The Ivy Park at San Ramon community is very clean, the staff are friendly and they serve great food. Friendly staff in the hallways And lots of residents in the grand parlor so it didn't seem lonely. They also have a nice central outdoor courtyard and the entryway is flat lots of other places are built on a hill

We moved both of my parents to the memory care at Oakmont two years ago after having them in 3 prior facilities. The previous places did not provide the level of care and attention we wanted for Mom and Dad. From day one, we knew Oakmont of Folsom was special. Even the move-in process was handled smoothly. The care staff proactively inform and discuss with me any health or other issues they notice. Many of the same care staff have been there since they moved in, which means they really know my parents and our family members. Unfortunately, my Dad’s health declined very rapidly. He went on hospice and passed away in January. During that time, every one of the staff was so supportive, helpful and caring. Since then, they have helped Mom transition into living without my Dad. I would highly recommend Oakmont of Folsom.

It was the best overall in terms of venue and facilities and meeting our needs. They are very professional and extremely helpful.

The cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. My mother was quite ill at the time she moved in and they were very helpful when she fell Everything is great except for the meals and dining - they still do not have an executive chef. Otherwise our loved ones are very happy at Westmont of Milpitas.

I would say this is one of the best places that I have ever seen for retirement community. My mother has been in four different homes. This is the best by far. I loved the surroundings, the decor, the nice staff, and I didn't really look anywhere else.

I was assisting my mom look for a community for my grandma and we looked at Oakmont of Fair Oaks. We were very impressed with the friendly staff, activities that were going on and the food and menu options looked delicious. The marketing director introduced us to some of the residents who enjoy the same things that my grandma does. It really showed that she was listening and gave great advice on all of the obstacles we are facing. We WILL move my grandma to Oakmont of Fair Oaks, it’s a lovely place and we will enjoy our time spent with her there!

Everything at Oakmont of Roseville has been great, with one exception. The microwave/convection oven in my mom's kitchen is a poor design for elderly people with limited vision. We're struggling to get them to put a better one in that a 90+ year old can see and use. We'll get there. Everything else has been/is wonderful. Things are working very well for my mom. She doesn't love everything on the menu, but is learning how to order. They're very flexible and will bring out whatever she wants if they have it. Every staff person is kind and interested in her, and all made a point of learning her name quickly. If she doesn't show up for a meal, they check on her.

The staff are amazing. They are very responsive. The food is good and the staff are very good about helping Mom make decisions on what to eat. Rooms are spacious, and the facility is clean. There are times when there are odors in the halls, but I will see maintenence cleaning the source of the smells. The first week my mom was there we had issues with medication being given on time. I had to remind them a few times about it but the did finally get her meds in the system and now it's fine. We picked this community because of the, updated community, and there were several care staff visible on the 3 times I visited and I was able to observe how they interact with the residents.

This is a very comfortable place with a friendly and helpful staff/ The facility is well maintained with pleasant common areas. Residents are also friendly and we have met many new friends. Food is usually very good with alternative choices if a selection is not to our liking. The excellent transportation service is helpful, since we not longer drive.

I can't say enough at how amazing this place is. My mother spent over two years living in Traditions (their memory care facility) until her passing. The employees there became family for all of us. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the facility definitely feels like a country club but in a good way. The food is incredible and the most common complaint I heard was that there was too much to eat. Another benefit of this place is location as it's not far from Torrance Memorial (and even Little Company of [name removed]).

We give at a 5 for all, our loved one loves it there! She is very happy with the staff members who work there as well as the meals that are prepared. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Ivy Park at Claremont to other families.

We found ourselves on a Thursday night in need of a literal place for mom within a few days, after discharge from the hospital. The "front office" staff bent over backward all weekend to give us a tour, get us signed up and a room prepared, and be ready to welcome mom the following Monday. The staff in memory care could not have been more lovely. They put up with a lot from us as a transitioning family, and were great at welcoming mom and drawing her into activities and meeting potential friends while letting her adjust. The facilities are beautiful and top quality, and procedures thoughtfully designed to deal with memory challenges while still giving some sense of choices and variety. How the staff stay as upbeat as they are I will never know, but I am grateful.

Our family had an in person tour with Oakmont of East Sacramento about 4ish times, they had lunch etc. It was a lovely facility with great staff and services and the food there was fantastic. We loved Oakmont and wanted our parents there. We felt it was by far in the nicest area.

All levels of management and staff are caring, compassionate and truly love what they do. I've been in this field for over 24 years and have not experienced a more understanding, caring group of management and care staff than I have with the Oakmont Folsom team. their culinary team is top notched too!!!

I have worked closely with Oakmont Folsom for the past 4 years. I have been impressed with not only the community but the love and compassion Oakmont Folsom offers their residents. I have worked with many buildings and Oakmont Folsom has one of the most incredible memory cares I have seen. With the longevity of the care team the Team truly knows they’re residents. I have been very Impressed with Oakmont and the way they also promote their employees within. I will continue to work with Oakmont’s because I know the services they offer their residents goes over and beyond.

I went to Ivy Park at Sabre Springs in search of a community for my mother, who is now recovering from surgery at a retirement community at [removed]. I had the opportunity to meet the executive director on my visit, and I was extremely taken aback by their kindness and openness to learning about our case. We spent a lot of time getting to know the other residents in the neighborhood and watching them engage in activities, which I really loved. I had the opportunity to see an entertainment at the neighborhood, and it seemed like a lot of fun. I would tell my friends about the location. And I'm happy to have located the ideal location for my mother.

My loved one is currently a resident at Oakmont of Roseville. The staff at this facility is friendly and helpful. They're open to answering questions, but don't expect reports/updates. The move in was fairly simple. The meals are good, but it's difficult for dementia patients to eat on their own. Overall, my loved one's experience at this facility has been very good. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Oakmont is a friendly, clean, loving and happy environment. The staff is caring and loving. It is a very clean place. The food is delicious and there are many choices. There are lots of activities and happy hour twice a week. I recommend Oakmont very highly for your loved ones.

The staff at Oakmont of Folsom is always caring and willing to go out of their way for the residents. They make accommodations for personal preferences and make every effort to plan motivating activities that they might enjoy including scenic drives. I highly recommend this facility based on the staff working there!

My loved one is currently a resident at Oakmont of Torrance and everything has been great for her at this facility. The best thing about this place is the staff, they are very accessible and friendly. We have yet to have any problems concerning my loved one's care. I would recommend Oakmont of Torrance to others.
