/18.I like what I seen and the lady's that gave me the tour where really nice. Loved the room nice and big. Very clean, part friendly,food smell and look good.my mom would be very happy and safe and it closer to me.

To Whom It May Concern, I am not one to write reviews but I think a few things need to be said to help those who are in a situation like mine. We moved Mom into Atria Bayside Landing after years of trying to navigate caregiving in home between hiring and helping with family. Once I walked through those doors, I never looked back. I toured 8 yes 8 senior living communities in Stockton and chose the best for Mom. The Executive Director [Name removed] , helped me through every step of the process from start to finish. She showed me around the community, completed agreement with me, answered all of my many many many questions and has responded to my emails within minutes at all hours of the night. Thank you. Next, the manintenance team, when we moved into the apartment they helped us set things up, the carpets were brand spanking new, as was the paint and furnishings and details. So clean. The caregivers especially [Name removed] and [Name removed] are so sweet and have taken to Mom. They help her with dignity and I could not ask for a better place.

New beautiful building and gardens. View of river is remarkable. Nurse and med. techs on staff 24 hrs. Looks like the addition of personal care would be easy. I will bring my in-laws to see for themselves. My brief encounters with staff and residents were positive. [Name removed] , the marketing director was very kind and informative.

The facility was extremely nice. It was a smaller community than others we visited but the activities available were comparable to other facilities. The staff were very friendly to us and all the other residents. The room we viewed was smaller than we preferred.

This was best facility as far as a good fit. The staff was attentive, facility was nice, outdoor space good and the cost would work well.

My father spent the final three months of his life in the Sunrise La Jolla facility on their Memory care floor or "Reminisce Neighborhood" as they refer to it. It was a difficult decision for my mother to no longer have her husband at home but his level of needs had become too great for her to handle even with assistance from her children. Several of the family toured Sunrise La Jolla to see if it was worthy of having our Dad, who we all adored, live there. What we observed on our tour made the decision easy. We found the right place for Dad. We saw a dedicated team of care providers interacting with the residents and the residents seemingly very content, well cared for and safe. We continued to see this level of care on our regular visits to see my Dad, which were mostly unannounced. Sunrise encourages family and friends to visit anytime. We were always welcome. The level of care, respect and compassion provided by the staff to our Dad was extraordinary and we are very thankful to have found such a place.

This facility has great people. I took a tour of the different rooms and they were very informative of all aspects. I felt at home, and at ease with the atmosphere.

Great place, 2 year old building, nice people. Great areas for memory care - 2 floors depending on required care.

The place is very nice, clean and well organized. There are a lot of activities. According to the person who showed us around, they serve 3 meals a day plus snack . The menu looks very good and extensive.

My Father used to live at this facility 15 years ago so it was a very easy decision to bring my In-Law’s here. The building itself is very nice and you have an ocean view. My In-Law’s apartment is right over a koi pond as well. You can’t beat the location for the price. It’s has been recently remodeled and they have new flooring and fountains. For activities, they have a lot of social events and a lot of trips to go shopping. I would recommend this facility to other families.
