Our loved one was there for about a month for respite care and overall we thought it was a good experience. Our loved one enjoyed the overall ambiance of he community, the food and the attention she received from the staff when requested.

We only took a quick tour of San Diego's Oakmont and Pacific Beach. The areas were very large. It seems to be a lavish facility. The setting was ideal for seniors. Everyone you met was quite nice and courteous, including the inhabitants. We'll probably go back there at some point and maybe eat lunch. The building was fantastic, and the people who gave us the tour were also excellent. They had a wonderful patio with several trees. My father wanted to be here and is currently at [removed].

The community is doing well at getting my loved one involved in activities and going to meal time. The one thing, there has been a issue with is water gets hot or cold all the time, but they are trying to work on it.

When my loved one went in, they weren't in a good way. However, the staff have been able to work with my loved one to improve. The staff are good at keeping me updated on my loved one and answering my questions. There are three meals a day served to the residents, along with snacks. They have coffee and additional beverages for the residents to choose from. Some of the activities available include coloring, crafts, and other activities to keep the residents engaged.

They are great. It's very clean, and they do a good job of everything. They are very friendly. They are excellent and know what they are doing. My loved one loves the food. They have a lot of activities, such as ; bowling, music and dancing. It's very good value for the money. We picked this community, because I really liked the people, it was great from the start, and a close location. I would recommend to other families and have already recommended to others. Also, the activities staff member sends pics/videos of my loved one.

The people there are incredibly kind. They obviously care for the residents. They were also supportive of family members. I would recommend Sunrise of San Marino to others.

We just toured the facility but it was lovely. I was really impressed overall with how knowledgeable and kind the staff seemed especially. They knew all the residents’ names. The facility itself was very clean and bright, lots of activities. It seemed like it had a real family feel.

My mom and I just toured the facility for my dad with dementia. It looked very clean and organized. Everyone seemed very friendly and welcoming. The cost seems very reasonable for memory care especially.

At Sunrise Bonita they cared for my aunt and uncle like they were family and always kept us updated on their care. Sunrise Bonita is as clean a facility as we could hope for. Heads above the rest! Every staff member we came into contact with was very friendly. Very kind and compassionate people. My Aunt and Uncle received the best care - just as we hoped they would. The care givers that were with them everyday were exceptional- but if your family can't speak for themselves you really have to be an advocate for them regarding PRN meds vs scheduled meds and be sure to ask for scheduling of pain meds in particular. My Aunt and Uncle both enjoyed the meals they received and my aunt was able to eat with my uncle as he was in the Memory unit and she in assisted living side. That made them happy. There was several activities each day that they had the opportunity to join in with. One day I went to visit and my uncle was singing Karaoke, I had never heard him sing before. That was fun to see him get involved. Considering this facility is in California, I had to get used to the idea that everything cost more here. So I did comparison shopping and found it was online with other local facilities and had a wonderful reputation from the local hospitals, and medical professionals I spoke with. The other residents appeared happy as well. So as much as I thought the cost was high, the value of the care my family received was worth it. There was a young women that came in on the weekends to play games and they really like that.

They were incredible every single step of the way. No areas for improvement. I was blown away by the staff - very kind and loving. I would recommend to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones

Staff is very helpful, welcoming and made me feel at home. I found the community very well kept and well maintained.. I am looking forward to this being my new home! Lots of trees and plants. Nice swimming pool and fitness room.

I have a dear friend who moved into Oakmont of Las Vegas in June with her dog. She was in a senior community previously, but had a fall where there was no help. She fell and laid on the floor all night long. Oakmont has been a blessing as there is always help when needed it’s only a push of her pendant away. She loves the Sunday breakfast special, of Lox and bagels, and the grilled Salmon on the daily menu. If you’re looking for a home for your loved one, I highly recommend at least visiting Oakmont of Las Vegas…It’s a warm and caring community

We have had both parents and currently mom staying at Montecito.. experiencing Assisted Living and now Memory Care. It has been and continues to be a journey. We are so very grateful to have the staff and caregivers on our team through it all. Dementia is a terrible disease for the one suffering as well as for the family. We are truly grateful for the staff's continued love and support through the good and the very difficult. This team, our team is amazing! They do not give up- always looking out for mom and keeping her best interest, health, comfort and dignity at the forefront. Their care and resolve is genuine, professional and tenacious. It is life changing for the family We highly recommend Montecito Concord- we are not sure you can find a better team anywhere

The Staff/Caregivers here take fantastic care of the residents here. They are passionate, kind, and professional. If you’re looking for a safe and peaceful space for a loved one, I’d recommend this community.

I have had the privilege of enjoying many videos of various activities designed and implemented with the goals of bringing life-giving joy and a deep sense of community to the residents of the Santa Ana Memory Care facility. Discussing staff members’ motivation and expertise in caring for these residents gives me confidence in the care provided.

Positive experience. Surprisingly easy to adopt to living here at Oakmont of Escondido Hills. That's because the staff are nice and friendly and so are the residents. I appreciate the help when I need it.

I love this community! Staff is very welcoming, and the place is gorgeous. I toured a couple of weeks ago with my mom. My mom loved it, they are pet friendly. The nurse [name removed] is very knowledgeable and make my mom feel at peace. We are planning to tour again and hopefully mom will be moving to Oakmont soon. The Salespeople are very professional and nice.

Our family is so pleased with Oakmont of Escondido Hills. All of the staff is absolutely wonderful. He loves it how they all call him by name. The place is always so clean. They plan lots of fun events. My Dad really enjoys going to the movies, exercise room and loves it when people come and play music or sing. Thank you to all of the staff for taking great care of my Dad.

Our mom was diagnosed with dementia several years ago and has some difficulty walking. Mom moved into Oakmont of the Lakes' Las Vegas Memory Care Unit in [date removed]; she shares a room which has ample space for her single bed, nightstand, bookcase and chair. The room has a shared bathroom and two separate closets. The Memory Care Unit is pleasantly decorated, calming, and on the quiet side except for periodic activities and dinner! The food is delicious, healthy and generously portioned, games and activities are engaging and have helped our mom battle both her dementia and anxiety. After looking at many options we found Oakmont to be competitively priced and are grateful it offers hospice. BUT BY FAR THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF OAKMONT'S MEMORY CARE IS ITS INCREDIBLE, LOVING, PATIENT, PROFESSIONAL, AND CARING STAFF--this includes the amazing caretakers, the dynamo of an activities coordinator, and ALL the managerial staff! We are very happy with our mom's care at Oakmont.

I can say with 100% certainty that the generous, caring people of Oakmont changed our family's lives. A few weeks ago, we found ourselves in a very overwhelming position of needing a safe place for my parents immediately. While most communities told us this would take weeks, [name removed], the Marketing Director at Oakmont, dove in and made it happen for us in 5 days - removing obstacles, securing resources, moving mountains; doing so with empathy and compassion every step. I truly believe it saved my parents. The staff here are nothing short of incredible. Every caregiver has embraced my parents like family; making what could have been a scary, hard transition something where they have felt supported and surrounded by true friends. When I come to visit, I am surprised to see they know every single person on a first name basis...and by the time I leave, I am on a first name basis with them too! Oakmont's staff and management truly care so much, and I have already recommended them to man
