My Mom has never been so happy in assisted living as she is at Oakmont of Brookside. The staff are incredibly friendly, happy, and well trained. The facility is top notch, clean, and well maintained. Our entire family have eaten in their dinning room and have found the food to be very good.

The care and the people are exceptional but it is very expensive. I think it's a get what you pay for situation. Communication has been great and every time we have dropped in mom has been well cared for. Based on the experience we have had so far with The Watermark at Rosewood we would definitely recommend the community to other families.

I have never seen such a more beautiful community. Elk Grove Park has wonderful staff and wonderful management. The ED [name removed] is on top of it and her and her staff of managers are just amazing. The communication is just even more amazing. I would rate this community as a 10 for sure.

They were professional, caring and had taught me how to act, react, and handle this journey. I would recommend to others. Nursing director: [name removed]is awesome and educational.... caregivers really care! They continually advise me on what to get/do to make my mom more comfortable and CALM!

The staff are overwhelmingly kind and caring at Oakmont of Orange. The caregivers who help with bathing are patient and effective. The housekeeping and laundry are efficiently taking care of. Communication with administrators is excellent. The meals are quite satisfactory. I would highly recommend this facility to others, without hesitation.

Moving in a family member today and wanted to express my appreciation of the Watermark property in Livermore and the wonderful service and demeanor of [name removed], [name removed]and the team. The room is clean, spacious, and carefully designed for someone with limited mobility. We are thankful to have some a wonderful place nearby.

I am very satisfied with MorningStar Senior Living of Hayward. The staff are friendly and competent. It's a pleasant environment. Happy to have landed here.

My family and loved one had a wonderful experience with Oakmont of Chino Hills. The staff and caregivers are very nice, and treat my loved one well. The food provided is very good. Overall, we would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The community is clean and a pretty place. Also if you want you can add that they have happy hour every Friday with wine, appetizers and LIVE music. Lots of daily activities. Her studio is quite large. It has a walk in closet and fits a queen size bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser and small round dining table with 2 chairs no problem. Also has a small kitchen with a sink, microwave and small fridge. Decent sized bathroom and walk in shower.

Sunrise is indeed a community and the staff treats the residents like family. They are very professional, kind, caring, friendly, compassionate and patient. Their communication with family members of the residents is outstanding.

What we really like about The Palms of San Lauren is that the staff are very kind and responsive. The in-house doctor situation has limitations but we are working through those. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

The staff are very helpful at The Ivy at Wellington, especially the dining room staff. The food is good. I would recommend this facility to family and friends. I have not been here long enough to experience most of the activities, so I can't rate them yet.

The staff to patient ratio seems very good. They are very attentive and kind. The place looks spotless and well kept. We have the cell number for the nurse and she is fast to respond to any questions we have. The move in was good. They gave clear instructions once we gave them the date and time. The staff is very attentive and kind.

Communication has been good and I would recommend. My mom is happy there. Also, of note, they have slots set aside for low income seniors. So when my mom is off the waiting list, the cost of her studio will go down. The income they count is the monthly income they receive (not what's in the bank - such as if they just sold a home to live there). So you still have to have some resources because we are paying full price now. Without this program, that will quickly run out and she couldn't afford to live there long term. But when she's off the wait list, between her social security and her small pension, she should be able to afford it long term if she gets off hopefully soon.

We've had a great experience at Oakmont of Valenicia. It is like the Cadillac of facilities (and we've seen quite a few). We feel like Mom is getting excellent care there.

At this facility, ALL of the staff are very friendly and always greet residents with a smile and they know each of our names. I am always pleased with my once per week cleaning of my apartment and the staff are always dependable and thorough. The dining room staff are always friendly and they work very hard to remember each resident's likes and dislikes.

I work for Hospice and frequently visit this facility. Let me be the one to tell you how wonderful the staff and facility here are. They always strive to provide top-quality service and care to every resident and their family. Everyone I see always has a smile on their face and shows so much compassion. I highly recommend, Sunrise of Bonita.

Ivy Park at Bradford is a great facility, with amazing staff, fantastic meals and really enjoyable activities and the value for cost can't be beat in my area. Yes, I would highly recommend... they have piano concerts 2-3 times a week, jeopardy, daily happy hour, lecturers, great age appropriate movies and documentaries, jewelry and clothing sales onsite from local artists monthly, onsite Riverdance show and band with bagpipes on St Patrick Day, huge Easter brunch this past Sat that lasted nearly all day with an Easter Bunny and egg hunt for family that visited, free for residents and a reasonable [fee removed] a head for family that joined in...just a wide variety of activities. A great deal of thought to keep the people happy where they live. They are extremely high energy and friendly and you feel that when you go there...everyone smiling and saying Hi.

Our 94 year old mother could no longer live on her own and our family chose Ivy Park in San Juan Capistrano. From our first visit the administration and staff treated us with kindness and compassion. It was not an easy decision to place our mother in an assisted living facility, but the staff welcomed Mom with open arms and made sure that she and family, understood that all her needs could and would be taken care of. Her apartment is bright, sunny and comfortable. There are activities daily, wellness checks and many other services to insure that all their residents have availability to. For anyone contemplating placing a family member or loved one in an assisted living facility I highly recommend Ivy Park in San Juan Capistrano.

Our story began in 2020, when my brother & I decided that our Mom, who lived alone in a huge house, needed in-home care. We had a two hour evaluation done in December, which determined exactly what we had been telling our Mom for several years. She should not be living alone. Then in 2021, we tried again, with the help of our longtime family lawyer [name removed]. By 2022, after going through one obstacle after another, a beautiful place called Santianna in Carlsbad was about to open. As our Mom's POA, I was there for the grand opening, which was truly amazing. Finally, it was time to bring Mom to Santianna for a tour. When our Mom walked in, we could tell right away she was captivated, not only by the beauty of her surroundings, but also by their very gracious and helpful welcoming team. We knew right then, we had finally found a very special place for our Mom. Now she has a gorgeous studio apartment, many friends, a wide range of activities, amazing meals and a staff who truly cares about her.

We met with Sunrise first. The staff at Sunrise were extremely nice!! I think it was [name removed] who did the tour. She was extremely helpful. Took her time to explain everything. We ended up not choosing them because it felt to nursing home style. While he would have had some freedom we just felt it wouldn't have been his style. My FIL isn't to that yet.
