This facility has an amazing staff that care for their seniors. Activities each day that keep the seniors engaged and having a great time! Activities are very thoughtful. I highly recommend Elk Grove Park! Best in town!

I think we have a great Activities curriculum. Every time I see the residents engaging in activities I notice a boost in their mood. They are excited to play bingo and enjoying the outside gardening. Resident love the Live weekly entertainment. Thank you to are Executive Director [name removed] & our Activities Director [name removed] for always creating Activities with residents need in mind.

One of the biggest positives and deciding factors for us was how quickly they were able to get my mom moved in when she was getting released from rehab. They turned around the apartment for her in 5 days, which provided a safe transition for her from the rehab facility. The staff was super friendly, although not necessarily as responsive as I would have liked. But I imagine that's probably the same anywhere you would go. They got to know my mom in the two weeks she was there and were definitely sad when she passed and showed a lot of empathy. It's a little pricey, but it's a nice place.

I think the one thing we found a little issue with was transportation. They only will take people on certain days if they need to go to the doctor. We ended up having to pay for a transportation company to pick up my loved one so he could have surgery. If he has doctors visits we end up having to take him. The staff and facility are both great!

Mom joined Cottages of Carmel almost a year ago. I would highly recommend this wonderful place that treats you like family and is fully interested and really listens to you. Mom has been in four of the other highest rated facilities locally and this is the best and safest for her. Plus, she loves the food - I could eat here daily. The dedicated friendly and respectful nurses, management and staff makes a whole difference. The grounds are pretty and taken care of. Everywhere smells good and is clean. Repairs are taken care of when needed. The only other thing I can say is I wish I found this place earlier. Feeling lucky!

I'm writing this because my mother is a resident of the Reminiscence area of Sunrise Senior Wood Ranch. I am quite impressed with the quality of care and the communication with [name removed], the head coordinator (I believe that's the title) is stellar. It's not a condition anyone wants to see their parent in but I'm confident that she's being taken care by the staff that I've met in this area that do not stop for a second and manage to address any or all concerns and questions that I have. My mother's hair and make up looked exceptional and I appreciate how clean the room was kept along with that unit. Yes, I would recommend Reminiscence in Wood Ranch Sunrise.

This was an outstanding experience for my family. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff communication with the family was wonderful. They made sure we were kept up-to-date on our loved one's condition. The staff brought food to my dad as he was cleaning out my mom's room after her passing.

From the time my mother arrived with the red carpet entrance to the last days of my mom, we have received nothing but the best care for her. Everything is included and the senses are so titillated at the very entrance of this facility. The expectation of all, staff and residents, is love and caring with every smile and greeting. All staff treated mom with so much love and caring that she appreciated those moments all the way to her last hours. Mom noticed that is was quiet and calm. All her needs were met with smiles and warmth.

Finally getting around to giving a shout out to [name removed] Ivy Park at Bradford Assisted Living community. Over the holidays our family made a huge decision to help my parents transition into this community quickly. As many of you are also in similar situations, as our parents get older, we want to make sure they are provided with safe and engaging opportunities, but sometimes that cannot happen with them living independently in their homes. My parents are active, however, a two-story home and no help on site was just not safe for them. We transitioned quickly to Ivy Park, and I ?cannot say enough kind things about this community. From the administration, nursing, housekeeping, kitchen, laundry, shower support, front desk, activities personnel, and just every staff member, our family is so impressed. As well, the community of residents who live there, are welcoming and engaging and providing opportunities for people to have a full life in a new environment.

It was great at The Carlotta. The food was really good. The staff was very responsive. I loved the room. My mom had two bedrooms and a patio. We had hummingbirds coming to flowers on the porch. They had a nice putting green and a pool. Just a short walk to the dining room. I rave about it - I've even referred some people to be there.

We toured Oakmont of Las Vegas during our search for Assisted Living for our loved one. The facility and tour were great. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and friendliness were also great. We would have chosen this facility, but it was a little too far from home for us.

Our family had an in person tour with Ivy Park and the tour experience was great but not enough windows and light coming in, great outside patio, a little more strict on hours best to visit - I work in Manhattan Beach and do not get back into Placentia until 8pm generally, could not bring the dog inside to her room. Nice people, just felt better at [community name removed].

This community is filled with loving staff that have been there for many years! The new management team that they have is great and they really strive to address concerns immediately. I work for a hospice company, so I am in and out of communities very often, and this community is always so welcoming

The staff members at Oakmont of Redding are very easy to work with which is something we really like about the community. Based on our experience we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

We had the joy of having my mother-in-law here, I will be honest we were nervous at first. This was a different experience for all of us however, the team and the management made this an amazing experience, they were with my mother-in-law and us the entire way. Not only is the food amazing by the staff, including many caregivers that have been there over 15 years were so tentative and loving. The activities I felt, kept the residents very engaged, and they are always so willing to create more things to engage others. Overall we couldn’t have asked for anything more!

It’s a friendly staff understanding and easy to talk to if any problems. Food is always amazing, always looks so good to the eye. Recommend if you are looking for a home for a family member or even give the word out to a friend who is looking.

We toured Oakmont of Orange and our tour/the facility was great! The cleanliness and friendliness were great. Our tour guide, the staff, and the atmosphere were also great.

My dad is a resident at The Watermark at Rosewood Gardens and everything has been great for him here. They have all been very helpful. My dad loves the meals. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

The food is amazing and all of the kitchen staff is so helpful. Family night was such a wonderful experience the food was Italian which is my family’s favorite!! Plus we all got a little personal gift from the chef. Easter was the best experience we have ever had!! All the managers were there serving the food and helping out wherever they could which is always great to see. And that chicken and waffles baby blew my mind.
