Nice facility and the staff is very friendly. Location and value for the money is great.

My dad was previously a resident at Oakmont of Pacific Beach for a short time. I can't say enough how good the experience was. I am an emergency room physician and I have a lot of experience with Assisted Living facilities. This was definitely a positive experience. I would absolutely recommend Oakmont of Pacific Beach.

My loved one was previously a resident at Ivy Park at Simi Valley. The department heads there are very responsive and communicative. So, at no point, did I feel like I wasn't heard or responded to. I would recommend this facility to others.

We visited 5 Memory Care programs, staff at Ivy park listened were knowledgeable, patient, answered all of our questions. Our friend was happy with the facility, they answered her questions and she is now residing at Ivy Park. Our thanks to the staff at Ivy Park.

Ivy Park was so wonderful and caring. Yheyvtried very hard to include aunt pat into the community. Little did anyone know she would pass away too soon to enjoy everything that was offered. While she was there, she used the hair salon, enjoyed the dining room and her comfortable room. She was able to have her dog with her and that was a good thing.

I would say that The Ivy is first class in every way and that is largely due to strong leadership advocating for their residents. The facility is gorgeous and clean and much like a country club (order meals off a menu, etc). Extremely kind, caring, and empathetic staff.I would highly recommend The Ivy for loved ones or myself.

My mom had to quickly move into an assisted living facility and Oakmont expedited everything. The staff was very caring. I would recommend the facility to others. Everything was great for her at this facility.

I would recommend. I just feel like they either need a more effluent person in charge of the medical or perhaps 2 people if the are overwhelmed. But we are in top of it and live close. We are very happy there.

My mom loves the staff/caregivers. She really likes the food too (which is a compliment coming from her). She has a studio but it's plenty large enough for her. Fits her queen bed, night stand on each side of bed, large dresser, small table with 3 chairs, huge walk-in closet, small kitchen with a microwave, sink and mini-fridge and a full size bathroom with walk in shower. I would highly recommend. The only downfall is that it's quite expensive. But I know she's safe there and well taken care of so it's worth the money to me.

Being friendly and personable. Maybe explaining a little more about themselves, and why they enjoy working with the people there. They took care of my mother when she was at her most vulnerable. They built trust.

Clean, well managed, many activities for residents, and well staffed.

The staff are all helpful and friendly. The location was great for me as well.

We chose The Watermark at Rosewood Gardens because it was very close to me--less than a mile and we knew 3 others who had or do have a family member there. the front room of the apartment is spacious in comparison to some.

The staff was very caring, taking care of Dad as if he was their own grandpa. Housekeeping kept his room very clean. Meals were good quality. Move in process was flawless. I would definitely recommend The Palms of San Lauren.

All residents are very clean and you can tell they are well taken care of. They're all helpful they're like family mom loves it there they keep her busy with bingo field trips.

They are absolutely amazing. I have nothing but 100% great things to say about them. To me, there is no other option for anyone to live anywhere unless they have different needs.

There is a lot to like. The caregivers are great. They keep me informed when anything happens. We moved my dad to the assisted living side and he is getting great care. Meals are restaurant quality and he likes several of the activities. The only negative is the high cost. Of course it's one of those "you get what you pay for " things.

I love the range of activities and the atmosphere is very upbeat and engaging.

My dad has been here since October. The care he is receiving is wonderful. Our family visits every day, and everyone we meet is quite extraordinary. It's not easy to find a place that has this quality and consistency of support. My dad needs quite a bit of care - much more than when he arrived, and they've helped cover his needs every step. He was even able to enter full hospice care here and remain in his room without moving. It's a blessing we haven't needed to go to nursing care. I will add that my dad moved here looking forward to more social interaction with others, and was good health when he moved in. But he found that there were almost no others (just one man) at the facility who were mentally clear like he was. He adapted to the new reality, but it would have been helpful if we'd known ahead. Look for a community with independent living also, if your parent is mentally clear. The facility is gorgeous. Food is tops.

A dear friend of mine lives at Segovia and is very pleased. The staff is incredible, the food delicious and the service from the nursing staff has been great! They are attentive and caring. Segovia is beautiful, with upscale , tasteful design and landscaping.
